The place needs total renovation! The walls of the room have mildew, the toilet was clogged, the water from the shower stall permeates through the whole bathroom floor, making everything wet. Breakfast is poor with only fruit a banana, breads are small and not crispy.

Pousada com boa area externa, mas o quarto poderia ser um pouco melhor. O lencol nao era de elástico e saia quando dormia. Poderia ter ganchos pra pendurar roupa, e alguma luz de luminária alem da luz do teto. O banheiro estava com piso do chao rachado. O armario de roupas era muito escuro, poderia colocar mais iluminação. Coisas simples de resolver, parece que o dono nao se dedica a melhorar a pousada.
Em compensação a internet era boa e o cafe da manha foi bom, e o pessoal da limpeza trabalha bem. O rapaz da recepção queria cobrar um dia a mais pra diaria do pet, tive que mostrar a ele que o valor informado é 75 reais por diaria e nao por dia.
A localização é boa, da pra ir a pe pra praia da Tartaruga e tambem pra Rua das Pedras.

Tem muita, mas muita coisa pra melhorar. Dá pra ir, ok! Tem um custo acessivel. Mas nao voltaria e nem recomendaria. Acomodação em que ficamos era minuscula (e olha que era pra tres) e muito antiga. Nao ha funcionarios apos as 20hs. Não é vendido NENHUM tipo de bebida... nenhum! Nem refrigerante. Piscina bem meia boca, pra nao falar ruim. Localização nao é das melhores ou seja, vc vai cair no transito de buzios msm para as praias mais proximas. Rua ingrime demais... fomos de SUV e a primeira vez em que subimos ainda esbarrou o fundo do carro. No final da hospedagem, cobra-se, de forma voluntária (ok) porem constrangedora uma taxa de 10% de servico sobre a hospedagem.

Quarto básico e funcional, janela grande, ar funcionando, frigobar vazio e grande, chuveiro bom e quente. Atendimento especial e atencioso. Café da manhã sensacional e muitas vagas para estacionamento. A noite não tem recepcionista porém não atrapalha em nada pois há automação ! Água potável, microondas e chaleiras a disposição na cozinha aos hóspedes!

A pousada está em uma boa localização. Apesar da ladeira com pedras escorregadias que alguns carros não conseguiram subir, precisamos ser resilientes e manter o bom humor a final de contas estamos em Búzios.

Fui em uma viagem à trabalho por duas noites. Você chega não tem ninguém para te receber o check in é feito pelo interfone, qdo atendem. Não fica nenhum funcionário na pousada.

Para começar o endereço divulgado na reserva está completamente errado e por isso demos uma volta enorme para chegar na pousada. A pousada no geral está mal cuidada: parede com infiltração e bolor, azulejos do banheiro com rejunte encardido. Mas o que mais me deixou chateada foi no chech out, pois saímos as 06h30 para regresssar ao RJ e pegar nosso vôo e o café da manhã começa a ser servido as 08h. Então perguntamos na recepção se poderíamos tomar apenas uma xícara de café (que era daquelas máquinas) e recebemos a seguinte a resposta: claro, custa R$ 5,00 cada (estávamos em 8 pessoas). Sem comentários pois não iríamos tomar o café que estava incluso em nossa diária e ainda teríamos que pagar por uma xícara de café!

Pousada longe do barulho porém a cinco minutos de carro da rua das pedras. Agradecer ao pedro pelo ótimo atendimento tanto no check-in como no check-out. Café da manhã muito bom. Piscina e quarto sempre limpo. Uma sugestão mais tomadas nos quartos de família para os celulares.

Super recomendo essa pousada, pois qualquer tipo de ajuda que precisei ou informações foi resolvido. Café da manhã ótimo e cada dia tinha um alimento diferente. Vista bem legal da cidade e dependendo do quarto que você se hospeda tem também uma piscina e hidromassagem, porém por conta da pandemia a hidro está desativado a piscina no quarto tem que observar se está limpa. Porém a da própria pousada estava limpa e todo dia ela era limpa a do quarto também. Localização ótimo, pretendo voltar em breve. 😃

A pousada é bem localizada e tem boa aparência externa. A piscina é pequena, mas atendeu bem ao movimento na data escolhida. Infelizmente a recepção deixou a desejar. Durante algumas horas não tem ninguém. A recepcionista da noite nem cumprimenta os hóspedes. O banheiro do quarto 14 alaga após o uso do chuveiro. A banheira tem hidromassagem que não funciona. O quarto é amplo e tem um ótimo terraço com piscina, a qual estava vazia e suja, dando uma impressão de abandono. Os móveis muito destruídos. Uma pena pelo potencial que a pousada apresenta. O café da manhã é bem servido, com variedade, sendo as funcionárias da cozinha muito solícitas.

O staff é super bacana, foram super solícitos e resolveram os problemas que apareceram o mais rápido que puderam. O café da manhã é ótimo, servido à mesa para evitar aglomeração e as meninas são super simpáticas. A limpeza do quarto foi feita quando solicitada e foi excelente. Sugiro mais sinalização e orientação na pousada inteira sobre o uso obrigatório de máscara nas áreas comuns, pois a maioria dos hóspedes não usava - ressalto que toda a equipe da pousada fez uso de máscara.

O atendimento foi ótimo, foram muito solícitos todo o tempo, mas faltou luz, no dia que chegamos a piscina estava muito suja e as almofadas da parte da piscina também. O box do banheiro é daqueles que você precisa ficar colada no vidro para a água pegar em você e tivemos alguns problemas com a televisão do quarto, mas o café da manhã é bem completo, a localização é boa e a vista é bem bonita. Acho que voltaria pelo custo/benefício, mas poderia melhorar!
