The employees were amazing. It is just a very cozy place to go. The breakfast of food was amazing and At 5 o’clock in afternoon to have another free lunch . They do help you to find Places to tour around arraial do cabo

Pousada cumpre o prometido

A pousada é muito agradável, principalmente nas áreas comuns. Limpeza e atendimento são os pontos fortes. O café da manhã deixa um pouco a desejar em variedade de pães, bolos e sucos. Excelente localização. Eu voltaria a essa pousada sempre que visitasse Arraial.

Muito bom para relaxar

Viagem de 5 dias, quarto limpo, boa cama, frigobar vazio e fraco (nao conseguiu fazer gelo), cafe da manhã não é muito bom, qualidade e variedades, o atendimento é bom, estacionamento ok, piscina grande e limpa diariamente, muito perto da praia que é muito boa, poucas opcoes de comida ao redor, a pousada oferece uma pequena area de brinquedos para crianças, uma mesa de sinuca, o salao de cafe da manha fica disponivel para trabalho e ou rejeições mas nao há serviço de cozinha e nao ha disponibilidade de utencilios de cozinha como pratos e talheres. No geral avalio como muito bom pra 3 estrelas.

Caro para o que oferece.

Pousada simples para o preço. Custo benefício não compensa. O banheiro é sofrivel pois deve ter menos de 1m de largura. A placa da pousada na rua deve estar a uma altura de 1,7 a 1,8m de altura e as pessoas batem a cabeça.

Viagem sozinha

A estadia foi boa, a pousada é simples, os quartos não tem armários ou bancadas para acomodar malas e roupas. O café da manhã é bom, mas sem variedades. No geral correu tudo bem, exceto que tenho alergia a mofo e o quarto disponibilizado inicialmente tinha mofo. Pedi para trocar e após 2 dias me colocaram em outro quarto menor, sem mofo e com o chuveiro que jogava água para fora do box e inundava o banheiro. Outro ponto negativo é que os cachorros entram no espaço do café da manhã e às vezes cheiram a comida, isso me incomodou.

A localização é ótima e o atendimento é bom.

O local é confortável, bonito e agradável. Atendentes atenciosos. Café da manhã delicioso.

Acho que faltou atenção na limpeza do quarto, quando retornava do passeio, o quarto ainda estava cheio de areia, e o lavado estava com lodo.

Contudo, feita essa observação, eu ainda voltaria e me hospedaria lá. Localização ótima, cama confortável, local bonito.

Foram extremamente desonestos conosco. Tivemos problemas com os valores cobrados, acertamos um valor pelo WhatsApp com a gerencia da pousada mas na hora de pagar a conta nos cobraram o dobro. Mesmo provando ao proprietário o que havia sido acordado ele se recusou a fazer a cobrança corretamente. Como tinhamos pago antecipadamente ficamos de mãos atadas.
Se optarem por esta pousada, sugiro não pagar nada antecipadamente e se documentar da melhor forma.

Tivemos um acidente na viagem, bateram no carro e o pára-brisa foi quebrado!
Sem lugar para reparar o dano liguei para o hotel e solicitei remarcarem a reversa! Não aceitaram! Insisti e o Anderson foi irredutível! Pedi para falar com a gerência para explicar e não deixou! Chegamos tarde e mesmo com o hotel vazio nos colocou em um quarto barulhento, passamos uma noite péssima. Energia acabou e ficamos um tempão no calor. Já as 8:00h da manhã a energia acabou novamente é só conseguiram resolver o problema após as 12:00h
Sauna interditada, Ar condicionado barulhento, café da manhã muito ruim! Copos de plástico duro para suco e iogurte! Pouca variedade de itens com mesmo cardápio todos dois dias! Acústica péssima. Por ser a piscina interna, onde todos os quartos estão de frente, hóspedes ficam com o som ligado na mesmo ou conversando alto, que vc não consegui assistir uma TV tranquilamente! Alguns funcionários da limpeza limpando os quartos com a TV ligada com som alto. Outros falando muito alto tbm!
Pelo valor da hospedagem não indicaria! Administradores insensíveis as necessidades dos cliente!

Localização Otima! Bairro tranquilo. Porem os quartos ficam imediatamente ao redor da Piscina quando vi as fotos imaginei que por ser uma piscina pra adultos e haver regras nao teria problemas, resolvi correr o risco. Todos os dias de estadia apos os passeios ao voltar pra pousada atarde pra descansar, era impossível dormir devido a muito barulho de crianças gritando na piscina.
Pontos positivos: Cafe da manha e Proximidade da Prainha que é linda(porem a existência de quiosques sujos e malcheirosos está acabando com o visual).

El hotel está bien, para pasar unos días no está mal. Es alejado del centro y lo peor de eso es que no tenés dónde conseguir taxi. Y el problema mayor es que en recepción no te ayudan para nada con eso. Solo tienen un número de taxi que no contesta, no es que no tienen voluntad pero evidentemente no tiene recursos para hacerlo.
No nos limpiaron el baño cuando al volver a la habitación, la limpieza la verdad que deja mucho que desear.

Tive uma impressão boa da pousada. O atendimento muito bom e todos muito simpáticos. Desde a recepção até as funcionárias do café da manhã.
Só acho q o wifi poderia ser melhor nos quartos e ter mais opções de canais de tv. Perdi 1 dia e meio por causa da chuva e ventania na Cidade e os canais de tv são bem limitados.
