Super clean, modern, and comfy. Host communicated warmly and timely. Bathroom had everything we needed and not the super cheesy stuff 👌Kitchenette was great too. The only thing I would complain about was that it’s sits on a busier street. Not crazy busy, but if you don’t like the sounds of cars driving by, it can be annoying. I travel with ear muffs and they were needed. But did not hear any other guests which was great!

No bells or whistles. People were friendly at a slate problem. With the door lock when we first showed up fortunately, there was a phone number to call, and it was taken care of so we could enter the room. If you're just looking for an inexpensive place to stay. This is it I would highly recommend

The room was clean at a good price. However when I arrived it was 2° out side and the room was very cold, 58°. There is only a single small heater and it took close to 2 hours to get the room up to a reasonable temperature.

Check in was easy . The women was very pleasant and helpful . Room had everything we needed . Microwave, fridge and beds were comfortable . They even had extra blankets which in the closet if needed and a nice table and chair set . Best part was the parking is right outside your door and if you have a dog it’s perfect . I would definitely stay here again .

Everything looked new and in good shape. Very clean. This is not a high end establishment but for the level of the hotel, I was impressed how clean and updated it is. We needed local place to stay one night while visiting our son that wasn’t expensive and this was perfect.

This places rooms are clean and great, we came for a concert with our ESA Dog and the staff was so friendly to him and thats important considering hes a pitbull mix and theres the stigma. The rooms are solid and cozy and the place is very accommodating.

Nice little place!

Nice little motel. Convenient location. Very clean. Snacks & GREAT coffee in the office! Nothing fancy, but very helpful staff when we had an issue. We also left a charger behind, and they notified us within hours and are mailing it to us! We'd definitely stay again if in the area.

Beds were great, everything is new. Kitchenette is convenient. Convenience store right next door.
I messaged that stairs are a problem and they called and emailed that we would be on the first floor. Not much room in the bathroom, only sink is part of kitchenette, but there is counter space for toiletries there.

The shower wasn't working in the room the day of check in. They informed me beforehand and instead of changing rooms, they gave me the room next to mine as well! Which turned out to be perfect because I had a friend come up for one night during bike week. So I took the room with the shower and my friend got to sleep in their own room instead of sleeping in mine.

Great historic ADK hotel!

Charming hotel with extremely friendly management. It’s good to see an old school Adirondack hotel still exists. The room was comfortable and rather spacious. The restaurant/bar is a local hangout and the clientele was welcoming. The servers were the same. Would love to return

The Moultonbourgh Inn had been recently renovated (paint, flooring, cabinets, etc). The exterior was also renovated. My wife and I (plus small dog) were comfortable. The main drawbacks are: no bathroom sink, the sink in the kitchenette was next to the bathroom and had a mirror over it. Also, there were no robe or towel hooks in the bathroom. We improvised by using clothes hangers from the wardrobe. One other thing that surprised me is that there no overnight onsite staff.

Much to our surprise this was a great stay, room looked newly renovated with comfortable bed. Lobby amenities although limited were free and had a good selection of snacks. Local restaurants were fun and had a good selection of food. Would highly recommend this for all of the above and it was affordable

The staff here saved us during a snowstorm when we were not able to get home. They were all so incredibly kind and accommodating, and made us feel so much better during a hectic time. The room was perfect. The beds were cozy, room had a delightful kitchenette, everything was clean and it had everything you could ask for, for a lovely stay. Also loved and appreciated the drinks and snacks in the office. ☺️ Thank you Terri (not sure of spelling) and the young woman working the desk. You two are amazing. Highly recommend staying here! A cozy and very welcoming Inn. We will definitely be back if we have the chance!

