I'm extremely disappointed with the service of this Pousada. I booked and paid for 2 rooms for 2 friends, but they put both people in the same room. The hotel did not contact us or apologize for the mistake, nor did they give the money back for the 2nd room.
I feel that the owners of this hotel were very dishonest and I still need the money back for the room they didn't provide my friends.
And again, I feel that they were disorganized and they could have just called us to figure out a solution, but they didn't. It was clearly in the booking reservation that we had separated 2 rooms. Please be more organized for future guests.

Everything was fine with the staff; they were nice and friendly but the management was very disappointing. I lost the key from the safe box, it was my fault no worries to pay for a key replacement. But when the manager arrived the next day, instead of coming and help us to solve the problem he took his sweet time to have his coffee while we were wasting half of the day waiting for him to provide the spare key. Ps we are in 2022 every hotel and pousada should have a digital safe box. Other than that I definitely recommend anyone to stay at Pousada Pontal da Ferradura.

Really comfortable Pousada where they couldn’t do more to help. A little bit further out but fine with Uber to get to town and a short walk from the beautiful (but windy) Ferradura beach.

This hotel is solidly \"ok\". Nothing wrong with it, but prices high for fairly basic place. DON'T eat in the restaurant unless you have to. We were the only people one night and it was raining and it took over 40 minutes to have even soda brought to us, and another 20 minutes for dinner. Many substitutions were made on the dinner without telling us, and we suspect they actually ran to the grocery store and pulled together what they could. Location just a bit too far to walk to main area of town, but close to a decent beach. If you book a standard room, ask for one on the second floor as they have high ceilings so feel a bit bigger.

A pousada é muito boa, piscina grande, quartos espaçoso, chuveiro bom e localização ótima. Porém uma coisa que nos incomodou foi o chão do quarto que estava cheio de areia quando chegamos, pedimos limpeza porém continuou a mesma coisa.

Adoramos, foi simplesmente encantador. E fomos numa semana de chuva, mas é um ambiente aconchegante, lindo, confortável. A cama é ótima, o quarto espaçoso e a varandinha com rede é um charme. A vista do lago é sensacional. O café da manhã é bem servido e o que experimentamos do cardápio também estava bem saboroso. Tudo isso a 5 minutos (ou menos) a pé da Praia da Ferradura. Estadia muito agradável com espaço kids enorme e novo que foi muito aproveitado pelo meu filho de 1 ano. O quarto com a rede e a vista para o lado trazem um clima ainda mais agradável a viagem! Apenas deixo como sugestão se possível o aquecimento da piscina principal ( fui em um fim de semana de tempo mais fresco e quase não entrei na piscina pelo frio) igual a da hidro que estava quentinha! A hospedagem fica muito perto a pé da praia da ferradura que é tranquilo para ir com crianças.

A pousada é boa. Mas acho que pode melhorar em alguns quesitos. O quarto onde fiquei foi o chamado luxo, porém de visão para a parede. Os chamados standard tem visão para a piscina e jardim, apesar de serem menores. Outro ponto foi o café da manhã, nos 2 dias seguidos o pão francês parecia requentado, meio duro e não tinha muitas opções de pão. Fora isso, ok.

Infelizmente ao chegar fomos alocados em uma categoria de acomodação não condizente com a contratada. No site do hotéis.com havia opção de quarto luxo e quarto luxo superior, esse último foi o escolhido. Solicitei a troca mas não havia vagas. Paguei mais caro por uma unidade, esperando ficar no segundo andar e fui acomodada em um quarto térreo com vista para o estacionamento.

Llegamos más tarde de lo previsto y nos estaban esperando con todo listo, check in rápido y a la habitación.
La habitación era amplia y cómoda para 4 personas, con Smart tv y cable satelital (no andaba, pero ni reclamé ya que conecte Netflix al Smart tv que era lo más usado por mi hija), también contaba con 2 reposeras y sombrilla para llevar a la playa (si necesitas más reposeras se solicitan en recepción).
La posada es hermosa, está a 150m de la playa, una vegetación increíble, piscina enorme, servicio de wifi en todos los sectores.
El desayuno es muy completo, frutas, panificados, tortas muy ricas, yogurt, leche, café, chocolate, cereales, jamón, queso, huevo, salchicha, etc.
La posada tiene un sector de juegos para los más chicos muy bueno y completo, lastima que la chica que cuidaba los chicos los últimos días no estuvo.
El personal es muy cordial y atento.
Algo para criticar, el bar está abierto hasta las 8 de la noche, por lo que no se puede cenar ahí, salvo que pidas a un delivery.
A tener en cuenta: todo Buzios está sobre morros, por lo que hay desniveles y escaleras. Si tienes algún problema de movilidad, solicitar una habitación cerca del bar.
La posada está en un lugar muy tranquilo, por lo que no hay cerca restaurantes o supermercados, mismo del centro, de todas maneras puedes solicitar un taxi en recepción o Uber es muy usado en Brasil.

Muito bom! Gostamos das instalações da pousada de um modo geral! Excelente café da manhã! As únicas observações ficam por conta da TV no quarto que não estava com os canais liberados para uso e o wifi que não funcionou direito, pois os dispositivos ficam a vida toda pra conectar e não era possível acessar a internet.

Linda pousada, bem distribuída, limpa, com quartos confortáveis, amplos. Cama de casal grande, banheiro bom , com ducha forte. Café da manhã muito bom, ótimos doces. Não tem restaurante, porém tem um cardápio de petiscos que ajuda. Fomos em família e com crianças de um ano e disponibilizaram tudo que foi preciso para alimentação delas. A pousada me surpreendeu! Possui excelente estrutura de modo geral e ampla área externa! Fiquei no quarto luxo que possui espaço amplo, arejado e acomodou 3 pessoas numa boa com camas confortáveis! Ar condicionado, chuveiro, TV e frigobar excelentes! Ótimo ter um varal flexível dentro do banheiro para secar roupas próximo a janela! Pelo que percebi todos os quartos tem varanda com rede! Piscina imensa e maravilhosa com 4 níveis de profundidade com serviços de bar, bebidas e petiscos, hidromassagem ao ar livre top, área da piscina top, sauna top! Quartos Standart tem vista pra piscina e quartos luxo tem vista pro jardim/pra rua (mesmo assim o quarto é silencioso, top). Fica a 5min a pé da praia da Ferradura e 7mim de carro até a rodoviária de búzios ou rua das pedras! Funcionários extremamente educados e cordiais, seria injusto da minha parte citar nomes pois absolutamente todos estão de parabéns! Não tenho dúvidas que voltarei a pousada e já recomendei a amigos e familiares!

A pousada é Excelente, super prestativo a recepção, porém o quarto a cama consiste em duas(casal) não é uma cama Queen e sim uma cama encaixada na outra e não é tão legal pra dormir. Para quem quiser chegar cedo pra fazer o check in antes não aconselho pois não é liberado, recebi uma ligação pra confirmação da estadia e perguntei se chegassemos cedo conseguiríamos fazer o check in a mulher disse que sim, chegamos lá às 10:00 e só conseguimos ir pro quarto as 14:30.
