There was a horrible noise coming from our air conditioner and only stopped when th air actually turned on. Only discovered that when we got to bed at 2 am . Back up at six hardly slept cause the noise. The breakfast was nothing to write home about .

Paid almost 400.00 for a suite. Both remotes did not work. Bigger TV picture looked scrambled and the other TV kept hanging up during the program we were watching. Told desk clerk and they said they knew that TV wasn't working. Way too pricey room for appearance of room, property and non-working appliances. Do not recommend.

Upon returning to retrieve my son’s forgotten medication, this same staff member forcibly snatched my ID out of my hand.
I checked out early and moved to the neighboring hotel for the safety of myself and my child.

The breakfast was gross, the lady at the front office named WANDA was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in my entire life zzz told me and my husband we weren’t allowed to use the bathroom downstairs in lobby that we have one in our room. No sign on door saying employee use only. Smoked detector was going off continuously and no one would change the battery. Remote didn’t work. Curtains broken.

Worst experience ever, staff was super rude, cleaning lady knocked on the door like the police and then told us it was time to leave, when I told her that we had got late checkout she said they don’t even do that, meanwhile when I had checked in at 5am the gentleman at the desk agreed to give me until 12pm to leave because of the short amount of hours, he said he would document it so the staff and cleaners know. The staff obviously didn’t know what’s right and what’s wrong and they just ran their mouth like idiots. Do not go here

This hotel isn’t fancy, but it’s very clean. The best part is the staff, who are very friendly and polite. The girl serving breakfast was especially kind and attentive, making sure everything we needed was available. The room was tidy and comfortable. Like I mentioned earlier, it’s not luxurious, but for a three-night stay on a budget, it was a great choice.

Just needed a place for a quick stop while traveling and didn't want to break the bank. Price was excellent and the property is not bad. The room has been renovated for the most part. Could use a few more touches. Staff is super friendly! The smoke detector battery was low in our room. They immediately came and changed out at midnight. The shower is the best we've ever had in a motel. The shower head was up high, was nice and hot and was powerful! We would definitely stay here again if passing through!

The only thing that bothered me (and it didn't bother me much), was that the eggs and sausage were cold and the warmers didn't seem to be maintaining the temp to keep them warm. Nice hotel. Hits are the hotel is recently remodeled and the rooms are well appointed clean and quiet. Water gets hot and even the bathroom shines. The hotel seems to be in a nice and safe area. Misses are the bed was pretty firm and the pillows are tiny and not fluffy. The breakfast was ok; the pre-frozen egg and cheese \"omelettes\" were dry and kind of chewy however the sausage was good and other items on the buffet were good. Service was fast and friendly as well. Would definitely stay here agAin

Pros: room was spacious with 2 king beds and a pull out couch.
Cons: 1st 2 days house keeping came to clean room (horrible job sweeping left trash and crumbs under couch) while we were in there which I found a little odd. They didn't allow garbage to be left out of room door in morning like most hotels. On our 3rd day of our 6 day stay they never showed up nor did they knock on the door we heard the walk pass our room and never knock. We left and came back in the evening assuming maybe they were just busy and eveything would be done when we got back and our over flowing trash cans were still there. So I went to front desk to inform and she gives me a couple of bag which I assume is to last until the next morning. The next morning comes and the same thing happens. No knock or clean up. At this point I feel like this was intentional for whatever reason. I went to front desk andnwaited 10 minutes nobody was there even after calling and ringing bell. I went back to my room and called and someone answered which I found even more odd because the walk from my room to the front desk was maybe 2 minutes. I told her about our room not being clean and trash being there for 2 days and she said she'd speak to housekeeping. An hour later here comes the same cleaner in a bad mood coming in the room to place new towels & take trash. Floor still not swept.
When I come to visit I will be staying at another hotel because the lack of hospitality turned our stay sour.

Experience was good. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Office chair in room went back a little too much and was not adjustable. Cable TV was sufficient. Continental breakfast was adequate with choices ranging from instant oatmeal, yogurt, coffee machine, juice machine, waffle maker, cereal, apples, sausage patties, and muffins. I am limited with what I can eat but it is adequate. Wifi worked well. Shower/bath was clean and provided hot water. Location is within distance of Road Atlanta, Athens, and other great places. Staff was friendly.

Stayed for four nights. Property has been renovated but there is one little office chair to sit on in the room. Huge spaces with nothing. The two of us in the room could not each sit in a chair to talk to each other. Had to go buy a cheap camping chair. Also nighttime room filled with smell of weed. Was an unusually hot weekend. Called front desk and they told me that’s what you can expect if you have your air conditioning on. Not we will ask folks to smoke it away from the building….nope my issue as I wanted to have cool air. What a joke. Arrived back at room late evening and housekeeping hadn’t even gotten to us yet. No clean towels, garbage not emptied etc. this was a terrible experience. Stay far away folks.

The stay was okay, but when we got to the hotel, there was a renovation at the moment at the Lobby. When I asked “how about the breakfast in the morning”, she replies that “Can’t help about that since we are renovating. I told her that nothing was said on the site and if we get a voucher or discount since this is why we took this hotel. “No, there’s nothing I can do about that”. Oh, well.

We just stayed for one night. The staff was friendly and the room was clean. The AC worked great. The pillows were kind of small but otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay. I was impressed with the breakfast as normally continental breakfast is grab and go but they had a waffle machine and cereal.
