Thank you! I really enjoyed my stay. What stood out the most was the cleanliness of the room—it was spotless and very well maintained. The staff were also extremely courteous and professional, always ready to assist. Overall, the combination of comfort, service, and well-kept amenities made the experience excellent.

We love this hotel for its beautiful facility, clean and spacious rooms, great amenities and friendly staff. This is not a new hotel but what impressed us is that the bathrooms still look very new and very clean. The only thing we were not happy with is that most of the breakfast dishes were sort of tasteless. Of course we are fully aware that tasting depends a lot on personal preference. So all in all, we fully enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this great hotel to anyone who visits Wuxi.

I booked because of the 9/10 rating which I think probably 2-5 / 10 is not appropriate. The room layout is awkward, furniture is dated and broken. Location is not quite nice neither. Don’t not recommend to stay there.

One the best in wuxi

Stayed here for 3 nights for business trip and the room is spacious and well-furnished, certainly deserving of its 5 star status. Around 30 mins walk or 10 rmb taxi ride to nan chang street - main attraction for both locals and tourists

Excellent Staycation

It was an excellent stay at Intercontinental WuXi as this was our first time visiting the city. The staff at reception was polite and courteous. We booked an Executive Suites and we were told that it was 70m square large and there's only one room in each floor. The city view was magnificent from the glass window of the room. Buffet breakfast spread was wide but the restaurant was kinda packed as they were many people to fight for the space and food. Anyway, we managed to fill our stomach and quickly left the restaurant for other excursions. Overall, it was pleasant and we will consider coming back here for our next visit.

Beautiful hotel, outstanding breakfast... most diverse layout I've experienced. WiFi was subpar, however the plug--in Internet was fine. I had better WiFi on the plane.
Cleaning staff took slippers from the closet and laid them out for me! So very nice.

In Wuxi for the Fencing World Championships 2018

The Intercontinental was truly a 5 star hotel for the property and the service. The area was a little desolate and for some reason, I had a hard time finding restaurants in the hotel but I really enjoyed my stay. The buffet breakfast was the best! I went to the Crown Plaza and the Kingstown for breakfast to meet friends but the Intercontinental was by far the most variety as well as quality. I'm definitely staying there the next time I'm in Wuxi. Wi-fi could use some improvement though.

Very nice hotel with spacious and well equipped rooms. The only thing I disliked; seen in almost all Chinese hotels is the huge window between the room and the bathroom, limiting privacy but at least this one had solid shades unlike some others with semi-transparent ones. The staff is nice and helpful but with limited English

Not like it was before

Check in was bad. They could not find my reservation. I showed my print out. No use.
English was very limited. Checking out they could not find my airport taxi booking.
English terrible still.
Breakfast buffet has slumped. Food quality not like it was. Coffee cup only 1/2 full.
No refills.
Selection of pastries limited.
Seating has become bunk house style . Many strangers at one table. some ate like pigs.

Only stayed one night, and overall a decent experience. Centrally located, short walk to touristy parts of town. Decent facilities like the pool & gym, kind staff (weak on the English, but eventually the GM came out when we had an issue). Breakfast was fantastic — awesome buffet selection and quality was great.

A hotel unforgettable.

The indoor swimming pool is fantastic. Warm even in cold winter. Attentive service. Staff helpful and wear smiles. Breakfast is international standard should not be missed. Subway is 5 min walk. But only one shopping mall at 15min walk. Hotel is 3 mrt stations away from city main shopping centre. Ideal for relaxation . Room is spacious with great view.

High above all birdview from our room no 33312.big n spacious room with nice sofas n hard bed. ..as my husband was sick during one of the day stay,we decided to stay in and house keeping dept was concerned and called if there was any thing needef since it was not meant to be disturbed. ..very attentive staff and will not hesitate to recommend to friends n for ourself going back there again

This hotel was incredibly luxurious - from the lobby to the room to the pool to the hallway, I felt surrounded by excellent appointments. Loved the locker room to the pool, with electronic access to personal locker with towel and slippers ready for you. The breakfast buffet was excellent and had multiple options, including authentic asian fare and familiar western foods. Location excellent. Ask for a room with a view of Taihu Square!

