Wonderful service and staff - friendly and welcoming. Thank you for letting me stay with my dog and providing beautiful meals. I also enjoyed the pool very much for some exercise. We were able to go for walks nearby in the forest and fields. Thank you for a great stay

Seems like a nice hotel with good spa facilities. We had a non smoking room, but it stank of cigarettes and the bathroom smelt unclean. The hotel staff didn’t speak any English (I no we were in Germany but basic pleasantries would have been nice) so don’t expect any help. Didn’t complain about the smell in the room as unable to make ourselves understood.

Nice hotel but stayed in the height of summer, no aircon or even fan in the room and the shutter (to keep out the sun) was broken, so ridiculously hot in the room. A bit of confusion at check out as I had paid in advance and they tried to charge me again

Im Großen und Ganzen sehr gutes Hotel. Riesiges Zimmer aber leider mit sehr kleinem Bad. Die Dusche war nur durch Vorhang im Zimmer abgetrennt. was natürlich ein Plus für Barrierefreiheit wäre.
Dadurch das mehrere Häuser zum Hotel gehören und sich im Sommer die Läute vor dem Haus auf der Straße oder Balkon sind, ist es zu der Zeit nicht gerade ruhig. Was aber nichts mit dem Hotel sondern mit den Rücksichtslosen Gästen zu tun hat. Des Weiteren ist das Haus sehr hellhörig.
Positiv sei noch zu erwähnen, dass das Haus \"Christian\" durch einen Tunnel mit dem Schwimmbad bzw. Wellnessbereich verbunden ist.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr üppig und hier wird sicher jeder satt.
Im Allgemeinen eine sehr gute Location als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Radtouren.

Hotellet ligger i et roligt bolikvarter lidt væk fra hovedgaden. Det består af flere bygninger, og den, jeg boede i, havde forbndelse med hovedhuset via en \"løngang\" under gadeniveau. Hyggeligt. Værelset var superrent og ikke for stoppet med møbler. Der var køleskab og arbejdsbord.
Badeværelset var småt, men funktionelt. Håndsæbe ved vask og showersæbe i brusekabinen i vægmonterede dispensere. Godt at spare på plastik. Lad være med at købe mineralvand; postevandet er helt fantastisk!
Morgenmadsbuffeten er rigelig og med flere forskellige brød og pålæg. Jeg prøvede et æg en morgen, og det var hårdkogt, ellers er der scrambled eggs. Ingen bacon, men den tørrede skinke er ganske fantastisk (lokalt produceret?)
Jeg besøgte familie på egnen, så jeg prøvede ikke deres restaurant, men menukortet ser lovende ud.
Der var sket en fejl ved reservationen, så de troede jeg havde et barn med. Ved udcheckning blev jeg først faktureret for kurophold for to, og da de blev gjort opmærksom på fejlen, blev den straks rettet. God service!

Wir haben 3 Tage im Hotel Klosterbräustuben verbracht. Das Hotel verteilt sich auf mehrere Gebäude die mit Gängen verbunden sind. Das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist super! Das gesamte Personal, incl. dem Chef Herrn Lehmann, ist sehr freundlich. Überhaupt ist uns angenehm aufgefallen, dass der Chef quasi den ganzen Tag präsent war. Der Spa Bereich im EG des Haus „Schwimmbad“ ist sehr schön und wird auch von Ortsansässigen genutzt. Es gibt eine 60°C und eine 85°C Sauna. Die Dampfsauna und die Infrarotkabine waren Pandemiebedingt gesperrt. Das Schwimmbad hat eine komfortable Größe so das man am Morgen, wenn man allein ist, richtig ausgiebig schwimmen kann. Im Haus wird auch Massage angeboten. Wir haben uns bei einer Ganzkärpermassage von Claudia sehr gut entspannen können. Auch am Abend kann man sehr gut zum Essen im Haus bleiben. Die Speisen sind reichhaltig und sehr, sehr lecker. Auch das Restaurantpersonal ist überaus zuvorkommend und freundlich. Das WLAN im Hotel ist gut verfügbar, kostenlos und schnell. Parkplätze mit komfortabler Stellplatzbreite sind vor den Häusern kostenfrei vorhanden. Der Ortskern von Zell ist in 10 - 12 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher einmal wieder.

Ein schönes Hotel. Ich fand nur schade das die Minibar leer war und im Restaurant wurde ich eine Zeit lang nicht mehr bedient, da scheinbar das komplette Personal plötzlich mit dem Buffet zu tun hatte. Übernachte aber in jedem Fall wieder mal dort.
