Beach access/garden was brilliant, services and buffets in both restaurant and bars excellent. Kids club and shows with fantastic entertainement including presentation is a great success with Adem (Master entertainer) and occasional other programmes (Kenian, Mongolian/Chinese) where fun and laughters are guaranteed.

Our stay at Tuana had positives and negatives.
Positives:
- Family rooms are spacious. Probably the biggest we had stayed in and seemed newly decorated.
- Grounds were well maintained. The accommodation as a whole is huge and it was always kept clean and tidy. There is a cycle track around it and they can transport you around on golf buggies.
- Prices. Lots of shops at normal prices.

Negatives:
- Although the rooms were spacious the balcony was non existent. It could only sit one person on and wasn’t relaxing at all. The rooms were also noisy. Could hear a whole conversation from next door and every foot step guests from upstairs took.
- The service provided was disappointing. Most waiting staff just stood around. In our whole stay we never had anyone come to take a drinks order at meal times and the plates were often left stacked up until we left the table.
- Pool was cramped. We travelled during term time and struggled to get a sunbed around the pool after 10:30 so I dread to think what it would be like during summer holidays.
- Payable smoothies / juice bar. Small gripe really but had to pay for smoothies / juices at smoothie bar which we weren’t made aware of.
Overall we enjoyed our stay. However we wouldn’t rate this 5* maybe 3*plus or 4* at best. It does have everything a 5* needs but just feels like something is missing.

A lovely stay

Spent 5 days here with family and had a wonderful time. In these current times it feels really safe and if it wasn't for the masks you could forget Covid was going on.
Check in was simple & quick, little but if a queue, but I think I arrived just after a coach! Staff friendly, clear explanations in English.
Like others have said, rooms could do with updating. Saying that, the shower pressure was great and theres loads of wardrobe space. Glad I went for a club room - the bigger terrace/balcony was well worth it.
Grounds are immaculate and the maintenance team work around the clock to ensure that. Beautiful gardens, never saw a single bit of trash anywhere.
Plenty of sun beds, mattresses and towels are provided which is nice.
Food was surprisingly great, buffets are hit and miss anywhere - but there's different choices everyday and it all tasted so fresh.
But what made it for me was the staff, they are all generally very young but always so friendly and attentive.
A little further from Fethiye/Calis than it looked on the map, but less than a tenner in a taxi.
All in all a lovely stay and fabulous value for money.

It was unforgettable trip, originally we planned to be only 3 days after 4 days we spent in Antalya, but after first 2 days we added 2 days extra to enjoy more. Really recommended.

Too expensive for what it offered.

We had high expectations for this hotel and they weren’t met. The main reason why we picked this hotel was it’s proximity to the beach. Unfortunately, the beach was full of rocks so while you could swim, you could also twist you ankle :(
The food was below average, the rooms needed better furniture (the bed was very uncomfortable) and our shower was so clogged. Sadly, we don’t recommend this hotel nor will stay there again. However, the setting is beautiful as well as the hotel grounds so if you just want to go suntanning then this could be okay.

Ok but not 5stars to British standards by far

This was our second stay here. The rooms are dated and dull but the grounds are lovely. All inclusive is convenient and saves a lot on extra food costs but the selection of food is a bit repetitive. The pizzas in the other restaurant were delicious . Stayed here a few years ago too. It's convenient because of the all inclusive, private beach but definitely needs a few more swimming pools as there is only one main one and it did get crowded during the day!! A lazy pool would be lovely!!

The total is better than some of the parts.

The room was a bit dated and close to childrens play area so could be noisy during the day but ok at night. Grounds were lovely and well maintained. Public toilets very clean. Food very good with plenty of choice. Signage for vegetarians could be improved (fish and meat in some dishes even when no mention on lables also some staff used the same implements when cutting/handling food leading to contamination) Cocktails limited and some bar staff spoke little english. Did not like that they wanted to charge for fresh orange and smoothies. They also charged for safe. The beach was a mixture of sand and pebbles but good access to the sea from the jetty. Free kayaks and peddaloes.

Not just hotel was a resort everything there you could want for gym(free) play area for toddlers small farm animals ..chickens birds etc water slides massive pool baby pool pool bar food from 06,30 till 12 pm 24 hour bar night club hit and miss when we were there (oct half term) starr really friendly hotel/resort very clean tidy had it own beach jetty etc water sports at cost but well worth every penny i could go on for hours about this place Cant wait too go back at Easter

Well run hotel

We went in July 2015 as a family of three adults (one elderly) and two children and had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Our two club rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean, everything was located not more than 5 min of walking distance (reception, restaurants, pool and beach). Club rooms are in 2-3 storey units with 24 rooms each, which are spread around a large very green and well kept territory and because of that there was no feeling of crowdedness. Good points: efficient reception, good service all around (the hotel, public areas, beach, pool, restaurants are all spotless), good reasonably priced spa (great massage and facials), fresh, varied and well prepared food, staff are working very hard and are doing their job in a gracious and subtle way, a spacious beach area, water slides well regulated by the staff. Things that could be improved: towel desk and water slide times could be extended, the pool could be crowded at times. No other complaints. A big thank you to the management and the staff of the hotel. Overall good value for money.