During our five days of holiday, we enjoyed the the hospitality and the friendly service given by personal. We got the feeling to be realy arriving home after a day visiting the old site of town, or visiting the shopping malls. These were all in walking distance from the Hotel. The breakfast is a must and a delight for every nationality. The evening can be filled with a nice hot spring pool for relaxation or some sport in the swimming pool and very well equipped fitness area, next with hairdresser shop access. The prices are more then reasonable. This Hotel can be recommended for business or pleasure. Loved it!!

To of the line five star hotel

Top of the line five star hotel with excellent slice and staff who spoke English. I will be staying there more often.
The hotel is brand new and is in top shape. Beautiful pool and general facilities.
Although Expedia says free Internet in the rooms it costs 60 rmb per day although there is free wifi in the lobby.

Once i had been in lot hotels i can surely say that this one its amazing in every point of view,the quality is superior, the only thing that must pay atencion is everything quite expensive, and some kind normal services are not inclued like internet, breakfest, wich you have to pay separed, otherwise everything else is fine.

My friend has a wedding party there. It's a new build up hotel a few months ago. All the facility are well and clean but only 3 issues:
1. One of my favourite tv channel is no sound but they fixed it on the next night.

2. We asked for a tray but very very difficult to got it in final.

3. We asked for a empty red packet for my friend wedding gift but they asked for RMB 30.00, it's a crazy price!! We give up in final.

Overall ok and we got two free water at lobby reception without any reject.

Geweldig hotel. Veel keuze aan restaurants. Kwaliteit en keuze van het ontbijt buffet was ongekend. Tenminste als men van de Aziatische keuken houdt zoals ik.

Enige minpuntje was de bar in de lobby. Twee keer werd er door de dames een biertje ingeschonken en beide keren ging dat gigantisch fout. Je zou verwachten dat iemand die in een bar werkt een biertje kan inschenken. Beide keren lag de helft op tafel omdat deze dames door bleven schenken alsof het een flesje water was. Dat resulteerde natuurlijk in een schuim vulkaan. Verder prima hotel.

Mon séjour a été convenable. Bien que la moquette n'était pas très propre dans la chambre t m'a causé beaucoup d'allergie. la peinture des murs était assez défraîchie et les murs tâchés rendant un aspect sale. Le lit côté droit n'éait pas confortable vu que le matelas avait cédé. Pas de petit déjeuner sans gluten mais le/la chef de cuisine me cuisinait parfois du riz sauté et me donner des charcuteries sans gluten ou du saumon fumé. je le remercie. le reste de l'hôtel est très joli.

酒店豪華，設施不錯，員工普遍都有禮。接待及前台的員工，特別值得嘉許。可是，房務員竟然星期六早上8點就放卡提醒要執房，確實嚇人。難到去旅遊的人不可睡多一點？酒店附近都破寧靜，整體感覺良好。

世界連鎖的洲際酒店, 無論是住宿, 服務或餐飲都是一流的. 不過此間位在太湖廣場, 周圍環境較清淨, 距離中心三陽廣場還有四個地鐵站. 不過去清名橋倒是挺進的. 酒店後方不遠處還有家樂福, 購物也算方便. 前台小妹Summer服務不行, 我要辦理退房與換錢, 都叫我去隔壁, 連個\"請\"字都不知道加. 需要再次培訓與客人應對話術才行

Dejligt hotel i Wuxi, med store værelser med fantastisk udsigt over byen og med rigtig gode restauranter. Hotellet ligger godt en kilometer fra byens centrum og der er ikke meget at komme efter i den umiddelbare nærhed. Personalet er flinke og venlige. Morgenmaden er ikke specielt spændende og betjeningen noget tilfældig. Værelserne er temmelig varme (24-25 grader). Til prisen er Intercontinental Wuxi et godt valg i Wuxi.
