Amenities were great Nice inclusive full breakfast, nice coffee bar set up during day and nice pool! All in all a great visit and proximity to Santa Village was great
Sink Drain in room was very slow to drain and microwave in lobby was very very slow to reheat food But in all fairness these were pretty minor and I didn’t say anything to management Nice that room also had fridge Beds were surprisingly comfortable too! Heat in room worked very well They have luggage carts which were a great help too.

Full window sill blackout curtains would be a huge improvement to the sleeping situation. My husband said the bed was a bit stiff for him, but it didnt bother me too much. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was a great, average hotel breakfast. Definitely not a fancy hotel, but we enjoy the convenience of its location when we visit Santa's Village.

Lobby was decorated beautifully for the holidays. Staff was friendly. When we entered the room it smelled clean. Bathroom was cleaner than average which was very nice. Sheets were nice and clean. The carpet did have a couple dead ladybugs and a dead fly plus some crumbs. A few crumbs were in the lounge chair. Vacuuming could have been a little better. Overall happy with the room. Game room was a nice bonus. Pool and hot tub were nice options, although pool room was a little dated. Overall a nice experience I would recommend to others and I would stay here again. Conveniently located near Santa's Village. We stayed in the main building, I have read other reviews that stated to make sure you ask to stay in the main building. There are also detached rooms across the street. I believe you can also request a mountainview room. Coffee was good! We left before breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Check in was quick and easy, our room was clean and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to see the beds made up and fresh towels provided after our first night. Breakfast was nice, with an assortment of cereals, waffles, makings for breakfast sandwiches, fruit, yogurt, etc. I'd recommend staying here to anyone visiting the area.

Got to the Check-In, and found out we had to stay across the hwy in another bldg, not main lodge bldg. I expected better for $250/nite. Was told we could stay in main bldg as booked for $50 increase.
Room across road was “old school”, with 1980s style room key and AC/Heating unit. Won’t be recommending.

This hotel needs to come off list of properties.
I got two bedroom suite and a queen room.
Rooms are:
Old, bathroom had mold around ceiling, heat vents rusty and falling off. Black on ceiling from ac and heat vent. Return vent was filthy. Food on closet floor. Towels were grey. Cracked tile in bathroom. Pull out couch was all frayed. I would take this off your list of properties. I am totally disappointed in my stay.

Generally, the room was ok but nothing special. It was dated and tired feeling. The whole place could use a facelift. The breakfast was not great. All processed food with the exception of the fruit on the counter. There was very little hot food put out, i.e. a few pieces of greasy bacon,sausage patties and some type egg of product.

Overall was a comfortable experience. rooms are spacious, and property is fairly well maintained. the staff were helpful and friendly. this is a solid 3 star hotel but for the area its the best around. Great value stay. nice amenities- pool, game room, outdoor kids area, breakfast, large walkable grounds. just 3 minute drive to downtown area with restaurants and shops. 7 mins to Santa's Village. Perfect for ATV overnights, just a short 30 min drive to North Country ATV trail head parking.

Avoid the motor lodge

Let me start by saying the Cabot Inn & Suites consists of two distinctly different properties. The main building appears to be fairly new and in good shape. It houses a game room, large pool and the (small) breakfast room. It's clean and cozy and has a spectacular mountain view.
The second property is a rundown motor lodge across the road.
We found ourselves in the area needing emergency accommodations and this was the only place with rooms available. So, we were grateful for a place to sleep. Our bathroom was crawling with lady bugs, the bed was hard and uncomfortable all of the amenities being across the road was somewhat inconvenient. But at least we had a place to sleep and the rate was very reasonable.
I would not return to this property unless I was assured my room would be in the main building.

The breakfast choices here were numerous, more than any other hotel we have stayed in that offers a free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is beautiful, featuring a lovely fireplace and seating areas nearby, allowing guests to enjoy the warmth. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again.

