The place is excellent! Very clean and comfortable. It's important to note that parking is handled by a third party and is charged by the day R$29 for hotel guests, but it is still worthy and I would definitely stay there again!

O lugar é um pouco isolado na região e não há quase nada perto para ir a pé: uma farmácia, uma conveniência, etc, e o hotel também não oferece essa estrutura. Mas é bem novo, limpo, confortável. Para o porte do hotel os espaços comuns, como a piscina, sauna e jacuzzi, são pequenos.

O hotel tem 500 apartamentos o que torna o fluxo de pessoas imenso, alguns quartos ficam SUPER longe da recepção, restaurante e área de lazer, se chover, não tem cobertura até os locais. Fiquei decepcionada, esperava mais pelo preço que pagamos e por todaaaa propaganda que é feita. Não vale o investimento.

Fiquei muito surpreendido com o hotel — superou totalmente minhas expectativas. A estrutura é nova, a acústica é impecável (não ouvi nenhum ruído externo), a cama é muito confortável e o chuveiro é excelente. A academia é bem equipada, a piscina aquecida é ótima e ainda conta com uma jacuzzi externa, que é um diferencial.

A localização também é muito boa: você chega rapidamente em Bento Gonçalves e está praticamente na entrada do Vale dos Vinhedos, o que facilita bastante os passeios.

Como sugestão, seria interessante implementar um sistema de agendamento para a jacuzzi, já que existe apenas uma e algumas pessoas acabam ficando por longos períodos, dificultando o uso por outros hóspedes. E um ponto negativo é que o estacionamento é cobrado à parte.

No geral, a experiência foi excelente. Super recomendo!
