Overall stay was okay although we were disappointed with the room as it was very dark. Cleaness could be better as shower had a strong smell and bed headboard was stained and dirty. breakfast was great and staff was very friendly and helpful. High rate due to High season. Yo tenía reservada una habitación para 4 personas y me entregaron una para 3 personas. Se demoraron más de media hora en asignarme una habitación con espacio para 4 personas. Pero, la habitación distaba mucho de lo que mostraban las fotos. Una habitación pequeña, vieja sin mantención, un baño en mal estado, el teléfono no funcionaba, cortinas sucias y rotas, pocos enchufes (o enchufabas la lámpara de velador o el minibar). El lugar si muy lindo, todo el staff amable y el desayuno muy rico.

Gostaria de expressar minha insatisfação com as condições do quarto em que fui hospedado(a) recentemente. Infelizmente, o ambiente apresentou uma série de problemas que impactaram negativamente minha estadia, como: O quarto estava com forte cheiro de mofo; A cama era muito velha e o colchão extremamente desconfortável; A estrutura era muito simples, sem nenhum conforto adicional;
O chuveiro era elétrico e de baixa qualidade.

Razoável. O quarto é bem pequeno com ventilação precária. Quem é claustrofóbico não ficaria neste quarto. A única janela fica virada pro pátio, portanto não pode ser aberta.

Fora que ao fazer a reserva a descrição do quarto dizia que seriam duas camas de solteiro e mais uma cama de casal e quando chegamos tinha uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro bem afastada, o que pra nós era péssimo pois temos duas crianças pequenas e tivemos que nos espremer na cama de casal.
O café da manhã é bem fraco também e, tirando o que é comprado pronto, como o pão, a manteiga e os queijos, o que é feito no hotel é bem ruim e a variedade é bem pequena.

O caminho até a praia andando é ruim. O htl tem rampa, mosquitos depedendo do quarto. A piscina é boa, mas cheia de folhas caisas ao redor. Tem uma árvore na entrada da piscina que impede a passagem com risco de queda pq além da entrada ser estreita. A árvore está crescendo e levantando o piso. Faltou luz diversas vezes e o hotel não tem gerador. Funcionários do café não são simpáticos. Não tem leite em garrafas, só na máquina. Um leite super doce e é preciso pedir ao funcionário que não tem boa vontade de servir. O quarto tem bom tamanho. No geral não gostei.

Bom hotel, simples, com localização razoável - para a paria da Ferradura (dá para ir a pé tranquilamente), para as outras praias necessita de carro. Funcionários educados, bem treinados e atenciosos. Bom café da manhã, farto e variado. Quarto e banheiro espaçoso, cama grande, porém roupas de cama e tolhas ruins, berço e seu colchão sujos e como mofo - Este foi o ponto negativo da estadia. Estacionamento amplo e fácil, na porta dos quartos. Muito verde no hotel e uma ótima piscina para crianças. Voltaria, porém pediria previamente ao hotel atenção na questão da rouparia do quarto. Entrega bem o que cobra.

Confesso que ao chegar achei que não seria bom mas me surpreendeu. Fiquei numa suíte família adequada para quatro adultos e muito confortável. O quarto estava limpo e o ar condicionado atendeu a expectativa. O café da manhã muito bem servido e muito bem cuidado pela equipe de funcionários do restaurante. Todos os funcionários com quem tive contato foram muito educados e prontos a atender qualquer solicitação. Solicitei serviço de quarto e foi executado de maneira muito satisfatória. Acordar e ouvir som de pássaros cantando foi um diferencial na minha estadia. Pretendo voltar.

