Few properties have an indoor pool and hot tub at this price, so that's a nice perk. Important if you're old and on a multi-day hiking trip. However, the pool is not well maintained. VERY humid in there, locker rooms closed/taped off, like they're actively working on it/doing construction, which was the same when I stayed there a full year ago. Also, I called before booking to ask if it was worth paying extra for the \"suite\" and was told it has a couch and extra space, so I did pay more for that since there was a chance we'd have a 3rd person join us, but the room had neither a couch nor extra space. When I asked at the front desk, they said, \"no, that's quality in not rodeway inn.\" It's two hotels that share one property, which they did not explain to me when I called to begin with. They didn't even offer to refund me the small difference in price and acted like it was my confusion/my fault, even though I booked a suite and was not given one (if you ask, they will tell you the rodeway inn suites have more space than standard room but if that's true at all, you'd need a tape measure to notice). They also do not answer their phone at night, even though there's a sign at the front desk saying they will. One nice thing is that if you need to get going early, the hot breakfast items aren't out til 7 but you can grab a bagel or muffin or something earlier. Overall, I'll definitely pay a little more to stay somewhere else next time I'm up there.

My room / bathroom were clean, the bed comfortable, quiet night, check-in was quick, the price moderately reasonable. I wish the hot tub / pool were open later hours as I arrived late (closed at 9:00pm), but I did make use of the facilities the next morning (again, open a little earlier than 9:00am would be great for the early risers). Also, the breakfast was satisfactory for me (a non-foodie), offered were bananas and apples as well as the usuals.

The floors looked swept not mopped. The bathroom needed a good scrubbing not a once over. The AC was loud (older unit). There is no onsite management after 11pm so other hotel guests lighting off fireworks from 11pm - 2am was not addressed.

This is a no frills place. The room was fine - not great and not a disaster. I felt comfortable enough for a decent sleep. The two people at the desk when I checked in were both friendly and helpful. The shower had excellent water pressure and the small fridge, tv, and AC all worked just as they are supposed to work. Breakfast is basically whenever you want it (officially 7-10am) because they set out cereal, bread, etc the night before. A small fridge had milk and yogurt. That worked for me because I wanted to get up and go well before 7am. Even though I didn’t pay much and the place was ok, I’m not sure if I’d stay here again, maybe, but depending on your expectations this could be fine.

we were booked in for two nights on the first morning there was no water, the staff were unhelpfull no shower no toilet no breakfast . we gave them the day to get it right we returned at 16.00 still no water we had to book another hotel. the Rodrway would not give us a credit fro the second night despite not being able to provide any of the basic services.

Huge 75 foot heated indoor pool, hot tub and sauna. Room was a little on the smaller size but for the price I am not complaining. The room was big enough for the two queen beds and a chair, small refrigerator, microwave and bathroom area. I was there for the pool and was not disappointed.

Upon arrival, the smell throughout the main facility was nauseating, like dirty diapers, lots and lots of them. The room, although very small, appeared to have been updated. However the walls are very thin. You can hear the conversations from the adjacent room as if they were sitting right next to you. The indoor pool is large, but very dated and in need of repair. You can feel the deterioration of the pool floor beneath your feet as you're walking. Some pieces of the pool floor were loose and sharp. The staff wasn't rude.

During check in I was charged an additional \"amenity fee\" which was not listed from Expedia as part of their \"total price including taxes and fees\" even though I had already prepaid. The bed was clean and comfortable, but the curtains were a bit gross, looking like they hadn't been washed in a decade. Both the bathroom sink and the tub did not drain properly, so taking a shower meant standing in 6 inches of water, and the sink would collect a nasty scum as it slowly drained out after washing your hands or brushing your teeth. We were looking forward to the pool and hot tub, but after checking them out, we decided we would rather not. I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel appearance is nothing like the pictures. The hot tub is closed with scum and mold and nasty stuff growing at the bottom, where you can tell the water has been untreated and stagnant for quite some time. The wood that you step on and sit on in thw sauna is falling apart. There is no fitness center like advertised, the staff is extremely rude, especially when you comolain about their shortcomings and laugh at you when you mention any possible refund due to their negligence and false advertisement. Also the pool was FREEZING cold, my kids and i couldnt even enjoy it. The pool room wasnt even warm enough to have a cold pool. The short middle eastern woman, mid length hair and glasses, who refused to give me her name, who worked 11/30/25 around noon after Heather in the morning, refused to give me any contact info of a manager/supervisor/owner or someone of importance that i could talk to about the conditions, etc. They ALSO Advertise a FULL BREAKFAST and ONLY OFFER coffee, juice, breads, waffles... Continental breakfast style breakfast.. Also i had a 2 day stay booked and they had my room keys deactivated after 11am the first day like i only had 1 night. I have never been treated ao nasty or rudely. I highyly recommend going to 5 corners or gorham motel not here.

