Staff was okay, not rude but she was not friendly. The tub in my room clogged and would not drain so it filled up when taking a shower. There were also loud noises all night, like mechanical or dryers being ran behind my room. Neighboring guests were also extremely loud from 230-330 am. Not terrible but will not be back.

This is a basic motel. It was perfect for us travelling through Arapahoe. Check out the on site distillery and tasting room. Room was pet friendly, clean and well appointed.

I booked the hotel on Expedia.com, and they charged me $200.70 for two nights, and when I got to the hotel, she charged me another $175 saying they didn't get any of the money from Expedia, and she would have to charge me... so , I paid $375 for a two night stay in a one bedroom small room ... $187 per night... room wasn't that great for that amount of money .... I don't understand the way this works with Expedia... I thought the amount I paid online would cover the reservation, but evidently not... it was a rip off ....

The only complaint is that they advertise can check in 24 hours a day and when we got there just after midnight it was very uncomfortable and clear the wife was Very annoyed. I apologized several times for coming so late but thought it was ok since even the office door says they are available 24 hours. The husband was very pleasant. They provide a to go bag breakfast. No pool but we weren’t looking for one. We just needed to rest before getting back in the road. Shower head is very nice.

You get what you pay for but we expected 4 1/2 stars because of the ratings, and got terrible breakfast, filthy bathtub with hair in it and the stopper for the tub was loose floating around, the bed was terrible and the pillows were not good. It was ok and I think they are trying to do good but there’s a lot of competition in the hotel business and there’s some things they need to correct.

The room was clean and well maintained. The beds and shower were great as were the nice fluffy towels. There were only a few people in the motel, so we were surprised when the room next to us was rented. The people staying there came in late and were inebriated (their statement which we heard while they were trying to get into their room) and were pretty noisy. It was too bad they were right next door when it seemed that other rooms were available.

Found myself needing a room in or near Arapahoe as it was halfway point on road trip leg. I usually use a couple of chain groups so I can get points toward a free room, but none were available near here. This turned out to be a diamond in the rough. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and the room was obviously recently remodeled. I was given a very good sack breakfast when I checked in and the room had a fridge and microwave. This was possibly the most comfortable bed of my 34 day road trip. It's a great little spot and if travels bring me back this way I will certainly stay again!

What a hidden gem. We found this on our way back from Denver. We were able to book at last minute. It's been recently renovated. They need to update the listing as they no no longer has kitchen for continental breakfast. It's been turned into a distillery. The only thing I can say was bizarre is the location of the microwave. It's on the vanity sink. Just a great little place and we'd stay there again for sure.
