During my stay at Hotel Luleå, I was truly impressed by the level of service and hospitality. The staff was incredibly accommodating, especially when I needed assistance with storing my luggage while I took a short trip to Kiruna. They made the entire process effortless and stress-free, which I truly appreciated.

The hospitality of the staff provided a wonderful contrast to the cold weather, adding a personal touch to my visit.

Overall, my experience at Hotel Luleå was fantastic.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Luleå, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The hospitality was outstanding, with the staff being incredibly friendly and approachable. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome, which made my stay even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was a highlight, offering a wide variety of both hot and cold dishes to suit every taste. Plus, the complementary hot beverages available in the lobby were a great touch and added to the overall comfort of the hotel.

The hotel is also very easily accessible from the city center, making it convenient for exploring the area. I couldn't have asked for a better location or a more enjoyable stay. I highly recommend Hotel Luleå for anyone visiting the area!

Worst bed ever in a hotel

We got to the hotel after 02:00 me and my partner could not lay next to each other as the bed kept moving apart and we would slid onto tbe floor this after I paid extra for a big bed

Very good location and service

Very good location. It's in city center. Less than 1 km to bus ans train station. There are alot of restauranta surrounding the hotel.
Room is quite large, clean and comfortable equiped with 5 ft bed, sofa, working desk and big screen TV. Shower room and toilet is quite large.

Breakfast is excellent.There are a lot of food including hot and cold dishes, fruits, bread and beverages.
Complimentary coffee and tea are provided in the lobby.

Extremely tight garage. Parking spot too small for a compact sedan. I had a polestar 2, had do exit through the passenger door.
Besides that, good hotel.
There's no in room minibar. Good options at reception.

Undermålig ventilation.

Det var visserligen varm väderlek. Men på rummet var det extremt varmt. Dålig närmast obefintlig ventilation. Man hade svårt att hinna ta emot alla gäster på frukosten. Personalen gjorde allt vad de kunde. Frukosten kan organiseras bättre. Svårt att hitta sittplatser vid frukost.

Ligger centralt. Man måste boka städning om man vill ha det och tyvärr lämnade städningen mycket att önska. En kudde saknades efter städning och bara handdukar till två trots att vi var tre. Badrumsgolvet städades inte.
Hotellet renoverades när vi var där då varken bastu eller relax fanns. Ingen kompensation utgick för detta. Trevlig personal i receptionen.

Håller på med renoveringar så ingen parkering tillgänglig och restaurangen är i frukostdelen men annars märks det inte av.
Dålig ventilation i rummet så vaknade under natten och var tvungen att öppna fönster.
Sängarna skulle behöva bytas ut snart...

Restaurangpersonalen Urban va fantastiskt serviceinriktad! Frukosten mycket bra men croissanterna mjuka o tråkiga redan kl 7 på morgonen. Rymliga trevliga rum men oerhört tråkig utsikt… Duschväggen totalt värdelös då det blev vatten i nästan hela badrummet. Noll ventilation på toaletten och oerhört varmt på rummet.

Rummet hade svampiga sängar, dålig belysning i badrummet, ingen förvaring, inget kylskåp och ofräsch vattenkokare. Gammal sliten heltäckningsmatta och i övrigt slitet.
Personalen var helt likgiltig i receptionen och tittar aldrig upp eller hälsar, inte ens vid utcheckning.
Första och sista gången på detta hotell.
Dessutom var både tvål och toalettpapper av det absolut billigaste slaget.

Okay.

Men når det eneste kriterie man søger på er parkering, og der står den er til rådighed, og man så ikke kan parkere der, og det tager 40min at finde et sted at parkere et stykke fra hotellet, kan man ikke få en høj bedømmelse.

Bra hotell men tyvärr försämrad frukost.

Brukar bo på hotellet delvis pga frukosten. Tyvärr är frukosttiderna ändrade (jag behöver äta tidigt) dessutom har den varma delen av frukosten (ägg, bacon, pannkaka mm) varit kalla dessa dagar.
Riktigt tråkigt då jag verkligen gillat att bo på detta hotell.

Stort rum, med badkar trots att vi hade vovve med oss så va rummet fint. Ibland är hundvänliga rum väldigt i dåligt skick och saknar den mysiga heltäckningsmattan man vill ha på hotell.
Våran vovve fick till och med en bia bädd på rummet. Lyx. Och trevlig, hundvänlig personal 👍

Barnfria, så vi gick ut o åt en sen, romantisk 3-rätters middag på Café Metropolen Restaurang o sen tillbaka till hotellrummet, kröp ner i de sköna sängarna o tittade på tv en stund innan vi släckte ner o sov riktigt gott 👍 Härligt att få sova ut o sen få en mkt god frukost på morgonen 👌❤️

En sann känsla av halvsunk och doft av sliten heltäckningsmatta för en övernattning á 1500 kronor .. njaa .. droppen som får bägaren att rinna över är frukosten med lägre kvaliet på det ätbara, dåligt urval, så rörigt upplägg att det tar 15 minuter att få ihop frukostmaten från i hälften av fallen näst intill tomma begållare för 175 kr .. slutligen när frukostpersonal som yra hönor nära fräser av en 80 årig herre som välmenande säger \"godmorgon, vad bjuder ni för gott här?\" tänker jag; tur att det finns andra hotel att välja på till nästa gång

Rent och fint skick.

Tv kunde ha varit smartare t ex haft cromecast.

Det kunde varit bättre parkering till hotellet och platser med laddplats saknades.
Luleå stad hade däremot bra parkeringshus Karpen där man kunde ladda bilen gratis!

Det fungerar så fint på Quality hotel i Luleå. Min rumstyp har antingen badkar eller dusch, och jag fick den variant jag hade önskemål om (dusch). Bekväm säng.

Förvånanstvärt tyst trots mycket liv och rörelse (av det trevligare slaget) i staden.

Personalen gör stor skillnad här är alltid trevliga i sitt bemötande - både reception och frukost alla dagar. Åt i restaurangen på lördagen och även där var personalen trevlig. Det bidrar till en lite extra trevlig vistelse.

Viernes noche, la calle de nuestra habitacion llena de gente gritando, coches con musica muy alta paseando por los alrededores. No hay aire acondicionado, en agosto hace calor, y hay que cerrar las ventanas, con los gritos de la calle no se puede dormir. La musica de los alrededores muy fuerte.

Das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich.
Es ist zwar erlaubt die Hunde ins Hotel zu nehmen aber es gibt keinen Raum wo die Hunde zum Essen mitkommen können. Das ist schade und würde für Hundehalter und Begleiter einen echten Mehrwert bedeuten.

Försämrat hotell

Det är ett OK hotell men inte mer än så. I mina ögon har det försämrats de senaste åren.
Rummet var inte dammsuget när vi kom, det gjordes dagen efter när vi inte skulle ha städning.
I badrummet hade glasen stått orörda så länge att det var en dammtråd mellan fönsterkarmen och ett glas!
Frukosten var OK. Det fanns mycket varm mat att välja bland. Men däremot var bröd utbudet litet, det fanns mycket bröd men få att välja bland. Det samma med grönsakerna. Kaffet var bra och färskt.

Praktisches Hotel, vor Abflug

Praktisch, nicht weit vom Flughafen entfernt und doch zentral in der Stadt gelegen. Zimmer war geräumig und soweit ok. Teppich im Gang zum Zimmer sehr verschmutzt. Gutes Morgenessen, bereits ab 6 Uhr möglich, einfach nur kalt, ab 7 Uhr dann komplettes Buffet.