I paid for this hotel specially so my children and i had breakfast in the morning before i had to go to work and so i had a hot tub.. oh and the arcade rooom? Its a joke. This place is a disgrace, im mad

I did not feel we got the room for what we paid, Prices were too high considering it was peak time during fall. I paid almost 3x to the hotel compared to non-peak time prices. The room did not feel clean, and washroom was bad with shower was running like if we opened a tap above the head.

we booked room for one night 2 queen bed 2 adult 2 kids but towels there was only for two person.
Indoor swimming pool and hot tub didn’t work or wasn’t open at 10 am but check out at 11 am
There was some garbage on the floor in our room
No shelf’s at the bathroom and shower - no place to put your cosmetics etc. and clean clothes

Walls very thin so heard other people upstairs walking around and in next rooms very loudly. Had to pay extra fee when checked in for amenities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna) but was concerned about cleanliness of facility so didn’t even get to use pool or jacuzzi.

Overall had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment throughout my stay. The hotel also offers ample parking space, which made coming and going very convenient.

While I thoroughly enjoyed the accommodations, I felt the breakfast could have been a bit more varied. The options were decent, but I was hoping for a wider selection.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location of the hotel was perfect for my needs. I’d definitely consider staying here again for the overall value and comfort.

I didn’t like that I was charged additional money upon checking in for “incidentals“. This wasn’t the customary hold that they do in case there’s a problem. It turned out it was just extra money. They get to keep. In the past the amount I pay when I book on Expedia is the amount I’m charged. I felt like they were up charging me after the fact, and I did not like it.

They are remodeling the rooms, they have a nice little fridge/microwave. Beds are comfortable.
We have stayed here many times. Convenient for dining in area. We have stayed here to ride ATV's as well. Trailer parking is good .
Bottom rooms can be loud if lots of people above you.

When we got there we found the sheets were stained and the shower floor was stained. The shower head broke off and we only had a trickle of water. When we called the front they said if there was someone available they would come look at it. No one came. The hot tub water looked like lemonade and smelled like dirty people and bleach combined.

The site has a Quality Inn and a Rodeway Inn which share the pool, breakfast space and exercise room. We stayed at the Rodeway and it is very basic. It is across the parking lot from the Quality Inn where breakfast was offered in a very small space. The pool was in another building on the other side of the Quality Inn. Our room was obviously recently refurbished but had poor wiring design. For example, the overhead light switch (by the room door) also turned off the bedside lamp and phone charging outlet. Very inconvenient.

Pleasantly surprised by the in room kitchenette. The room was ok, beds were not very comfortable. Pool was chilly but big and fun, hot tub was warm but jets didn't work and looks like it needed a deep cleaning. Workout room closed for updates. Breakfast really needs upgrades, only protein was yogurt, milk and peanut butter packets. Kids want to stay here again next year but I'm on the fence.

I have been to this motel several times before the pandemic. The motel had started to get run down, but is currently under new management who is actively renovating the place. My hotel room was fresh and new, and I had a great stay. There is penty of parking for trucks with ATV trailers. The ATV trails are close by as well as plenty of restaurants and shopping.

My only disappointment is that there was an additional $8.50 a night amenities fee when I checked in that was not disclosed on Expedia. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this motel and will be going back myself.

The woman at the front desk / possibly the owner was very kind & friendly & accommodating. We spoke a lot to the staff the following morning at breakfast.. incredibly helpful, friendly and fun to talk to.
The room was pleasant, newly renovated, & clean. There was something yucky on the office chair I had to clean but the rest of the room was definitely tidy.

We arrived late and our key was available at the unmanned desk around midnight. I had to leave for work the next day (we were staying two nights) and the manager demanded my boyfriend go get me at work to pay for the room. My credit card info was on the Expedia app but she was unable to process. He did not go get me and I paid when I returned. There were cloth chairs outside and a man was smoking cigerettes right outside our room and his room was at least two doors down. There was a plastic cup full of butts I tripped over the first morning and smelled super gross. Furniture and other renovations started going on before 7am and most of the property was in disarray with the construction. Rooms were clean enough and the staff were helpful.

The room immediately upon entering smelled of urine and the bed spread was covered in residue. I walked directly back to the front desk and explained to them the situation and that we were not going to stay and asked for a refund. They told me I’d have to call Expedia. When I called Expedia, they reached out to the Roadway Inn and claimed we completed our stay when we were there for a total of 10 minutes so no refund was given. I would highly suggest finding somewhere else to stay.

Booked one night with my two kids and found the room completely unacceptable. There was a severe ant infestation and visible dirt and trash left from previous guests — chips under the bed, wrappers under furniture, and black/brown specks in the beds. My child was scared, and we couldn’t stay.

The front desk staff was rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak with a manager, they reluctantly called someone who was on vacation and barely listened. No help was offered, and I was denied a refund.

I’m a single mom and teacher — this was supposed to be a short, special trip. Instead, I had to scramble late at night to find another place. The room was unfit for anyone to stay in. Save your money and stay far away.

I had a great stay! The hotel was budget-friendly, and the staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, offering great suggestions since it was my first time in the area. The room was clean, recently renovated, and very comfortable. I appreciated the easy breakfast in the morning, which made starting the day simple. I enjoyed it so much that I ended up adding an extra night to my stay. My only suggestion would be to extend the pool hours a bit later—after a long day of hiking, it would’ve been perfect to relax with a swim. Overall, a fantastic experience and excellent value!