This property is GROSS! If you have an option to use your jacket to hang it in branches above you while you sleep in the woods, you're better off doing so. I barely slept a wink all night because it felt like I was sleeping on a cement slab. The room smelled like mold and cigarettes. Everything in the hotel is original from when it was built in the 90s. I will NEVER stay at this place again!

Staff: kind, personable, friendly, and helpful.

Parking: great, spacious, plenty of room.

Pool: Water: cold, pool area: very warm. (Did not use hot tub, or changing rooms.) pool towels stored at front desk, not in pool area.

Breakfast: great, good selection (scrambled eggs, bacon, muffins, pastries, bagels, toast, pancakes you made fresh yourself, juice, cereals, coffee, fresh fruits. (Disposable places and utensils & cups).

Playground: child friendly, decent amount for kids to play on, huge old tires were a hit!

Local food: not far 3-5 miles for some great local eats!

Santa’s village about 10 minutes away!

Room (108): great view of the mountains!!!!

Beds: metal under the bed instead of a normal box spring & frame which our kids hit their heads
On multiple times & I scraped my leg on multiple times, and mattresses didn’t stay centered on them well at all. Not much for linens on the beds, and the sheets were very rough & almost textured, hard to describe, but were not comfortable, for the adults, kids had no problem sleeping.

Room seating: Plenty, breakfast table with 2 chairs, desk with 2 chairs, and 1 regular livingroom chair.

Room TV: good amount of channels, no TV channel menu provided.

Room Lighting: Decent, several lamps over the room and overhead lighting as you enter.

Bathroom: Shower had several “patches” on the walls, and the faucet head was pulled out slightly from being flush with the wall. Water temp was also not super hot lik

Very close to Santa’s Village the front desk staff “ Hattie” was phenomenal. The hotel was perfect for our weekend family trip to Santa’s Village. We had 8 adults and 7 grandkids. When we checked in Hattie got us as close together as she could. The kids enjoyed the arcade and pool. The breakfast was very convenient for all of us. Just a great place. We will be going back there again next year!

Perfect location for Santa Village. But you get what you pay for. The first room smelled of BO, the receptionist showed us to another room which stank of cigarettes. We opted for the BO room. There was a wet towel hanging up behind the bathroom door. We didnt even bother telling her about that. Basic but clean room (apart from the smell). Probably would not stay there again.

I was a little hesitant to book the Cabot Inn after reading some of the reviews, but I’m really glad we gave it a chance. Check-in was quick and easy, the room and common areas were clean, and the complimentary breakfast was actually better than expected. The best part was how close it was to Santa’s Village — super convenient, especially with kids. It may not be a luxury hotel, but it was comfortable, affordable compared to surrounding locations, and perfect for our visit.

We had a great experience. The view is Beautiful ( request a view room) . Amazing gym, arcade, and ondoor pool. Local food at scorpios Bar and grill. Ate there twice.closs to santas villiage. My only complaint.. our rooms hot water didnt get very hot and the AC made a funny noise. Dont stay in 206. Lol. My daughters room was fine. Also the breakfast was great.

We were unaware the hotel across the street had people who lived there. It felt unsafe. We ended up putting something in front of the door to feel safer as there was no chain to lock it from the inside only. We stayed in the main hotel prior and it was a safer feeling. Would not recommend the facility across the street.

The main building is ok but the building across the street is also used as a long term rental. The person next to our room was smoking pot and it filled our room. There were long term renters hanging out outside their doors with lots of people coming and going- reminded me of a crack house. We left instead of staying and drove 4 hours home- we didn’t feel safe there.

there was a snack size popcorn bag left next to bed. No bathroom sink. No microwave. Breakfast was awful and the coffee was terrible. Weeds all over the front of property. The pool area was extremely hot and room smelled strongly of pool chemicals.Very limited dining in area. One restaurant was recommended by the Inn was closed on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Opted for Scorpio's which only accepts cash.