This property was fantastic! Our room was extremely clean and the staff was incredible! In the office there were snacks, coffee, water, and even homemade blueberry bread the day we checked out! When we needed extra shampoo, they were on it right away. They are also dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us! Though our stay was short, I could not recommend this location enough. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice little motel. Our stay here was really pleasant! They called us with easy check-in instructions since no one was at the front desk, and everything went smoothly. Parking was free and convenient, and the room was spotless with clean bed covers and nice furniture. The area was very quiet, and our room was well-lit and even included a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. While there was no breakfast, they did have snacks, coffee, and tea available in the cozy lobby. The shower pressure was great, towels were fluffy, and they even provided a small black towel for makeup—such a thoughtful touch! Really nice staff both housekeeper and front desk lady.

Only small issue: the bed moved a bit, as the frame felt slightly loose. Not a walkable area for grabbing food

The room was small but it was clean, quiet, safe and cozy! TV was great, was Roku and I was able to stream Xfinity(Comcast) and get all my stations! Entry was easy, the last 4 #’rs of my cell phone! There were lots of free snacks .. Reeses, Cheezits and more at the check in! Parking was great! Loved that I could see my car just outside my window! Overall I would definitely recommend this cute motel in Moultonborough!

The Inn was very clean. I found the room too cramped, two full beds took up most of the room. Just a table and two chairs to sit. The microwave and refrigerator with a freezer was great. The fact there was no sink in the bathroom was strange. I had an issue with using the only sink for doing dishes and washing up and brushing my teeth. Checking in and out was very pleasant.

It was the most reasonably priced place to stay. However, the shower was hard to turn on. Because of the way it is set up, you have to keep the blinds on the small window closed, or else anyone walking by can see right into the room. Thus, it is like being in a closet. We only used it for sleeping, so it was tolerable.

Our check-in was lovely. We were greeted as soon as we walked in and given the run-down of how to get into our room, the availability of snacks and coffee, and what to do if we need help after hours.
The room was spotless and incredibly well updated. It felt very high end for a privately-owned hotel. The water pressure in the shower was great and the water stays hot.
We’ll definitely stay again if we’re back in the area.

We stayed at the Moultonborough Inn for a few days in early December, when we were in the area photographing a wedding. This motel was an affordable option for us, and only 15 minutes from where the wedding was taking place. I can't say enough about our stay. The lobby was warm and welcoming. It was decorated nicely for the holiday, and soft Christmas music was playing. The owner Donna was sitting behind the desk, and she too was warm and welcoming. We chatted a bit about the property, and after a quick check-in, she mentioned that there would be tea/coffee, oatmeal cups and homemade pumpkin bread available in the morning. Perfect! Our room was on the 2nd floor (there is no elevator), and was immaculately clean, modern looking and comfortable. Donna really put a lot of thought into the room not only with decor, but with providing simple instructions (for ceiling fan operation, TV operation, etc). There was a microwave, refrigerator, table for two, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, etc. Anything you could need or want, was there! The hot water was plentiful. Noise in the inn was minimal. We would HIGHLY recommend this motel, and look forward to visiting again someday soon!

Nice Place to Stay, By Mountains and Lakes

I enjoyed my all-too-brief stay at the Moultonborough Inn. I am familiar with the Lake Winnipesaukee region, having vacationed in the area when younger. Was visiting family in Laconia, so chose this Inn not too far away. Alas, my departure from home was delayed, so I only had one, rather than the two planned nights at this Inn.

During my time there, I just \"chilled\" and relaxed. Very comfy and cozy room, with a nice kitchenette. A grocery/convenience store is next door. Had \"brunch\" up the road at \"The Village Kitchen\" (I highly recommend). And what is a stay in Moultonborough without a stop at \"The \"Old Country Store?\" Very cool. Many thanks to Doreen and Donna, and the housekeeping staff. Great hospitality, and tasty blueberry bread at departure! I hope to return in the future for a longer stay. Thank you!

The price was right. The person at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. When I asked about where to eat she told me of the of the best choices and gave me a printed list. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed slept well. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud but that was a very minor thing.
