Very good
The hotel is on the beach. Very comfortable. Staff is very helpful. No food except breakfast but common room is most comfortable and provides hot water, dishes and cutlery for use by guests. Vending machines available. Enjoyed our stay.

As an American, I was pleasantly surprised with the location. Having never been to Joaquina beach, this was an unforgettable one. The service was top notch, couldn’t ask for a better location, and everything was super laid back and easy to figure out. Will be coming again!

Great place to stay (directly on the beach)
The hotel is as almost as close to Joaquina beach as you can get, very friendly staff (we are English speakers with only a little Portuguese) and made us feel welcomed immediately. Very good car park if you have a hire car. No dinner restaurant but no problem, there’s a bar and restaurant directly across from the hotel and a coffee place next to it. You can even order in food from places in Lagoa and there’s a space to eat it. The breakfast is great, even the police come to eat as they say it’s the best in the area. Very good value for money - we had a sea facing room with a balcony - airconditioning was strong and had a fridge in the room, very useful. A key reason we enjoyed our first visit to Florianopolis so much.

Great for Travelers with a limited budget
The hotel is located on a beach. The hotel's rooms are a throwback to an earlier simple time (still uses metal keys, etc). But the room had free wifi that worked. Friendly helpful staff. The room had a walk out balcony with view of beach. Room prices are very low, great value for the money. Located next door is a restaurant with good food, reasonable prices and located on the beach.

The Cris Hotel is a wonderful, clean hotel. The front desk was super helpful from when we arrived to when we left. They were great to call a taxi to the airport for us. Breakfast was amazing! There were so many options! The location is fantastic! You are only 15 steps from the beach. Beach and ocean are beautiful! There is not much around...two hotels and a few restaurants but felt secluded and was great for a weekend getaway :)

Gostei bastante da localizacao e a estrutura do hotel é bem boa. Nao gostei do atendimento da recepcao, achei os atendentes meio rudes, nao fizeram muita questao de ser simpaticos. Mas deu tudo certo, e no geral, tivemos uma boa estadia. A praia da Joaquina é incrivel, vale muito a pena ficar la. O hotel poderia ter um elevador pra ser mais confortavel ou pelo menos ter mensageiros para carregar nossas malas. Mas valeu a pena, hospedaria novamente! O café da manha é farto, tem um horario muito bom e é bem completo, excelente variedade!

Não oferecem nenhum suporte aos hóspedes para a praia - cadeiras, guarda sol etc.
E a localidade, tirando a praia não tem o que fazer.

Hotel com todo o conforto, ótimo atendimento e café da manhã, pé na areia literalmente, é só pegar guarda sol e cadeiras e 100 metros e está na areia, o q é muito prático. Vista do mar da sacada. Preço acessível, ótima relação custo/benefício. SUPER RECOMENDO.

Boa localização porém o hotel necessita de manutenção em algumas unidades e cuidados tanto no mobiliário quanto nas roupas de cama e banho. Banheiro: ruim, tinha goteira dentro do banheiro e as toalhas embora limpas estavam sempre com uma coloração de suja.
As janelas do quarto eram HORRÍVEIS, como estava um tempo de chuva e vento, o vento era tão forte e a janela toda estragada que era como se alguém estivesse chacoalhando as janelas.
Café da manhã é bom. E o atendimento do menino que atende lá é incrível.
Um ponto negativo, não há elevador no local, então você precisa ter que subir escadas com bolsas pesadas.

Sobre o hotel: Hotel beira-mar, estacionamento seguro, café da manhã maravilhoso (aberto até às 11h, então é quase um almoço). O atendimento no hotel foi excelente, com destaque para o Ricardo, que trabalha na recepção, profissional educado, gentil, agradável, sempre disposto a ajudar e conversar sobre a Ilha, dando várias dicas para tornar a viagem ainda melhor. Ricardo faz os hóspedes se sentirem em casa...
Sobre o quarto: Era o quarto 335, com vista para o mar. Quarto limpo, grande, cama boa e confortável, lençóis e toalhas limpos, frigobar, mesa com cadeiras, banheiro espaçoso, chuveiro muito bom e esquentava bem. Wi-fi funcionou bem no quarto, sinal do celular também, a TV dispõe de canais abertos e era smart, às vezes a internet dava uma travada na TV... Mas nada que fosse um problema.
O hotel dispõe de uma linda área compartilhada, com sala de estar, estante de livros, mesas com cadeiras, microondas, pia, pratos, copos e talheres, onde você pode fazer as refeições caso peça tele-entrega. À noite não há bares ou restaurantes nas imediações do hotel, então caso não queria deslocar-se até a Lagoa, por exemplo, as teles são boas opções.
Cabe ressaltar que nossa hospedagem foi na baixa temporada, o que pode influenciar em alguns pontos, caso o hotel esteja lotado. Mas dentro da nossa experiência, foi tudo maravilhoso! Excelente!
