Its a good place to stay, just that the rooms need to be upgraded. Room i stayed it had parts taped together.. looks like some of the furniture had water damaged. I have stayed here for the last 3-4 years and everything was fine. This time around i took some personal sheets and the cleaning lady took it by mistake and hotel was not able to find it during my 4 night stay. Wasnt offered any solution by hotel staff, all i got was that they were looking for it.
Breakfast is ok, just have to go early during peak season (spring break)

The location is good but Check in was literally hell. We had to wait almost 40 minutes in row because there was only one person at front desk with a 10 people line and he was a trainee and the supervisor wouldn’t help him. The bed linen at the room was dirty and smelly and there was bugs!

Falsificaron mi firma en el cardex de mi estancia, a la mañana siguiente cuando pido la factura me dicen “no dejo sus datos” le contesto que si lo habia hecho y le pido el cardex cuando lo sacan era uno completamente nuevo donde en efecto no estaban los datos de facturacion y contenia un intento de mi firma falsificada. Lo mismo puden hacer para vouchers de tarjetas de credito y otras cosas... lo tomaron a la ligera. No me vuelvo a quedar ahi.

i like the A/C . Overall nothing. There was no cold water when the weather temp was extremetly hot. Pool not working, toilet seat loose and rusted, they change our room from 2nd floor to 4th floor then the entrance door got stuck, we couldnt get out.luckelie is was a connected room so we were able to get out. door was fix until next day late afternoon. Breakgas area food to spicy not kid friendly. we requested to speak to a.manager and were told it was on a meeting. overall experience HORRIBLE.....

The hotel is good, excellent location, good breakfast. I would just ask to do something about the cleanliness and smell in the rooms... We stayed at three different rooms and specially one of them had a really uncomfortable humidity smell, the other two smelled also but wasn’t so annoying, I had been here before this year and it was much more pleasant... we did comment this with staff but they didn’t even pay attention to us.

the bathroom had mold all around the lower part of the tile in the grout.
the sewer smelt so bad you had to put towels over the drain in the shower and close the door to the bathroom.

This is not a bad place to stay, but you must pay for breakfast items that should be included in the Continental Breakfast. Also, like all other Motels I have stayed at in Mexico, there were only 2 towels in a room meant for 4 people, so I had to ask for more. This is a minor inconvenience. My biggest issue was the floor felt dirty and no cleaning had been done behind the bathroom door for what looked like a long time. If details like this are forgotten, what else is?

El hotel está en malas condiciones de mantenimiento. Primero me dieron una habitación que no funcionaba el Aire Acondicionado y las condiciones en muy mal estado y un olor a humedad muy desagradable. La segunda Habitación estuvo un poco mejor pero con una fuga de agua.

El primer día que llegamos al check in nos hicieron esperar más de media hora para entregar la habitación y eso que llegamos a las 4 de la tarde después de eso dejamos nuestras maletas y salimos a comer cuando regresamos las maletas estaban abiertas y faltaban cosas, no dijimos nada porque pensamos que nosotros mismo las dejamos así cuando por obvias razones no fue así, luego las camas son unas piedras de duras y los cuartos están dañados, la televisión estaba quebrada de la pantalla, el clima holia a quemado y toda la noche prende y apaga el ruido es muy molesto ya que no deja descansar, la verdad que no lo recomiendo

Desde que se abrió city express nos llegábamos a hospedar y tenían muy buen servicio y todo estaba bien pero en esta ocasión reservamos tres habitaciones y en las tres nos hicieron falta cosas,reportamos en la recepción y una de las recepcionista que estaba el último día que salimos le dijo a uno de los familiares que ellas no tomaron nada y que nosotros estábamos inventando todo jaja cuando a mís familiares y a más personas les faltaban cosas, tan así que en la recepción nos entregaron una bolsa del mismo hotel con dos pares de zapatos y esos zapatos estaban dentro de la maleta, así que es la última vez que reservaremos en este hotel y no lo vuelvo a recomendar porque roban y aparte los cuartos están en pésimas condiciones los colchones muy duros y las teles ni se ven canales y los cuartos están cuarteados ni una arregladita le dan, la verdad que es pésimo servicio
