I had a wonderful time with my family and friends. The hotel is gorgeous and peaceful. Everybody was super nice and helpful. Food amazing, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, natural juice, variety of fruits, breads and pastries, the coffee was delicious!!! The hotel was always clean and beautiful, exotic trees, little monkeys and many birds, a paradise!!! I will definitely come back!!! The hotel is near Campeche beach and you can find many stores nearby, the area has everything, pharmacies, clothing store and restaurants!!!

Beautiful trail walk to Campeche beach, which is gorgeous. The hotel grounds are nice and the rooms are “beach” comfortable but the bathroom could use some minor upgrades - better shower and a vent. The lunch buffet was outstanding!!!

Friendly staff, location was about 15 minute walk to the beach (wish it was closer for the kids). Stated around New Year’s Eve. Uber was impossible to get (multiple cancellations and very expensive ). Definitely rent a car if you can ! Breakfast was typical Brazilian breakfast. Rented a chalet with the kids. Walls maybe thin because people downstairs complained that we were playing a boardgame at 12:30 at night. Good value for the money and the beach and waves were great. Awesome restaurant right next door

This property was family friendly, the staff was helpful, the grounds were well cared for. It felt a bit overpriced for what they offered. The pools all used a lot of chlorine which is very toxic. The food at the restaurant was mediocre and not at all organic.

The hotel was good for the price, but I was frustrated my management's unwillingness to try to satisfy guests. Specifically there were no adaptors or shampoo in the rooms and when I mentioned this to the staff, they said they receive these complaints frequently and that they have reported this to management. So, this leads me to believe management is more concerned with being cheap than listening to guests. Seriously, no shampoo?

A very good hotel and a very good price.
I didn't have big expectations of this hotel. But at the time I got there and saw the location I changed my opinion. The Hotel is very clean, staff friendly and helpfull and the room I got was huge can easily fit 4 people. The hotel has a pool and tennis court as well. Breakfast was excellent.

We spent only two days at the resort but it was most relaxing. From service point of view staff is friendly and helpful. Resort is not too big or too small with good size swimming poole. We didn't get opportunity to try evening menu but breakfast selection was very healthy and tasty. If I get chance to get back to Floripa I will them again!

O hotel é lindo externamente, tem piscina, salas de jogos,etc... , restaurante que oferece almoço, mas não janta, o que mais faz falta. O que deixa a desejar são os quartos, não tem ducha higiênica, falta manutenção, janelas que não abrem ou não fecham bem, algum cheiro de mofo, precisa de melhor faxina pelo menos uma vez por semana e pintura, tinha muitas formigas

A experiência no Hotel São Sebastião, infelizmente, não foi das melhores. O atendimento na recepção, inicialmente, foi bom, contudo, quando houve a necessidade da assistência dos atendentes, se tornou sofrível. O atendente Vitor foi mal educado e ríspido, sem que tivéssemos acesso à gerência. Não nos ajudaram sequer a conseguir um táxi, ao argumento de que não poderiam se comprometer se o táxi não aparecesse para nos buscar…

Ambiente do quarto Velho, ao abrir a porta para a varanda, tinha um muro alto, saboneteira do chuveiro enferrujada, cadeira do quarto velha, espelho do banheiro em local inadequado, torneira do banheiro barulhenta e com fechamento muito rápido, bancada do banheiro íngreme, mosquito no quarto. As fotos disponibizadas no momento da contratação não demonstravam esse ambiente.

Boa estrutura mas falta manutenção. Um carrinho abandonado na porta do quarto incomodou demais. Falta cobertura entre o prédio dos apartamentos e outras áreas do hotel. Café da manhã Ruim. Bolos ruins e não fazem a reposição imediata. O hóspede tem que ficar pedindo por favor. A presença de baratas comprometeu a nota da limpeza.

O hotel é de bom para razoável. Ficamos em um chalé em que na reserva mencionava 4 camas. Porém, na verdade, duas das camas são \"sofás\" encostados na parede. Extremamente desconfortável. Apesar disto a estada foi boa. Os funcionários, especialmente do restaurante são muito educados e competentes. O café da minha foi bom, com reposição até o ultimo minuto. Jantamos e almoçamos algumas vezes no restaurante do hotel, que possui bons preços. Os quartos estão precisando de passar por uma reforma e atualização. Estão muito velhos. A localização do hotel é muito boa, próximo à praia, restaurantes, etc.
Enfim, com estas observações, recomendo o hotel e ficaria lá novamente.

Ao chegar, notamos um forte cheiro de xixi no banheiro. Reclamamos ainda na noite, mas como nosso filho já estava dormindo, o hotel só poderia resolver no outro dia. No outro dia pela manhã, comunicamos que estávamos liberando o quarto por mais de 2h para que fosse higienizado e ao voltarmos o problema seguia igual. Durante a tarde, as camareiras limparam o quarto, mas o cheiro seguia igual. Ficamos 3 dias convivendo com o cheiro ruim.
A piscina térmica estava com a água imunda.
Por fim, o quarto possui móveis pontudos e baixos, muito perigosos para criança. Nosso filho bateu a cabeça umas 3x. Por sorte não se cortou.

Nossa estadia no Hotel foi ruim. Nosso quarto foi trocado com a descukpa de termos ganhado um plus na estadia e na verdade deram nosso quarto ( que era mais barato) para outros hóspedes. O quarto deles era mais caro que o nosso. Só não nos explicaram que fizeram a troca para agradar os clientes que pagaram mais caro a estadia.
Tinha uma obra na frente de nosso quarto e iniciaram a barulheira as 07:00.. Nossa estadia não foi boa. Muito barulho e falata de respeito com portas batendo nos corredores!

Reservei um chalé na esperança de ter uma noite de sono tranquila pra mim e para o meu bebê, mas de cara vc já percebe a pegadinha... Os chalés na verdade são apartamentos. Isso mesmo, tem cara de chalé, porém um em cima do outro e os dos lados bem pertinho. Além disso o primeiro chalé que me deram estava com o ar condicionado ruim, fazendo um barulho insuportável e tive que trocar para outro chalé. Nesse outro chalé o vento da madrugada ficou empurrando as portas de vidro e novamente estávamos sofrendo com os barulhos.

O local é perfeito, o café top, o quarto perfeito, limpo cheiroso, roupas cama top, somente alguns detalhes que nao permite ser nota 10. Como piscina aberta estava c/uma espécie de ralo aberto,sem proteção, eu estava andando na piscina, cai no buraco, uma criança que estava próximo a mim,mostrou que cortou o pé nesse local, piscina coberta que esta liberaram com reserva de 1 hora por quarto, teve hospedes q nao conseguiram reservar,pois a agenda estava cheia,por outro lado reparamos que a piscina ficou vazia quase dia todo sáb.e domingo, entendo que as pessoas reservam e podem nao ir, mas se for reservado com algo de comprometido, do tipo informar desistência com antecedência, se não, cobraria uma taxa, pois com isso evitaria de reservar por reservar e ficar disponível para quem realmente deseja usar a piscina coberta.