Taxa de rolha ABSURDA!!!
Fiquei 3 diárias no hotel e tenho 2 reclamações.
A 1ª é que o espaço do café da manhã deveria ser maior (se todos os hóspedes resolverem tomar café no mesmo horário, não cabe!)
E a 2ª é sobre a taxa de rolha. Levei um vinho mas, esqueci o abridor. Pedi emprestado na recepção do hotel e me disseram que eles não emprestavam. Se eu quisesse abrir o vinho, teria que pagar uma taxa de rolha de R$ 50 POR PESSOA!!! Isso não existe. Em qq lugar, a taxa de rolha é POR GARRAFA!!! 😡

Cafe da manha com bastante variedades. Mas, em relacao ao café, fica uma sugestão: o café da manhã servido a partir das 8 horas deixa a gente preso e atrasa nossos passeios. Poderia ser servido às 7. E uma coisa que me desagradou bastante foi o café de máquina! Definitivamente, foi decepcionante. Além do cafe sair morno, tbm nao é saboroso e causava filas pra pega lo. Pois a maquina demanda um certo tempo.

Em geral, as pousadas em Búzios estão necessitando de muitas reformas. Acreditei que por pagar 650 reais em um diária, estaria numa pousada diferenciada. Mas as cortinas estavam bem sujas, assim como a cabeceira da cama, os led do ar condicionado não apaga e o banheiro é separado do quarto por tijolos transparentes. Quando o dia amanhece, a claridade entra toda dentro do quarto.

Precisei de um travesseiro extra, tentei ligar no ramal da recepção e não atendiam, liguei do meu celular e eles atenderam e me disseram que por causa da pandemia não estavam atendendo o ramal!!! Mas atendem telefone? Pedimos uma porção na piscina, e depois de duas horas!! Sem exagerar duas horas, tive que cancelar e o garçom concordou comigo!!! Fiquei três dias e só limparam o quarto uma vez!!! Tive que ir até a recepção solicitar pelo menos toalhas limpas o que me foi concedido com muita mantinha-se!!! O café da manhã é péssimo, um único atendente pra servir e fazer os mistos quentes e etc, resultado? Tomamos café só no 1º dia! Hotel lotado, sem estrutura, funcionários despreparados e com má vontade! Em fim, foi uma péssima experiência que não vamos mais repetí-la.

Achei a pousada muito boa , quarto bem limpo e cheiroso , achei que deixa a desejar no café da manhã. Pois não tinha váriedade , o pão não era fresco tava bem ruim , no meu último dia o café nao tinha queijo , nem pao de queijo e quase nada. A piscina pessoalmente tb é muito menor que parece ser nas fotos . Fora isso não tenho oq reclamar.

Infelizmente não tive a melhor experiência no hotel. Fizemos a reserva de 02 quartos para o ano novo. Ao chegar me enviaram para um quarto que sequer havia sido arrumado após a saída do hóspede anterior. Nos colocaram em um novo quarto 001, no entanto ele possui “uma varanda” na lateral, cheia de entulhos. Assim o quarto estava cheio de insetos, além da TV não funcionar. Por fim pedi a alteração do quarto, para uma categoria superior. Paguei o valor da diferença e mudamos. Não tivemos mais problemas. No outro quarto o problema foi a não realização de limpeza mesmo mediante solicitação. Enfim, se optarem pela hospedagem, escolham o quarto de nível superior, ele é o que mais se aproxima das fotos. Não achei o hotel muito seguro, uma vez que não há controle de quem são hóspedes ou não. Durante a noite vimos algumas pessoas dormindo dentro dos carros, não era possível saber se eram pessoas de fora, ou não. Mesmo tendo pago o consumo na saída, me cobraram novamente após ter saído do hotel. O café da manhã é ok, e os funcionários são cordiais.

Ao abrirmos o quarto havia um cheiro forte de mofo. O quarto que ficamos era meio que no subsolo pq o hotel fica num morro. O cafe da manhã era farto e estva tudo muito gostoso. Neata epoca de pandemia estava tudo embalado individualmente. A cama era muito confortavel. A comida do restaurante era cara sendo melhor comer em um restaurante.

Boa localização e quarto espaçoso e confortável.O único ponto negativo foi em relação a piscina no qual ficamos dois dias sem usar pois colocaram um líquido na piscina para limpeza e avisaram que deveríamos esperar para utilizar a piscina, como a água da piscina ficava como uma coloração escura, resolvemos não utilizar. A piscina só ficou limpa quando fomos embora no qual era início do feriado, a impressão que deu era que eles estavam preocupados em limpar a piscina devido ao feriado mas não se importando com os hóspedes que estavam antes do feriado.
