Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Rooms were clean and everything worked. Will be back!!
David
Staff was not available most of the time.
Natalie
I parked right in front of my room... hotel is older. Was close to a lot to do. There were no outlets in my bathroom so I had to straighten my hair on the bed. The bathtub was very small and I guess stained... bathroom door was very loud and woke up my son. But it was convenient and safe so over all great.
April
The room was clean and comfortable. The facilities are dated and need renovated. Check in was easy.
John
The room was neat/ sheets was clean. The floor was full of sand and there was some dead beetles found along the floorboards. Convenient to ATV trails and resturants close by
David
Quick overnight stay on a hiking weekend. Big callout to the owner go goes above and beyond to make her guests happy. For the price this is an amazing choice.
Ann
We were blessed to arrive very late, and able to easily get into the room quickly. It was a little dated, but comfortable for a short stay, Met the lady that booked us for the extra night, and that was a pleasant thing, as well.
Matthew
Okay for what it is
Lee
We brought our own vacuum. We’ve stayed here a few times this winter for hiking. It’s convenient for hikes in the area.
Eric
This place looks like your typical New England roadside motel, and I’ve stayed in a lot of those, but the Gorham Motor Inn still surprised me: Spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, fridge and microwave in the room. Everything you need for a weekend in the mountains. Would definitely stay here again
Tristan

Always plenty of parking for our Crew Cab pickup trick and 20' enclosed trailer. We ride our SXS in Goreham & Berlin N.H. all the time and they are very accommodating. Has always been a safe place to leave your vehicles and possessions.
Janesse
The staff was friendly enough. The dead bolt on my door did not lock however and that made me pretty uncomfortable. The room is pretty bright at night even with the curtains closed. The light in the bathroom was also connect to the hall light which made using the restroom at night difficult with a child. The main light was also not central to the room and right in the front of the windows which was rather odd. Overall the beds were comfortable and I’m thankful to have been able to sleep somewhere.
Sandra
I’m not sure if it was the mattress the mattress pad or the sheets but parts of the bed literally smelled like feces the sheets were clean I just sprayed a bunch of Lysol on them. But as soon as you walk into the room it smells. Kinda weird vibe when you pull up. People who look like they live here hanging outside like they own the place acting like they’re tryna intimidate the people that are staying here a couple days. Very odd
Mike and Tammy
It was nice hotel for such a low price.
Mark
The guy that runs it was great. Very friendly.

Stayed for only 1 night. Room very clean. Has everything I needed. Bed not so comfortable. Staff very friendly. Had a beautiful Mountain View. Will definitely stay again price was excellent!! Check is was so quick.
Derek
It’s good spot if you’re up here taking advantage of the outdoors. It was pouring out when we went so we had to take our bikes inside, so the parking spot and door were convenient. It’s an hour to a lot of mountains and minutes to trails.
Arpitha
It was very convenient to communicate with the staff. It was easy check in and checkout. There are restaurants near by for food options.
But unfortunately I found a COCKROACH on my room. I was not satisfied with the cleanliness.

The front desk clerk was so friendly and helpful and made our late check in less stressful. The room was small but served its purpose. The beds were very uncomfortable they really need to be updated but again served its purpose. The room had everything we needed and would definitely stay there if we needed to again.
jeanne
Decent for an old motel.
Livingston
Pleasant medium low end motel. Clean and courteous. No continental bkfst. Outrageous prices $428 for two days standard double room.
Joseph
I arrived 2 hours early, and they let me check in right away. Friendly staff, beautiful pool, close to everything. The price was very reasonable.
Kristi
It’s an old motel but for the price it’s a good deal.
Robert
Clean and safe
Clean and safe no frills motel at the feet of the White Mountains.

The property is conveniently located. There is a beautiful mountain view.
Dennis
Road noise, and thin walls, could hear people talking until 4 am

Gorham
The place was about what I expected for the price. The location is great . Restaurants are close. The room was clean and the shower worked perfectly. I found the bed very uncomfortable. It was like sleeping on a pool table. The air conditioner was loud even with ear plugs in. I would rate the place a solid 3.5
Charlotte
It's clean place. The manager was very nice, helpful and pleasant. I will stay there again.
Robert
Room was clean and quiet. Base rate at time of booking was $ 105.00. but seven days later $ 150.88 still charged to credit card . ?
Carl
The property managers are excellent. Very accommodating. The room was basic, but clean. Excellent value for the area.

