Bath towels and washers were damp. There were no hand towels or soap, which were provided on request. Breakfast was ok, coffee was good. Returning to our room for a shower, there was no hot water due to failure of the hot water system. Maybe we were just unlucky but the handling of these matters was very casual.

The managers were very friendly and helpful but the property overall needed maintenance both inside and out. Cleaning was lacking..I dropped something in the bathroom and there was dust and rubbish under the vanity. But beds and linen were comfy and clean. Stairs are a problem for those that cant climb as they are steep. But the manager will help with luggage.
