Slitet rum trotts att jag betalat för ett större deluxe rum. Blev ej informerad vid incheckning att man skulle be om städning. Priset för minibar saknades på rummet. Dålig belysning. Fallet på golv i dusch var undermåligt så det rann ut en hel del på golvet. Uppgradera badrummet med kanske en pall eller dylikt. En krok innanför entrédörren vore smidigt för att hänga upp jacka och skohorn. Att ha en fördelningsdosa hängande ned bakom tv vid skrivbordet var inte särskilt charmant.

Den veganska frukosten serverades i skymundan i ett litet svart kylskåp. Inte härligt upplagd och bara att ta för sig som resten av utbudet Det fanns ett pålägg. På tok för lite. Inget alternativ till ägg, naturell yogurt, våfflor, croissanter, varm choklad... Maten var otydligt uppmärkt. Havregurte fanns bara supersöta varianter av. Jättevarmt på rummet - annars bra

Air conditionen gav ingen effekt så det var jättevarmt på rummet. Även på natten när det endast var 17 grader ute så var det cirka 27 grader inomhus. Då vi valde det här hotellet just pga AC så blev vi väldigt besvikna.

Allt övrigt var verkligen toppen. Jättebra frukost!

Just stayed for one night but it was very comfortable, the restaurant was excellent and the young man on reception went above and beyond in his assistance for which I am very grateful. The hotel is perfectly located to explore the centre of Lulea and having the parking there makes it very easy. Will definitely use again.

God hotel but bad cleaning

The rooms and the hotel overall were nice, not at all worn out. The spa closed early so I never got a chance to try it and the gym was okay for a hotel.

Only tried the breakfast and it was good.

What I found bad was the cleaning, tissues and toilet paper ran out. No one ever came to clean the room or refill supplies.

Städningen var inte bra. Vid incheckningen fanns skräp på golvet som fortfarande fanns kvar 3 dagar senare. Oklarheter om hotellräkningen vid utcheckning. Blev debiterad dubbelt. Blev dock löst. Många hotell har kaffemaskin vid frukost. Här kostade en cappuccino 42;- extra

Amazing breakfast!
Only thing that drags the score down is the fact that there weren’t any bathrobes accessible for the spa. I saw others use them but they weren’t in the spa nor on the room. How to get them? Perhaps put up a sign?

A great hotel I want to stay at again!

I like the atmosphere and that the whole hotel feels so fresh! Love the breakfast buffét which contains things that are rare for bufféts.

But, since I think about the environment and choose to only have room cleaning one day during my stay. But this time I think that the bathroom cleaning was sloppy made and not thourough. Else everything was perfectly cleaned!

Good if you value the location more than the room.

The staff in the reception were kind and helpful, but unfortunately the room and breakfast brings down the overall experience. The room was showing a lot of wear and tear, broken tiles in the bathroom and big stains on the carpet, curtains and bed. The breakfast felt very dull, the scrambled egg tasted like it wasn't made out of proper eggs and the bread was very dry. Overall conclusion is that I will try a different hotel on my next visit in Luleå.

I was treated very well by the front desk staff. They called a 4:30AM taxi for me, offered me late night dining, asked if I wanted an early morning breakfast bag, and pointed me in the right direction for a candy store. The hotel is on a great shopping street, a fantastic location.

Perfect stay in central Lulea

We really had a great time at the Best Western Savoy in Lulea! The room was perfect, spacious and clean, with everything one would need. The staff was super nice and welcoming, the restaurant delicious, and the complimentary sauna a great perk. Don’t hesitate to stop here when you’re in Lulea!

Good stay but.............

We stay in the Savoy every time we come to Lulea as we like it so much and will continue to stay here. However, I would have expected some form of house keeping for a 3 night stay but there was no emptying of bins or refilling of coffee. Although the breakfast area has been remodelled, and the breakfast remains very good, other areas are starting to feel a little neglected. Tiles missing in the spa area and the spa area not prepared for opening (previous days towels and various bits of clothing left in changing rooms, sauna not ready for use).

I love the lunch menu that was reasonably priced. I ate there every day Monday through Friday for an exceptional lunch that was different everyday and you had a choice of two entrees plus salad bar and coffee and dessert, Saturday and Sunday had a different option. very popular for locals and patrons of the hotel. Breakfast was included with the room and was so varied in choice.

Vi bodde två nätter och betalade mer än dubbelt mot normalpris. Det kändes inte alls prisvärt. Frukosten var helt okej, men i övrigt var det en helt vanlig hotellupplevelse – och dessutom skedde ingen städning under hela vistelsen.

När priset höjs så kraftigt förväntar man sig antingen högre standard eller åtminstone grundläggande service. Här fick vi varken eller. Okej vid normalpris, men till det här priset kan jag inte rekommendera det.