Great Price and Great Service
Front desk gentleman was helpful and friendly. Allowed us to check in early without hassle and offered room upgrade (2 beds instead of 1) with nominal fee. Room was dated but very clean and functional. Free wifi worked well.
Michele
The hotel is very dated, there was a lot of road noise and noise from the trains in the middle of the night. Breakfast was not being served.
Kristen
You get what you pay for
I wasn't expecting much due to the price and some reviews. We needed an inexpensive place to stay and that was the only place in the area that fit the bill. Upon arrival we were told there was no free breakfast, which was ok, but it can sometimes give us a head start to finding a good place to actually get breakfast. The room was clean - but it had been cleaned several days before our arrival so it was a bit dusty. My daughter refused to take a shower because the tub was so old looking. I took one and it was fine. It is definitely old and outdated, but it was suitable for what we needed. The pix others have posted are accurate.
Richard
Liked - ability to check-in early/location to local venues
Disliked - overall cleanliness(bathrooom lights were covered with dust and linens were not exchanged daily during my stay.

I made a reservation through Travelocity. I booked for two nights. I arrived and went to the room. It was cold, but I figured it would warm up. The thermostat was at 50 which was the lowest setting. It was to cold to take a shower and there was nobody in the office. The next morning, I called Travelocity to cancel the second night. They said I had to call the hotel directly. It’s impossible to get to a person. I left. My hands hurt from being cold. They would not credit me.
Carolyn
Very convenient for snowmobiling or skiing
The Gorham Motor Inn is an old-fashioned motor inn. It is a bit worn, but the gentleman who owns it is nice and caring, and you can access the snowmobile trails right from the parking lot. There is a lot of parking for trucks and trailers. Many people ski from here as well. There are convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance. It is a nice town.
Albert t
No breakfast as on web site
Sandra
My first thought when walking into my room was, "Well, this looks cozy!" And it was. Maybe a little dated, and there were some minor issues that could use some attention. There was a refrigerator and a coffeemaker, and everything was clean and in working order. the "included" breakfast wasn't much, but the staff were very friendly. I'd stay there again.
Luke
They where closed n i still got charged n had ro make another reservation at a different hotel
Sean
Staff are great and the room was super clean. Only downside is the walls are quite thin and you can hear the next room. Overall I would definitely stay there again based on the excellent service and the superb area. Absolutely stunning scenery!!
Thomas
Shower didn’t work. Old furniture. Patches on walls and ceiling. Noisy at night with traffic and trains.
KRIS
Beds were comfortable. Bathroom needs updating. No exhaust fan.
george
Visitors with ATVs reving them in the early morning and night
Melanie
This is fine. A little on the pricey side, but everything else was booked and much more expensive.
Andres
Near walking trails
Paul
Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plenty of cable channels. Well manicured grounds. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Andrea
Nice setting
Basic motel with reasonable prices. Location was convenient and I liked the stream and lawn with picnic area in the back.
Brenda
My Grandson and I went to Gorham to do some 4 wheelin. We were able to park our truck and trailer at the motel. We parked our wheeler in front of our room. We were able to ride the wheeler on the road and the trails were just up the road. The service desk was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean. Will definitely stay there again. Thank you so much to Gorham Motor Inn for a great time!
Darrin
A clean and comfortable stay in an older, but well-maintained roadside motel.
Stephanie
Poor customer service. Bed was hard as a rock woke up sore as heck with the little sleep I got. I didn’t see this commented anywhere on other reviews but there’s a train that comes whistling loudly around 12:30am and again around 2:30AM!

Judith
Easy to find, and you can walk safely to numerous shops and restaurants on the same street. The room was spacious with two soft chairs, large table, chest with drawers. Comfortable beds, uncomplicated shower, big soft towels. The breakfast is minimal - "grab and go", but adequate if you're in a hurry.
Dennis
Very nice old motor inn. Don't find them much anymore. Took me back to travel 50 yrs ago.
Maghan
Very easy for ATVing. Plenty of parking for our truck with trailer.
Verified traveler
Pleasant stay. Everything was there and available as expected. Great location with friendly staff. The room was neat, cleanliness and breakfast quality can be upped.
Farshad
Bath tub was not draining. Room way tiny and bathroom was so old. The entire room shakes when you walk. Vibration other rooms AC shakes the room. For $150 a night this property is a run down joke. Bathroom tikes are so old and been fixed terribly.
Jean
Restaurants in walking distance. Nice pool, and plenty of parking.
Jean
It was comfortable and close to stores and restaurants
Candace
We were there in the middle of a terrible rain storm & didn't lose power! The room was a little crowded, but welcomed the microwave, fridge & coffee maker - along with the TV. The room had AC but we didn't need it - you could clearly hear the rain falling through the window used for the AC unit - it was soothing, actually.
Lilly
Our stay was great!
This was a great affordable place to stay while visiting local attractions with the kids! I’m very thankful to have booked a room here.
David
Management and staff were excellent.
Thomas
One feature of my stay was the passing of a freight train on the other side of the road of the motel. Had not seen a train rumble along for many years.
Afroze
Nice place to stay.
Lukasz
Looked better on pictures than in reality. Very outdated. Could of booked something better for the same price…
Kenneth
Perfect location for all activities in the area
Matthew
uncomfortable beds, ants in the room, cracked floors in the shower.

Thomas
I like the cleanliness of the room and the way that the price includes a breakfast.
