Horrible, very slow, food takes very long, I called for WiFi and never give me exact result, needed an extra key and staff already trying to charge me. Never will stay again, yes they upgraded me cool but breakfast staff rude as well, pool took 39’mins to give me a pina colada.

We travelled as a family with two teens and had a bungalow. The room was poolside with a private patio, had a fridge and the kids had their own room with two beds and we had our own room. The hotel is right at the beach so you can go back and forth throughout the day. There is a rinse off shower when you enter from the beach which was super convenient. You can change your towels whenever needed. It was quiet and the buffet was large and really good! It is in a central location and close to so many good restaurants. I would recommend and would return.

This has been a hard one for us and we’ve been really trying to put it all together. We didn’t like having to sign a lot of paperwork upon check-in. Also, if you have lost your key or a towel, they charge you things get lost by mistakes. Sometimes the room was absolutely very nice management treats. Their employees awful. I saw more than once of them treating them terribly. We are accused of smoking. We both don’t smoke, so I think they wanted to charge us more money, so basically upon checking, we felt like we were entering the convent not a relaxing vacation. Also, there was no music by the pool. The manager lives on property and I overheard that it bothers him. I guess the guest don’t count. We really wanted to love this hotel, but we just couldn’t.

A very negative experience. On our first day, there was a power outage that forced us all to evacuate. Waiting outside of the hotel, we almost missed our tour that day. That night, there was no electricity on our entire floor. They offered to take us to another hotel, but said they would only check availability at that moment. We decided to stay at the hotel and shower with cold water and sleep without light and heating. The worst part was that the hotel never took any responsibility for the problems. They kept leaving notifications saying that everything was due to circumstances beyond their control.

this hotel is in a good area central to everything. However when we arrived early we asked if there was any rooms available and the staff said no a minute later they asked if we wanted early check in for a hundred dollars and we said yes tired from a long flight . We booked a room with an ocean view and verified it with the check-in staff the room was ocean side but all you could see was palm trees not the picture expedia showed with a clear view to the ocean-we get into the room it smells like mildew and it was cold so we adjusted the ac and went to eat we came back and the bed was wet and the floor was wet too. we called the staff and maintence showed up and basically blamed us saying we adjusted the ac and told us to wait 10 minutes we did and had to call again because everything was wet the staff came again and changed the bed covers and said if it happens again they will try to change us to a different room. so we went back out to visit place and came back it still was mildewed but we were exhausted and went to sleep. The hotel doesn’t look like the photos you see it is an older hotel and needs upgrades there is mold in the door and ceilings . The staff were nice but should of changed rooms we when called several times about smell and water all around the ac and floor If I were booking again I would not go to this hotel too many issues and no way to fix them. but we still had a great time san andre’s is beautiful very busy place Just make sure you go on the hotels site

The hotel is located is a very convenient location. The rooms are big and comfortable, we stayed at a Cabaña and couldnt have asked for a better set up (two stories; King bed upstairs and two twins downstairs) I would recommend this hotel to anyone, but full transparency the hotel could use a little better maintenence in some aspects i.e. Architecturally, AC Distribution. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure that any of our issues were addressed, ao although im saying theres a few areas for improvement, these were no show stopper and would still recommend.

Unfortunately, this property is not a good representation of the listing. The accommodations are subpar. Property has many maintenance issues. There is a moldy smell throughout the property. We had three rooms and all three had separate issues. The staff cannot troubleshoot issues adequately. They are very disorganized. I would not return to this property.

Next day my husband told the front desk then they said they will give a different room. We told them too late. Next day we are leaving. Our first day at this hotel were not so great. I reserved 2 rooms with ocean view. (Room 316,416).The first one had a bad smell coming from the bathroom,at the end the hotel management couldn't fix the problem and my parents were given a different room,but without ocean view. The other room conditions were not so great neither ,no towels in the bathroom, safety box broken.our overall experience were cero.The food at restaurants were okay but service too slow.

Maintenance tried to fix the issue and flooded the bathroom with dirty toilet water and left it not cleaned, so disgusting. The listing showed a balcony, but the room with a balcony was an additional charge, so to get the room I booked, I had to pay an additional charge. We call that a crime where I am from. Management refused to compensate me for the lack of services, and charged me extra outside Expedia for my original booking. No clue why this hotel is on Expedia.

No hot water for our stay. No compensation. Room photo was for a different room that required an up charge, so no balcony. Bait and switch. At dinner the server did not put in the order for my boyfriend. My meal arrived and I was finished with dinner before they started cooking his order so instead of a romantic dinner together, my boyfriend ate by himself while I sat and watched.

The rooms were not as advertised on Expedia. Initially, they tried to pass off a double bed as a king bed. While they eventually provided us with a room that had a king bed, it still did not match the Expedia listing, which included a balcony and a sofa bed as per room description photos. The room we received had neither a sofa nor a balcony. Aside from these issues, everything else was acceptable, and the staff were very nice, except for one manager who was a rude and blamed Expedia for the mistake.
