Ficamos presos no quarto pois a fechadura travou e o funcionário teve que entrar pela janela para abrir, as instalações são bem antigas e as fotos não condizem com a realidade do estabelecimento, o café da manhã bem simples. Nao recomendo, pagamos caro e nos decepicionamos.

1) Reservei 2 quartos duplos standard, que de acordo com o descritivo do site tinham 1 cama de casal e 1 cama de solteiro. No check in, o funcionário da recepção disse que estava errado, que quarto duplo é só cama de casal, mas que ia me colocar num quarto triplo, como realmente fez. Falha no descritivo do site, mas foi apresentada solução.
2) Chuveiros entupidos nos dois quartos, pedimos manutenção, mas não foi atendido. Ok, deu pra usar.

Minha estadia foi razoável. Ponto positivo pra limpeza dos quartos, lençois estavam muito limpos e com cheiro agradável. O que decepcionou foi o estado dos móveis do quarto. O staff é muito prestativo e simpático. Ponto negativo pro café da manha: poucas opções e o suco servido era de pózinho, artificial. Deixou a desejar. O horario do café da manha tambem nao agradou, só inicia as 07:30.

Diante das fotos que vimos pelo site, parecia tudo bem aconchegante e etc. Porém quando chegamos lá, não foi nada do esperado. Apesar do ótimo atendimento da balconista. O restante muito abaixo do que mostram as fotos. Quartos muito pequeno.

Pousada muito limpa, quarto espaçoso, só a cama que é pesima, fizemos uma solicitação aos funcionários e se não fosse possível atender era só trocar a gente de quarto e os mesmos simplesmente ignoraram e deixaram pra lá, a piscina é linda, mas quase todas as vezes que fomos ela estava suja, avisamos aos funcionários que estava suja, eles falavam que ia pedir pro rapaz da manutenção limpar mas sempre que a gente ia ela permanecia suja, microondas que eles disponibilizam pros hóspedes quase impossível utilizar, velho e extremamente sujo, café da manhã pra quem vai passar poucos dias é ótimo, mas muitos dias deixa a desejar, todos os dias é servido as mesmas coisas, de resto a estadia foi ótima, são apenas alguns pontos que a pousada precisa melhorar para se tornar um local 100% agradável.

A pousada é muito boa. As acomodações também. Só fazemos uma ressalva quanto ao colchão e os travesseiros da cama. São muito moles. Não tivemos uma boa noite de sono, nem um dia que tenhamos acordado com dores na coluna durante a estadia. Colchão de espuma já bem gasto, dava pra sentir os itens contidos nele. Fiquem como sugestão de melhoria.

Véritable pousada colorée, avec gardien et grille (voitures surveillées), bien placé pour visiter Cabo Frio, ses plages et les environs (Buzios...). Calme et très bon petit déjeuner. Peu de personnel parle français ou anglais, d'où une certaine difficulté quand on ne parle pas le portugais ou l'espagnol. On y retournera si on a la chance de revisiter la Costa do Sol.

Tive apenas um probleminha quanto ao preço da diária, pois paguei o valor oferecido pelo site, e na hora da entrada, fui cobrado mais R$99,00, mas apesar do engano, tudo se esclareceu no final.

Pousada bem localizada..Mas café dá manhã fraco e qualidade dependente dá quantidade de hóspedes presentes na pousada. Existem quartos com padrões MT diferentes mas quando vc optar por fazer a reserva isso não é mostrado. Ai..Você fica num quarto de frente para a rua enquanto que outro hóspede pelo mesmo valor fica em um quarto superior com vista parcial para o mar. Achei isso super injusto!

Entretanto, quando quiserem reserva la e importante verificar em qual quarto você será colocado por que eles dispoem de quartos com padrões diferentes pelo mesmo preço ..Não há distinção entre quartos standart e superior mesmo que na prática isso aconteça ou seja você pode pagar o mesmo valor q outro hóspede mas um ficar num quarto com vista parcial para o mar...Secador de cabelo...Mesa é frigobar grande é o outro com vista para a rua...Sem secador ..Sem mesa é frigobar pequeno...mesmo que ambos tenham pago o mesmo valor. Isso não é justo e nem certo !!!O café dá manhã e simples ..Sem muita variedade. Tem q fechar as janelas cedo por conta dos pernilongos. Mas a pousada no geral é boa...Limpa .

Mas achei a limpeza fraca, banheiros engordurados nos azulejos e banheiro com instalação antiga o que estava causando mal cheiro. O que mais gostamos foi a cozinha para as crianças, onde pudemos esquentar a papinha da bebê. É um hotel ótimo para famílias com filhos pequenos. Tem uma brinquedoteca e uma piscina, mesmo sem sair do hotel as crianças aproveitam bastante. Os funcionários são ótimos, bastante prestativos. A praia é bastante próxima.

Un soggiorno davvero piacevole
Ambiente molto caratteristico e atmosfera rilassata, camera ampia e pulita (la nostra con terrazza con vista oceano), personale molto gentile e disponibile (alcuni parlano anche italiano). La spiaggia è a 3 minuti a piedi, il centro della cittadina è un po' più distante ma facilmente raggiungibile con pochi euro di taxi. A pousada está bem localizada, tem uma boa aparência, tudo está funcionando e em perfeito estado. Entretanto os quartos são simples, roupas de cama simples, travesseiro um pouco baixo e duro, móveis de mal gosto, TV de LCD de apenas 14 polegas, com uma boa quantidade de canais, ar condicionado de parede, frigobar, armário de madeira, feio, e pouco funcional, banheiro bem inteiro, tudo funcionando, toalhas de má qualidade. Estava tudo em boas condições de uso, muito limpo, mas é extremamente simples. Não espere conforto. Possui garagem e wi-fi gratis. Café da manhã fraco!