Our daughter is 4 she loved the animation team - we thought they were cheesie but to be fair lots of different Europeans in hold so trying to cater for all. Positives food was good fresh, pools lovely and clean as were the grounds. Pontoon u can watch the fish and walk along the beach. Way hour for the shops charging lira euros or pounds..

amazing ALL INCLUSIVE resort

The title says it all. Pay for nothing but the room and enjoy everything. Food around the clock, including midnight snacks. The main buffet restaurant has an amazing selection of food rivaling any Vegas casino and the quality is good as well. Three themed restaurants that you need to make reservations for the day before. Huge activity list including archery air rifle beach vball. A soccer/futbol field, basketball courts a zoo!?! Water slides, two self serve beer taps at the pool. Simply amazing. Music can be blaring at times, a great place for bachelor or bachlorette party's or get aways. If youre looking for romantic or quiet n peaceful this probably isn't the place. Had a great time

A Pleasant Stay

I vacationed at the Majesty Club Tuana Park for two days in May, 2014 and I had a good time. The rooms were fine and the staff were helpful. I enjoyed the food and spent time relaxing at the spacious swimming pool. The resort had plenty of activities for children, including a zoo with rabbits, birds, and goats.

I would certainly recommend the resort, but I advise bringing plenty of Turkish lira as the taxi drivers do not take credit cards or U.S. dollars. The front desk did not seem to keep much cash and the exchange rate was not favorable. It costs 85 TL to taxi into town (roundtrip) and 105 TL to taxi back to Dalaman airport.

EXCELLENT FOOD FOR AN ALL INCLUSIVE

Good quality food in the main buffet area. We enjoyed the freshly cooked fish, fresh chicken and fresh omlettes made to order. Also choice of fish, turkish and italian restaurants if you book a day in advance. House wines were drinkable and there was a good choice of spirits and cocktails. Also dark and light Efes beer.

Mass Tourism - Lousy Beach - Thumping Music Always

If your idea of fun is a cheap cruise experience this may be your place. With masses of unsophisticated tourists (e.g. the potbellied plumber from Moscow and his corpulent wife, or the petty businessman and his family from Ankara) all crammed together on one property with a beach of stones, with continuous loud thumping music in the background, it was hardy a pleasant experience. The food is abundant, but tasteless and cheap. While set on a beautiful bay, this hotel is one of the sad examples of what mass-tourism looks like. And it is emphatically not worth the money. Admittedly, the town of Fethiye nearby is even worse. One can find other hotels in the area with beauty, serenity, and graceful amenities at something like one quarter the price of this one.

Arrived 8am, was greeted \"good morning\" by 2 beautiful ladies in smart hotel uniforms, all staff members worked very hard to make peoples' holidays- excellent customer service. Check in wasn't until 2pm but our luggage was safe behind reception and we enjoyed our first breakfast buffet. The view of the beach literally 30 metres from the restraunt was amazing and gorgeous.

The beach is pebble/sand with clear waters accessible via jetty steps or flip flops and was lovely and warm with lots of people enjoying a swim or other water activities such as bannana boating, paragliding or canoeing. We sunbathed to pass the time.

When receiving our keys we were taken by buggy to our room and delighted- clean, high ceiling, modern and spacious. Food's in abundance from early, mid and late morning breakfast, lunch. mid afternoon snacks, dinner and midnight snacks. There is a great range in which a lot contains meat (veggies be aware), plenty of salads though.

My only gripe was with some other guests at mid-meal times lacking courtesy. If I got there early I avoided the mayhem.

It's a large complex yet there is never a shortage of anything. The staff I cannot speak highly enough of, including those at the convenience store as all wanted us to relax and enjoy ourselves. The Spa does great deals if you have a few massage treatments.

The animation team also fantastic too making lots of activities available.. Evening ent's are more child/family orientated except the open roofed disco.

I have stayed there with my wife and our almost 3 year old son. It is a family resort with several activies for kids. Too bad that our kid couldn't participate withthe activities as the kids club stated from 4years old. So we passed our time at the pool running after our 3 year old.
So we didn't have time for anmation activities throughout all day. In activities we haveseenmostly teenagers who enjoyed the activities at best.

Resort was way too crowded. Mainly Russian (70-75%), English (10-15%) families.

Sea wasn't as good (clear) as I have seen inthe aegean and mediterrenean coast of Turkey but the nice pool and kids pool didn't make us miss the sea. Pool got crowded with lots of people and as I like to swim 15-20 times from one side to another I had to stop several times.

Food was nice with several Turkish food. In the 1st 4-5 days I missed cow meat as theyonlyserved chicken and fish. Even there were some queue for Doner (rolling meat) for somespecial nights normally we didn't wait for open self service restaurant.

