Foi uma hospedagem ok. O atendimento é muito agradável, mas as instalações do hotel precisam de um pouco mais de atenção. Por ter muitas árvores em volta, acabam entrando insetos no quarto com muita frequência, e falta uma tela ou rodinho de porta pra impedir. Café da manhã bem simples e repetido todos os dias (fiquei por 7 dias no hotel). Em relação a localização, se estiver de carro é perto de tudo.

Os funcionários da pousada são muito solícitos, e o atendimento também. O quarto que ficamos era muito grande, que com criança foi bem bacana, a limpeza também muito boa, quando chegamos estava tudo cheiroso, roupas de cama limpas e cheirosas também.
Café da manhã ok, não há muita variedade de itens, as mesmas coisas todos os dias, porém aceitável para uma pousada.
Porém, a cama do nosso quarto era extremamente desconfortável, não havia espuma suficiente, parecia que estávamos dormindo em cima de uma madeira... E não é exagero, somente os responsáveis deitando 10min na cama pra ver como está ruim, não sei se é assim em todos os quartos, mas não demos sorte... Poderíamos ter reclamado? Sim, mas não queríamos estragar a viagem... Mas fica uma crítica para que seja analisado... A pousada seria ótima se não deixasse a desejar justo num ponto tão essencial que é a cama.

Ambiente tranquilo e agradável, cercado por uma área verde. Piscina pequena (a foto engana um pouco), mas que foi suficiente para ficar com as crianças no fim da tarde, no retorno da praia. Bom café da manhã. A recepção fecha às 22h, mas você tem um portão lateral por onde os hóspedes passam. Não indico a pousada para quem não estiver de carro. Embora a localização seja boa, quem não estiver de carro vai andar um pouco e ter que subir uma ladeira. No geral gostamos muito!

A recepcionista era ótima, muito atenciosa. Mais quando chegamos o quarto estava com uma gambiarra no ar condicionado que não funcionou quando ligamos por mal contato, a tampa do vaso estava quebrada e o ralo do boxe estava entupido. Trocamos de quarto e o outro quarto estava com muito cheiro de mofo e tinha muitos bichos.

A pousada tem móveis muito antigos (ex. o colchão que estava em péssimo estado de conservação) e a limpeza deixa muito a desejar.
O ar nao gelava e o filtro dele estava sujo.
Por isso, quem tem qualquer problema respiratório (asma, rinite etc), fica muito difícil ficar na estadia.
Eu nao consegui ficar na pousada com minha esposa e fomos para outra (inclusive perdi 2 diárias, pois ficamos a primeira noite e fomos embora para outra).
Os funcionários (principalmente a Rosana) sao excepcionais.
O café da manhã é bom.

Dicas - Não deixe de ler...
Todos os funcionários muito atenciosos e educados. Café da manhã satisfatório. Para quem gosta de verde os quartos ficam ao redor de muito verde. Pousada fica no alto de uma longa ladeira ( não muito ingrime) ideal de carro. Dentro da pousada o acesso aos quartos tem escadas em vários níveis. Estacionamento é do lado de fora da pousada mas rua tranquila e sem saída. Quartos são pequenos mas nada que atrapalhe se o objetivo for curtir a cidade de Búzios.

Viajei eu,meu marido e minha bebê de 09 meses,funcionários muitos atenciosos,porém a pousada não conta com uma estrutura para bebês.Não tinha microondas de fácil acesso,tínhamos que pedir para esquentarem e esterilizarem a mamadeira com frequência e a cozinha fechava as 21:30.O quarto estava com muito cheiro de mofo e tivemos problemas com o chuveiro que não esquentava e canal da TV que tinha dias em que não funcionava.Fora isso,tudo tranquilo,ambiente agradável e acolhedor,café da manhã muito bom e farto,localização próximo à rua das Pedras,restaurantes e feirinhas locais.

Estávamos em 4 pessoas , com malas grandes e pesadas, nos colocaram em um quarto longe e com vários lances de escada .
Cada um por si , no caminho algumas partes eram de madeira , isso dificultou ainda mais ao passar com as malas.
Pois , as rodinhas das malas a todo momento ficavam presas entre uma madeira e outra , não nos dando outra opção a não ser carregá-las até o quarto .

O hotel fica bem localizado, perto das praias e centro. Café da manhã básico e satisfatório. A piscina parecia maior nas fotos, é pequena. Quarto bem agradável e silencioso, a bica do banheiro é meio difícil de manusear, chuveiro bem quentinho! À noite fica sem ninguém no hotel... Fiquei com medo, confesso.

Somente poderia melhorar com relação à limpeza da piscina.Nao que estivesse suja demais, porém, no padrão que esta pousada oferece o serviço, pode melhorar neste ponto. Outro ponto, foi no banheiro do quarto que fiquei, pois havia algum vazamento na ducha higiênica, também não gostei do sistema da torneira da pia - o sistema de controle de água dificulta muito lavar o rosto e ainda estava emperrando.Porém, o restante foi tão agradável, que não aborreceu.Pretendo retornar e recomendo.

Embora simples é simpática. Deixo muito a desejar com serviço de limpeza. Um dos quartos a chave da varanda estava empenada e não fechava. Os copos na geladeira estavam sujos do hóspede anterior. Meu marido limpou o filtro do as que estava poeira pura. Mudamos de quarto e aconteceu o mesmo com os copos e o ar condicionado. Café da manhã igual todos os dias o que se torna enjoativo com a falta de opções diferentes. Hospedaram um cachorro que a qualquer movimento começava a latir. Precisa de muita manutenção. A \"piscina aquecida nem sempre estava ligada. Eu mesmo tirei as folhas da piscina. Não recomendo e não voltarei.

Foi uma boa estadia, apesar de ter tido uma má impressão no dia da chegada à pousada, com o passar dos dias isso foi mudando. Fomos muito bem tratados e a pousada é localizada num ambiente muito tranquilo, muito sossegado para quem gosta de tranquilidade e longe da agitação.

A funcionária Rosana, que entendi ser uma gerente, se não é deveria ser, é de uma educação impar, prestativa, simpática atenta a tudo da pousada, também a senhora da cozinha, não sei o nome, sempre de bom humor e prestativa. Pousada muito agradável. Voltarei.

Decepcionante. O que encontramos ao chegar, não é bem o que está nas fotos do site, acho que falta um pouco de cuidado, melhor manutenção do local. O quarto e as roupas de cama estavam com cheiro de mofo. A tampa e a borda da privada estavam com respingos de urina, acho que cuidado com a limpeza é algo fundamental. Enfim, não gostei, com certeza não volto.

No geral gostei, mas a pousada pode melhorar muito. Assim que cheguei e sentei a cama quebrou, prontamente arrumaram, colaram e pregaram, mas podiam ter mais cuidado ou mudar para camas box, assim não tem necessidade de manutenção(podiam ter oferecido algum agrado pelo desconforto, mas nada foi oferecido nem a troca de quarto), café da manhã ok, piscina boa, mas não vi nenhuma vez aquecida, sauna não dava pra usar. Wifi não funcionava mt bem no quarto, mas tem tanta coisa pra fazer em búzios q nem me importo com wifi. Fui a pé para o centro, uns 20 min,nos outros dias fomos de carro, super rápido. Fomos a praia da ferradura, bem rapidinho de carro tbm, achei o preço bem salgado parabéns o Web foi oferecido, não sei se foi por ser próximo a feriado.
