We stayed at this hotel for one week and overall we had an amazing experience. The hotel was beautiful, very clean, and well taken care of. The rooms, the property, and everything around us felt fresh and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The only areas I think could improve are the pool/beach food options and room service. When you are spending the day swimming, it would be nice to have more easy snack options available near the pool or ocean. Most of the time we had to dry off, change, and go to a restaurant just to get something to eat. Other than small things like chips, there were not many choices.

Room service was also not my favorite. Even though the hotel is all-inclusive, room service had an extra charge and everything was priced in euros, so just be prepared for that. I also felt the room service food quality could be better.

Other than those small things, we loved the hotel, the cleanliness, and the overall experience. We had a wonderful vacation and would definitely recommend it!

The room was absolutely perfect. Had a view of the Pools, Mountains, Sea and Beach! Staff absolutely amazing. Have no words for how wonderful they were. Food amazing especially in the A la cartes.

The hotel is beautiful, lovely big reception area, lovely restaurants and pools, nice beach area and rooms. What lets this hotel down is the chaotic buffet. No one sits you down so it’s a free for all and sometimes you can’t get seated. One al a carte meal in 10 days isn’t good enough. We like being served and having a menu so having to eat at the buffet mainly was disappointing.

Best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They have upgraded our room automatically when they knew we were on anniversary of our honeymoon. The service is excellent and everything is excellent honestly I don’t have anything to say about any improvement, but will definitely come in again.

We arrived home yesterday and thought a review might help those who are looking at this hotel for next year:

Pros:

-The food was excellent whether that be in the a la cartes or buffet.
-The hardworking members of staff who were interested in doing their job were excellent and went above and beyond to make your stay amazing.
- There were plenty of sun beds if you were happy to be away from the main pool.
- It was great to have the tennis and padel courts for free.
- The rooms were great and the beds super comfy.
- Sunset Beach is lovely for a drink in the evening.
- The evening entertainment is another level.
- Branded drinks

Cons:

-The booking system for the a al carte is a joke. People queuing at Guest Relations from 7am for it to open at 8.
-Some members of staff were disinterested and work shy.
-The main pool was shut several times due to 💩.
- The sides of the pools and main walkways from rooms were so slippery and saw a couple of children slip and hurt themselves.
-The builders have left poor levels leading to puddles of stagnant water in places.
-People leaving towels out the night before for the next day and no hotel staff police this.
- No pool service up at the top pools by rooms.
- No savoury snack bar to be able to just grab something to take to pool side.

In general we felt that this was an excellent hotel but could improve in places. If the a la carte allocations change to 1 a week, we would definitely not come back.

A hell of a lot that is great about the hotel but things that werent 5 star.

Plastic single use around the pool.

Sometimes running out of the limited bramded spirits they had.

Not an extensive cocktail menu, you had to ask if they could make certain drinks.

Replenishment of mini bar - we took our 3 month old so needed bottled water that sometimes wasnt brought to the room for hours.

Asked for milk for the coffee machine, it just didnt come.

Some of the finishes if you actually looked past the surface in lift areas, hallway, toilets etc, wasnt a true 5 star experience.

Main ntertainment starts at 9.45 and is ear piercingly loud.

Live music that was supposed to be on never was at beach bar.

QR codes on beds didnt work at times so had to wait for staff to come and on occasion even then wasnt great.

Repetitive pool entertainment.

Irish pub never had live music, was always a bit quiet. So much potential to be better.

Food was good, with a nice mix of cuisine.

Pool area itself was brilliant, never struggled for a bed.

Aesthetics and cleanliness of the hotel.

Bottom line is it needs a bit of refinement, but defo could be 'that place'

Not on a par with the service at a Barut Hotel.

On arrival we were greated with flowers and a glass of Prosecco . Our room - a family suite consisted of 2 bedrooms with a bathroom each a hallway on entry led to the rooms We had a small pool on the balcony which was lovely - the only issue was the wood that covers the front of the balconies was to low and on stepping out of the pool both my husband and son cut their heads ( neither are tall) - this is had to avoid as naturally to step out of the pool you have to stand up . I would suggest that the wood is cut to the height of the actual plaster on the balcony. There was adequate soap , shampoo etc and whilst this did run out a quick call to reception and it was rectified straight away . Food in every area was fabulous . Buffet , okeanos, tatre, ricotta were our favourites. Puri ( Indian ) had very small portions but was tasty and you can just order more. My only issue around food was the restaurant times , we normally booked a table for 8:30 in the a la carte restaurants , we felt a bit rushed as they seem to close around 9:30/10 . There are lots of lovely areas to sit and have a drink after though - lumeous beach club was a favourite - at least until the DJ started with overly loud music with a boom . The music itself was good but was too loud as you couldn’t speak with the volume - the setting is outstanding with a chilled vibe but the overly loud music perhaps detracts from this, it also meant that you couldn’t get to sleep before 01:00 with the noise of the base

