Windows! Double-layered. Apartment was very quiet. We had a surprise upgrade! Good kitchenette & utensils. Superb quality of toiletries. Very helpful front desk executives, namely Alex & Grace. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant & memorable. Good location - eateries are of walking distance, an international church nearby the eateries, 1 supermarket next to Modena (till 9pm) and another smaller one near the eatery Square (24 hr). Near to airport, about 10 minutes. Easy to take a cab (ask the front desk to call - cabs will definitely arrive). A simple but functioning gym & a self-service laundromat room (2 washers & 2 dryers - buy tokens from front desk).

We booked an apartment with two bedrooms for 5 people and paid for the extra person. However, Fraser only provided for 4 persons, without the towel and extra bed for the fifth person, when we arrived. The service staff argued that they did not receive any request for fifth person from the third party service provider (i.e. Expedia). Luckily when the service staff took out their document trying to proof their point, he then realised that additional payment has been made for the extra person. This shows that Fraser is not meticulous and careless.

Its location is good with cafes and small eateries surrounding the apartment.

Nice apartment~

Hotel is just 11mins from airport, very convenient. However, not much choices for lunch and dinner. Just small restaurants nearby. Room is tidy but smelly (smoke), probably I forgot to ask for non-smoking room. Front desk is helpful and nice.

Great breakfast.

Great location. Not far from airport or downtown. No traffic issues. Good restaurants and bar and Starbucks next door. Sizable supermarket underneath the building.

Useless wifi both in the room and downstairs. Could not use Skype. Endless waiting for websites. Bad wifi is worse when it happens in China because there is also the great internet wall messing with you. So you also need to toggle the VPN on and off (for example gmail works only with VPN on, but Yahoo often works only with VPN off)

Hotel is good, but it is a little too remote

Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are big. However, it is a little too remote and WiFi functions are limited. Taxi is needed to go out.

Staff were great, vary friendly, location is a bit out of the way to city center, but we workout local bus 20 min ride only cost 2 yuan (that is like 40 cent AUD) so..... cheap! and metro is so clean

Best in Wuxi.

This is the best place in Wuxi. if you are alone the best deal are the Superior or deluxe one bedroom. It have a store on the side of the hotel. and all room have a fridge and small kitchen (the studio have nothing include for the kitchen and are the size of a small hotel room, the other room are like appartment). IMPORTANT !!! The good phone # is :+86 (510)6811-1888. the one on the expedia/hotels.com is WRONG! !!

Best place in Wuxi.

This place is perfect: soft bed (not the \"normal\" hard one, very common in China), this is NOT a room, it is an FULL apartment! (with full kitchen, how include all, even a can opener). Also in must reservation , breakfest is include. For few dollard more you can choice the \"deluxe\". Also the people at the frontdesk are very nice and want to help you (with good english).
I only wish we can find the same (with the same price) in other city in China (or even in other country).

The best \"hotel\" (appartment) in Wuxi, period...

You go to Wuxi ??? This IS the palce to stay. this is a very good apt. with full kitchen and great price. Place not so far from the airport (10 minutes taxi). And between 2 train stations (Wuxi east & Wuxi New district). The kitchen is really great, full size fridge/freeze, even the cooking tool is new and clean, bathroom is great. Breakfast is medium but not low class (like other Chinese hotel. You also have a 24h store in the same building (but the entry door is on the side of the hotel. Also you can wask/dry your clothes. In all my trip in China this is the best deal I see for the price (it will cost minimum 300$ in other city for the same).

朝食の種類がもう少しあったほうがよい。
東和苑にも宿泊したが、それと比較して良くない。
キャンセル料を他と同様に、直前まで無しにしてほしい。
今回、出張がキャンセルになりそうだったのでリスクがあった。
全体的にとても良いので2回リピートしたが、
その点で次回は宿泊しないとおもいます。出来れば対応願います。

1. 시설:깨끗하고 방도 적당히 넓다. 헬스장이 있으나 엘리베이터 타는 사람들이 볼수있을정도로 오픈되어있다.
옆에 스파도 있는데 가보진 않았다.
2. 주변:스타벅스와 kfc가 옆에 있다. 짜르광장도 택시 10분안에 갈 수 있다.
3. 위치: 홍차오나 푸동 공항에서 오는 경우 조금 멀다. 우시 역에서 호텔까지 안막히면 20분 막히면 30분 이상 걸린다.
4. 기타: 와이파이는 공용이다. 한국인 기준으로 느린편이다. 근데 다른 중국 호텔에 비하면 빠른편일것이다. 일본인이 많다.

Gutes Buisnesshotel im New District Wuxi

Habe das Hotel hauptsächlich wegen der Nähe zum New District in Wuxi ausgewählt.
Zimmer sind sauber, freundlicher Service, Check-In und Check-out zügig und problemlos.
Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. In der Umgebung gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und einige
Restaurants. Liegt nahe an einer vielbefahrenen Schnellstrasse, für empfindliche Ohren
vielleicht nicht zu empfehlen, hat mich persönlich aber nicht gestört.
Für Geschäftsreisende durchaus zu empfehlen, würde wiederkommen.

位置稍偏，比较适合自驾。酒店房间内很暖和，淋浴的水量非常大，晚上开着空调很热，不开又冷

第一次住酒店式公寓，小小的开放式厨房很实用，对有小朋友的家庭出行很方便。床够大，一家三口住够用。房间里的中央空调很猛，开着热得睡不着觉。客厅的地毯比较脏了，壁纸有的地方不平整有碍美观，其他还是不错的。

Great experience, but traffic may be an issue

We stayed at this hotel for a week and had an amazing experience. The rooms (apartments) are very large and equipped in a high quality which is exceptional for the local market. The staff is very well trained, whatever they do you can see there is a standard behind it. Breakfast varied each day. Many Japanese in the hotel, so it is quiet and clean. One disadvantage is that an elevated expressway was built right next to the hotel (you can't see it in the photos), so there is a constant flow of traffic right next to the 4th/5th floor. The hotel fitted some rooms with double windows (noise level is acceptable), but many are not (can hear the constant honking). The front desk upgraded us immediately to a silent room, but later the GM on duty said we actually have to pay for the upgrade. After a long discussion he realized that the noisy rooms are simply not acceptable for foreigners who are not used to China, and gave the upgrade for free. So the problem was solved eventually and we had a great stay! Best arrive from Wuxi New Area staton, just 5 mins by taxi. Use room service for dinner, prices are very competitive.

Friendly Staff, Good Service, Nice Rooms

Stayed there for 4 nights, first 2 nights in a one-bedroom suite, then two friends joined and we upgraded to a 2-bedroom suite. The rooms were really nice and the beddings were comfortable. The kitchenette has all the basic things unlike some other hotels.

The staff was very friendly.

Location-wise, it's very close to the airport, just around RMB25, but in general the area is quite remote. There is a small local supermarket nearby, there are also a 24-hr KFC, a pizza restaurant, a Starbucks, a western restaurant, and a few very local restaurants.