After dinner start the kids animaton in the amphitheatre which had the topimportance in our timetableasour kid enjoyed going there and dancing and playing with the other kids (20:45)...Then starts the animation for general audition which also was really nice. We went to these night nimations every night...

We didn't feel like special at this resort but we were generally satisfied. I can't say I would go back to Tuana again.

Would not recommend for couples, nowhere to walk out to at night and the rooms need a refurb, but that said it has been a fabulous holiday and would definatley return again with the family. We found it excellant value for money.

Mainly good but a few let downs

So many good points about the hotel and complex. Really well organised. Very clean and well maintained. Beautiful gardens. Great for families with young children. Food is good - all buffet style with lots of variety - something for everyone. The points that let the hotel down - free wifi is only available in lobby next to reception and was unreliable. Plus stank of cigarettes from smokers sitting outside on sundeck. Overall, had a good holiday.

Otel Fethiye'ye yaklaşık 17 km uzaklıkta, Bodrum tarafına giden yol üzerinde.Deniz giriş kısmı taşlık ve öğleden sonra su bulanıyor.Sabah saatlerinde daha güzel ve dalgasız.Yalnız, şezlong bulmak gün boyunca havlularını bırakanlar nedeniyle sıkıntılı olabiliyor.Buna bir çözüm geliştirilirse turistlerin sayıca daha fazla olduğu bu mekanda sıkıntı yaşanmasından imtina edilebilir.Yemekler çeşitli, köfte ve pide lezzetli.Arada tantuni,döner gibi lezzetlere de yer veriyorlar.Sabah kahvaltıda sıkma portakal suyunun ücretli olması nahoş.En azından benzerlerinde olduğu gibi self servis ve ücretsiz olmasını beklerdik.Otel içinden deniz turu ayarlanabiliyor ayrıca hemen kapıda Fethiye'ye giden araç bulmak mümkün.Ailece huzurlu bir tatil geçirmek için güzel bir yer zira çocuğunuzu oyalayacak çok sayıda seçenek mevcut.Yalnız, saatlerini takip etmek gerekiyor.Aquapark kısmı sadece belli saatlerde açık oluyor mesela.Oda temizliği konusunda personel çok yardımcı.Ek yatak anlamında odadaki koltuğu yatak haline getirdiler.Ayrı bir yatak yoktu.Büyük yatak isteyenler üç yataklı odaları tercih etmeli.Resepsiyondaki görevliler de çok yardımcı aslında.Biz çok üzerinde durmadık ama problemlerinizi çözmek üzere bisikletli teknisyenleri hemen yönlendirebiliyorlar.Son olarak bir husus var ki kuruyemiş sorduğunuzda marketten alabilirsiniz denmesi bizi şaşırttı.Böyle büyük bir otelin kuruyemişi büfeden çıkararak tasarruf etmesi pek de kabul edilebilir olmasa gerek.Yine de bu güzel otele teşekkür ederiz.

Otel Fethiye ile Bodrum yolu üzerinde.O bölgede kumluk bir plaj beklemiyorduk ama girilmesi bu kadar zor bir deniz de beklemiyorduk doğrusu.Turist yoğunluğu da hesaba katılınca şezlong bulmak, havlularını günboyu orada bırakanlar yüzünden imkansıza yakındı.Deniz sadece sabah erken saatlerde girilebilir vaziyetteydi.Havuz genelde kalabalık oluyor.Aquapark kısmı ise sadece belli saatlerde açıktı.Otelin çok anlayışlı ve yardımsever bir personeli var.Housekeeping geç saatte bile hizmet veriyor ve son derece başarılı.Yemekler çeşit olarak yeterli.Köfte ve pide lezzetli.Kahvaltıda sıkma portakal suyunun ücretli olması nahoş.Böyle klas bir otel bu tür kazançlar peşinde olmamalı.Alkol tercih edenler otelden muhtemelen memnun olacaklardır.Biz tercih etmedik ama yemekler dahil sonrasında barda da her saat erişim mevcut.Zoo kısmında kalan hayvanlara biz biraz üzüldük.Zira otel geniş bir alan üzerine kuruluysa da çok dar bir alanda kalmak durumundalar.Horoz ve tavuklar dışarıda gezebiliyor ama keçi ve koyunlar aynı imkana sahip mi bilemiyoruz.Otelin hemen önünden Fethiye'ye kalkan araç bulunabiliyor.Ayrıca otelden doğrudan deniz turuna çıkmak da mümkün ama ücretli ve ücret de az değil.Ailece rahatsız edilmeden tatilinizi geçirebileceğiniz bir mekan.Ayrıca güvenlik ve cankurtaran hizmeti de yerinde.Otelde tüm odaların aynı standartta olacak şekilde yenilenmesini diliyor ve kuruyemişi sadece marketten teminetmek yerine bu güzel otele yakışacak şekilde barlardan da teminini temenni ediyoruz
