Ok.. it’s a motel but here me out.. I stay in 20-30 hotels a year. This area is an outdoor enthusiasts Mecca.. specifically for ATV\Hiking and although there’s no view of the mountain it’s the perfect location for ATV\Snowmobiles. And the beds were some of the best beds I have slept in.. very clean, fast WiFi, outdoor fire pits, pool and hot tub.. definitely a great base camp for adventures

It’s great for a quick last minute family vacation. Simple, clean and pleasant! Just the Mountain View room is not really what it means. You can’t really see the view from your room.

Very clean rooms and perfect location for exploring nearby Mt Washington and all the great hiking in the area. Honestly one of the best values of any hotel we've stayed at. Plenty of close by restaurants also. Staff was extremely friendly also. This is the only place we'll be using when we return to Gorham next time.

Great room, not great parking.
The room was 10/10, perfectly clean, updated and comfortable. Walk in and it smells clean, looks clean and not a single scuff or strange stain on the walls or ceiling. Beds and pillows were updated and very comfortable. Best rooms in the area and beyond.
Parking spots are so tight, having a couple suvs parked next to each other makes it nearly impossible to get in and out of your car. Trailer parking is available a block away, but also minimal.

Has an outdoor pool but it was too cold out to swim. Has a corn hole game, grill for all to use, outdoor gathering area. Other than one night (of 5) of noisy neighbors, all was fine. Handy to restaurants, has guest laundry, vending machines, ice machine, etc.

Room was clean and spacious. King bed had nightstand and lamp on only one side. TV didn't work but desk clerk was able to get it going. Flimsy towels. No extras. Bed comfortable.

This is one of my go to places in Gorham. It’s clean, modern, and reasonably priced. Plenty of restaurants nearby, and only a short drive to Mt Washington, skiing, and hiking.

We booked this day at the last minute (two hours before we arrived). Sam at the front office was super proactive and accommodating - inquiring about our arrival time and letting us know what the procedure would be for late check-in if we didn’t get there before the office closed. The rooms appear recently remodeled and everything is really nicely done. We didn’t use the fridge, but I had a really good size. Beds were comfortable. Room temperature was great. Definitely would stay again and recommend to others.

Staff was friendly! The. Heat in the rooms was noisy ! They moved us down few rooms basically it was a newer unit and it quit making heat ! it was blowing cold air never kicked on the heat! They said they could move us AGAIN but we've had enough moving around! So we checked out and went to Christmas farm inn and had a wonderful experience with the remaining time of our 3rd anniversary!

I booked a stay at this hotel. I was given a handicap accessible room where the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor and our clothes became wet. The room was poorly made and could hear normal noise level next door and upstairs. I booked a king room and was placed in a handicap accessible room that was much smaller than the typical rooms.

We stayed in room number 114 and I have to say everything was OK except for the bed for some reason it wasn’t comfortable and we couldn’t get comfortable in it. The heater I believe I’m not sure if the motor is going or if it’s the motor noise tunneling down the hallway there but it sounds like a cooler refrigerator motor running constantly pretty loud.

The room I was given is basically on the street. There were plenty of rooms available. I don’t know why you would put anyone in this room unless you are booked solid. they were plenty of rooms available! All you hear is loud vehicles all night. It was truly awful. No sleep a couple times you thought they were going to come right into the room.

We did not notice that this room was a roadside room. It is only about 20 feet from a highway and the traffic noise made it very difficult to rest.

We will have to check twice on Expedia room descriptions in the future. Of course if I had seen this description I am not sure I would have figured that it was so close to the highway.

Additionally the manager was very good about offering us a complimentary upgrade to a “quieter” room but it was only 50 feet from the highway so we declined since it meant moving all of our luggage.

Although the room was super clean the window shades did very little to mask the breezeway lights. The eco-friendly toilet had to be flushed several times to flush normal tp usage. The bed was very firm and for me it was uncomfortable others might enjoy it though.
Great restaurants were within walking distance! There was plenty of parking and the proprietor was very pleasant!
