Foi ok. Quarto limpo e agradável. O frigobar não tinha nada, no meio da noite precisamos descer até o bar para pegar uma água. Também não tinham toalhas de rosto, apenas de banho e os itens de higiene eram insuficientes para o período e quantidade de pessoas, no caso um casal.

Ibis, mas pode ser melhor, precisa cuidado!

Sempre se sabe o que esperar de um Ibis, mas este necessita uma manutenção (janela para a rua não fechava).
Faltou mesa de luz em ambos os lados também e a TV muito limitada, só 3 ou 4 canais.

Atendimento ruim, pouca cordialidade da equipe como um todo, a toalha de banho paracia um pano de chão, o cafe da manha com itens do dia anterior, pouca gente na operação do café, louca suja e o piso em torno do buffet estava lamentável, ficamos 03 dias e o mesmo permaneceu grudento e faltou limpeza, sou cliente da Accor a decadas, mas essa hospedagem deixou a desejar.

No primeiro dia, foi oferecido um qyarto PCD, muito ruim, banheiro pequeno.
No segundo dia, trocou de quarto para normal, tudo otimo.
Cama confortável, bancada banheiro, tudo ok. No Cafe da manhã , oferecem suco concentrado, da uma azia. Poderiam colocar suco natural.

Foi uma experiencia muito ruim . fiz reserva de 13 a 18 de nov/24 com pagamento antecipado . E por motivos outros chegamos somente no dia 15 para o chek in , mas infelizmente cancelaram nossa estadia e alugaram para outros , de modo que ficamos literalmente na rua !!! E disseram que entrariam em contato na segunda para fazer o extorno , o que não aconteceu. não houve nenhuma preocupação em nos recolocarmos. Vale dizer que 2 dias antes tente avisar que atrasaríamos e de nada valeu. Continuo aguardando uma solução.

Não sei se vao publicar, pois minha última avaliação não foi publicada. Lençóis com manchas de sangue. Não tinha travesseiros extras para o hóspede; sem edredom. Café com horário marcado. Café muito bom! Atendentes diziam que levariam o edredom solicitado e nada. 8 da manhã a camareira bate no quarto para arrumar o quarto. Nunca vi algo igual

Falta de Gestão do Ibis Carlos Barbosa

Rede Ibis tem um padrão que a gente já sabe o que esperar. Hotéis funcionais, modernos, limpos com um bom atendimento.. Este seguiu o padrão, mas com um diferencial muito negativo.. Gestão de pessoas.. Já no check in a funcionária que atendeu era nova e teve dificuldade em realizar o check in. No sábado saímos do hotel de manhã e na volta às 16 horas o quarto não tinha sido arrumado. Fui na recepção reclamar e a atendente disse que ainda iriam arrumar.. Pedi para falar com a gerência e fui informada que a gerente tem um nenê e estava em casa.. Depois de insistir a camareira foi arrumar o quarto. Disse que estava há pouco tempo e a ordem era que arrumasse primeiro os quartos desocupados e depois os ocupados.. Nunca tinha visto isso. Estou acostumada a ficar na rede Ibis e isso nunca tinha acontecido. A camareira disse que eu não era o primeiro hóspede que reclamava. O café da manhã de sábado foi um caos ( o hotel estava lotado por fonta da festa Vintage de Garibaldi ) Não tinha copo, talheres, suco, frutas.. Muito movimento para pouco funcionário..O hotel não se preparou para esta demanda. No domingo procurei de novo a gerente e de novo ela não estava.Como um hotel pode funcionar bem , com uma boa gestão se não tem gerência no fim de semana. Fica claro a falta de gestão do hotel e o despreparo dos funcionários que não devem receber o treinamento adequado.. Me surpreendeu pq a rede Ibis tem um padrão a seguir.

Salvo apenas pelo restaurante, senão era nota zero

Atendimento do Balcão muito ruim. Parece que estão lhe fazendo um favor ao atende-lo. Já o atendimento da cozinha e as refeições são nota 10. Impressionante a diferença de um para o outro. Recomendo que o pessoal da recepção faça um \"estagio\" na cozinha para aprenderem como atender um cliente.

Já havia me hospedado no passado. Dessa vez a falta de higiene chamou a atenção. Pia entupida, vaso manchado, metais encrostados, respingos na porta do banheiro, TV e armários com muito pó.

Não fui bem esclarecido sobre o café da manhã, na maioria das minhas reservas o café é incluso no ibis tive que pagar 140 reais adicional de cafe da manha e nem foi tão bem servido,pois nobultimo dia nem guardanapo tinha no bife.

Soliciei cama extra quando da reserva para o meu filho de 4 anos e para minha surpresa,na tinha cama, tínhamos que abrir uma poltrona e montar toda a cama com a roupa de cama que mandar eu buscar na recepção, pois nem foram capazes de deixar no quarto. Apartamento cheio de mosquitos, um absurdo. Luminária quebrada, maçaneta do banheiro quebrada, sem touca para banho, sem toalha de rosto... simplesmente decadente. Fui lá nesse mesmo hotel em 2019 e era bem diferente...
Quando epuseram a toalha de banho, entregavam duas (e esqueciam da criança), muito desorganizado, falta gerência e atenção ao hóspede. Além do barulho grande de madrugada devido ao gerador...não volto mais e não indicarei para ninguém.

INADIMISSÍVEL a falta de estrutura de um Hotel Ibis para dar conta da demanda dos hóspedes, e tudo começou no check-in onde nos deparamos com uma fila significativa e apenas 1 atendente que estava visivelmente estressado devido a sobrecarga de trabalho, chegamos no quarto e tentamos pedir um lanche sem sucesso pois a recepção não atendia o telefone, mas o pior estava por vir, o café da manhã foi um vexame, o café é servido com horário agendado de acordo com o andar dos hóspedes, nosso horário era das 9h as 9h40, estou até agora tentando entender a lógica do agendamento, pois chegamos no horário tinha fila para todos os lados, os próprios hóspedes tinham que limpar as mesas, não tinha frutas, não tinha pão, suco, geleias, ovos, pratos, e foi isso durante o horário do nosso café, apenas um funcionário para fazer a reposição (mto educado e prestativo) mas QQ ser humano consegue perceber que uma única pessoa não tem como dar conta da demanda no período onde o hotel está lotado, todas as pessoas que estavam ali fizeram reserva, ou seja, não foram pegos de surpresa! Falta de respeito e falha grave na administração do empreendimento, além de se aproveitarem do evento Festiqueijo para aumentar o valor da diária, ou melhor, praticamente duplicou o valor, que não seria um problema se mantivessem um padrão de atendimento que deixou a desejar em todos os sentidos.

Quarto pequeno, mas com design moderno, novo, cama e travesseiro confortável, quarto silencioso, com vista lateral para uma horta e torre de igreja; banheiro com ducha boa, mas exaustor não muito eficiente. Café da manhã com muita espera para repor produtos, como pão de queijo, ovos mexidos, suco verde e quando chegava nem dava para todos se servirem. Café de máquina, o que dá poucas opções para tipos sem açúcar... pessoal da recepção bem atencioso em nos ajudar com serviço de táxi na região, que é bastante precário.