Had many issues at this hotel.
1. Checkin
We paid for sea view room and at checkin time were downgraded but the staff insusted pool room is more superior. Not sure how when the pool room is 40% smaller and cheaper. I had ro argue witb reception to get the room we paid for at 4am in the morning. There was also no night manager so there was no way to raise or escalate problems. Terrible experience
2. Checkout
We did not checkin till 5am into the room and so did not make it to breakfast . In other words we paid for a whole nights stay but did not use thier facilities. On cbeckout we requested 6 hour chekout late as flights were late night. We were informed this is not possible unless we pay. Then miracles would be possible. Terrible service
3. Pools
We three times checked if indoor pool will be heated. It was requirement of the booking. But everyday the indoor pool was freezing cold and ojr son did not use the pool services. We raised this several times but nothing was done over our whole stay. Terrible service again.
4. Diet
We follow strict vegan diet. There is tonnes of meat options and yes if you asked chef personally he was kind enough to make one dish for you. But one shoud not have to keep askikg every night this is not 5 star service. It makes you feel uncomfortable
5. Overall
The whole experience was below par and i would certainly not recommend this hotel or group to anyone. Service is well below par and raising issue with senior management team does not help

Fabulous Hotel with a couple of issues. Room was excellent for a family of three with a proper separate bed (in same room) for a child. When full not enough room for all sun beds to be poolside however no issue for me as huge number of beachside beds so all good. Food in the main very good although service suffers towards the end of a long run, not surprising as breakfast is available for 4 hours as an example. I think the Hotel is a little confused about its offering as it blasts out music until 1 in the morning (mainly rave it felt like to me?) and I don’t get it as literally hundreds of kids here so seemed an odd mix to offer up. There is an adults only area but that shuts at 1 as well so feel the offering here is a little limited compared to other offerings in Turkey. No idea over its Eco credentials other than aircon switches off automatically if you leave the room which is a standard offering for most new built Hotels anyway. Overall a good Hotel and you won’t go far wrong if stay here and I would be happy to return.

The Turkish resorts go out of their way to provide night time entertainment and Signa had big time shows each night. All of the ala carte restaurants were fabulous… One of the best I’ve stayed at in Turkey… beach, pools all great!!

From the moment we arrived at Liberty Signa, we were greeted with warm smiles and a fresh bouquet of flowers—such a thoughtful touch that instantly exceeded our expectations. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome and provided personal attention throughout our stay.

yaşadığımız tatil deneyimi o kadar iyiydi ki, en kısa sürede tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz. otelin her noktasının ve odalarının temizliği, konforu; personelin güleryüzü ve profesyonelliği;her akşam müzik ziyafeti... her şeyi ile çok çok iyiydi. yemeklerin lezzeti ve çeşitliliği için de gerçekten tebrik ediyorum. plajda dinlenirken dijital olarak beach bara sipariş verebiliyor olmamız ve siparişlerin hızlıca gelmesi son derece keyif vericiydi :) fethiye'ye tekrar geldiğimizde konaklayacağımız tek yer burası olacaktır. buradan otel yönetimini ve personelini yürekten tebrik ediyorum.

Wir waren nun bereits zum zweiten Mal im Liberty Signa und hatten erneut einen perfekten Aufenthalt. Vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

Das gesamte Personal ist unglaublich freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Ilayda, Özgür, Aren, Aliya, Ateş, Mehmet, Ali und viele weitere Mitarbeiter, die unseren Urlaub unvergesslich gemacht haben.

Auch Rustam vom Animationsteam möchten wir besonders hervorheben. Die Volleyball-Aktivitäten mit ihm haben sehr viel Spaß gemacht und waren jeden Tag ein Highlight.

Das Essen war hervorragend – abwechslungsreich, frisch und sehr lecker. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gepflegt und bietet alles für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Liberty Signa uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Karşılama anından , çıkış islemleri sonuna kadar tüm personel harikaydı, ilgili ve kibarlar. Yemekler gayet iyi , cesitli ve lezzetli. Kullanilan malzemeler, oda terliginden yiyeceklere kadar kaliteli. Aquapark biraz ufak gelebilir yani sadece aquapark odakliysaniz. Tatilde rahat olayım, konforum tam olsun , ilgi istiyorum :) diyorsaniz bu otel size cok uygun. Teşekkürler Liberty Signa.

Das Hotel an sich ist traumhaft – eine sehr moderne und gepflegte Anlage, wirklich eine 10 von 10. Auch das Essen war super, mit viel Auswahl und sehr guter Qualität.

Leider lässt der Service deutlich nach. Vor allem in den Hauptrestaurants wirkte das Personal oft überfordert, viele Mitarbeiter grüssten nicht einmal richtig, und man musste sich vieles selbst holen. Auch am Pool und am Strand fehlt es fast komplett an Service – besonders im Vergleich zu All-Inclusive-Hotels in Antalya, wo der Service deutlich besser und aufmerksamer ist.

Positiv hervorzuheben sind die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sowie in den À-la-carte-Restaurants – dort war der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Insgesamt ein tolles Hotel mit viel Potenzial, wenn der allgemeine Service verbessert wird.
