Amazing German hospitality with Scandi design
Wonderful location, very helpful staff and a beautiful hotel. Highly recommended. Buffet breakfast was cereal, bread, cold cuts cheeses, fresh fruit along with some eggs, sausage and/or ham each morning. Excellent produce and plentiful.

It is a very up date hotel. Decoration is modern and clean. Rooms are spacious, with great windows. Bathroom is new style, the only sugestión is to install a door or curtain by the shower entrance. Highly recommended. Breakfast the best!

The hotel was great, it is located on a waterway and near several markets. The room and all the facilities were clean and staff were willing to assist with any questions we had. Just a short walk over the bridge to get to the city center and perhaps 500m to an amazing pool facility.

Hotel war so einigermaßen, Frühstück war nichts!!
Das Einchecken war sehr nett, das Zimmer sauber mit Blick Innenhof, die Heizung war defekt, deshalb 19,4°, nach Reklamation habe ich ein anderes Zimmer bekommen, mit Blick auf Altmühl, da es aber schon Dunkel war, hatte ich nichts davon. Die Heizung ging auch hier nur bis 22,4°! Also von schön warm konnte man nicht sprechen. Morgens um 07:00 bei Frühstück, war es bereits so voll, und von Büffet so leer und abgeräumt, es waren keine Tische abgeräumt, es wurde nichts mehr nachgelegt, das geht garnicht !!! Schon garnicht für den Preis des Frühstücks.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern und gut eingerichtet, leider hatten wir bei unserer Ankunft fremde Haare im Bett.
Da die Rezeption nicht immer besetzt ist und wir es erst abends gesehen hatten konnten wir es leider nicht persönlich beanstanden.

The hotel is attractive and modern. It is well placed and the old city is within walking distance. A bakery is directly across the street and supermarkets are nearby.
The underground parking garage is open and anyone could drive in there, so it is not very secure. It was not clean and the same trash was laying around for the whole time we were there (4 nights). They also charged 10€ per night for using it which we found to be terribly overpriced.
The reception and check in were friendly and we were given an upgrade (presumably because the hotel was relatively empty).
Upon arrival, the room was clean if somewhat dusty.
The room was straightened up daily, but not properly cleaned. The empty tissue box was not refilled and neither was the extra toilet roll. The bathroom and toilet were cleaned daily, but the towels were not changed even when they were on the floor. An electric kettle is provided and a bottle of water without gas (most likely tap water), but we had to wash the cups and glasses ourselves otherwise they remained dirty. We complained to the manager on the third day and he promised to ensure that the room gets cleaned properly. That evening, the towels had been changed, but the floor had not been vacuumed, the toilet roll and tissues were still empty and the glasses and mugs had not been washed. We complained again at check out and the manager passed it off as the sloppy work of their cleaning company. He did not offer any type of compensation.

Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat uns keinerlei Information erteilt. Lustlose Aushändigung der zimmerkarten. Kein Einweisung zu unserem Aufenthalt wie Check-Out, Ablauf des gebuchten Frühstücks, WLAN und Funktionen auf dem Zimmer.

It started with us waiting in the parking garage for 10 minutes, ringing the door bell about 15 times until finally someone let us in. Front desk was without staff most of the time whe i walked by. Restaurant and bar was closed. Left company details the night before so the person was able to prepare the invoice. Of course nothing was prepared when i chekced out.
Over all the downer was the inattentive staff for me. Rooms ok, breakfast too. No refrigerator nor minibar in the room. No drinks to purchase.

Sehr schönes, neues komfortables Hotel. Kurzer Weg zur Altstadt. Fahrradkeller. Schalldichte Fenster, was bei dem ständigen Glockengeläut sehr vorteilhaft ist. Das Frühstück ist nicht riesig aber sehr lecker auch mit Kaffeespezialitäten. Die Zimmer sind groß und mit tollem Bad eingerichtet. Parken für 10 € in der Tiefgarage ist ok.

Jättebra för övernattning en natt eller mer
Övernattning på väg mot Österrike. Ankom på em. Trevlig by att strosa runt i. Fick info på turistinformationen och vi följde ”byguiden”. Det var Volkfestival under vår vistelse. En bonus med det besöket och att få uppleva Tysk festival med mat o öl.
Hotellet låg perfekt med gångavstånd till allt. Extra kostnad med parkering under hotellet men perfekt och värt 10 euro om man inte vill tömma bilen. Parkering på gatan annars.
Finns lite vandring att göra i området och nära till Ingolstadt så vi kan absolut tänka oss att komma tillbaka för att utforska mer. Kommer att bo på IBB då.

Tolles Hotel auf dem Altmühltal-Panoramaweg. Das Hotel ist neuwertig und in jeder Hinsicht empfehlenswert: Modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Zimmer, die Nähe zur Altstadt und zur Altmühl. Das Haus hebt sich deutlich von den klassischen Gasthöfen in der Umgebung ab. Gutes und vielseitiges Frühstück.

Herbe Enttäuschung! Wir haben uns zu viert bewußt ein Viersterne-Hotel mit Restaurant und Bar ausgesucht. Angekommen, wurde uns gesagt, daß Restaurant und Bar den gesamten August über geschlossen sei. Man würde nur für Tagungen öffnen (d.h. Urlaubsgäste, die unbeschwerte Tage in Eichstätt u. Umgebung verbringen wollen, ziehen den Kürzeren).
Beim Frühstücksbuffet war alles in so geringen Mengen ausgelegt, daß ständig nachgebracht werden mußte, was in keiner Weise zeitgerecht erfolgte. Praktisch zu jeder Zeit waren zwei bis drei Frühstückselemente ausgegangen.

Beim Frühstücksbuffet war alles in so geringen Mengen ausgelegt, daß ständig nachgebracht werden mußte, was in keiner Weise zeitgerecht erfolgte. Praktisch zu jeder Zeit waren zwei bis drei Frühstückselemente ausgegangen.

Hôtel magnifique.. très bien situé une belle vue au petit déjeuner… service agréable et très à l’écoute… un petit bémol en ce qui concerne les places de parking … lorsqu’on réserve une place .. on s’attend à en avoir une quand on rentre le soir et un emplacement pour personnes handicapées c’est peu… nous avons dû nous garer assez loin alors que j’étais avec une personne à mobilité réduite … il serait bien de vérifier si toutes les personnes ont bien réservé leur emplacement, et quelques prises usb dans les chambres seraient bien venues mais sinon c’était parfait

Das Hotel liegt toll, direkt an der Altstadt mit mehreren Cafés,Gaststätten,etc. Öffentliche Parkplätze liegen in der Nähe, wenn man die 10€ pro Tag für die Tiefgarage nicht ausgeben will. Prima Fahrradkeller im Hotel.

Zwei Dinge gibt es zu bemängeln:

Das Hotel ist definitiv empfehlenswert. Alles sauber und auch sicher. Was noch nachgebessert werden könnte wären USB Anschlüsse in den Zimmern um die eigenen Geräte ohne eigenes Ladegerät aufladen zu können.
