For the amount of the stay I believe that it should be a lot cleaner. The room had a very sticky floor, which I did ask the very pleasant lady at the front desk to please send house keeping to clean. She immediately had it taken care of. The cabinet that holds the refrigerator had no handle to open. I had to improvise to get it open. The water pressure was very low and there are not many TV channels. After, like a few minutes the TV reception went and could no longer watch TV. Garbage piled up near elevator. The room and hallway have musty smell and my husband and I had no desire to stay, we checked out early.

The suites in the hotel are not as big as they seem. If you are larger person you will not fit in the shower, most of the shower control nozzles are not attached to the wall there is no toilet paper holders. You cannot open the door to the bathroom if someone else is in there. The floor was disgusting we had to clean the room before we sat anything down. The fridge had old rotten food in the freezer that smelled horrible. I would choose a different optuon if you are teaviling as a family or like a more luxurious accomodation.

The positives were that the linens were clean and the staff was friendly.

The negatives were that the floors in our room were sticky, the mirrors were filthy, the shower had mildew along the caulk line, the shower door did not close, the products in the shower were cheap, our window covering would not open more than 6 inches, the trash cans in the main area were all overflowing, the property was covered in loose trash, and our window faced the highway which was very loud.

I was given room 331 with me and my family and discovered it had roaches. Than they wanted to see them, I showed them a picture and they said no in the room so I walked with them to the room and showed them the 3 different areas one in the shower, another on door frame, and the last was the bed! I checked in that room at 12am or later because we traveled to surprise my brother for his birthday. They then offered two separate rooms, which throughout the night I could not stop itching, the other room had bugs shells in the bed! ROOMS 326 and 324! This was the worst out of town experience ever! I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

The Pros: staff was courteous and responsive when we asked for missing or to fix broken items.

The Cons: This hotel appears seriously neglected and was probably pretty nice 25 years ago. It needs a lot. We rented suite 201 and literally every door that opened would swing wildly and bang against the wall or whatever. The floor was filthy and my wife and I's feet were black on the bottoms from walking around the hotel. The toilet seat was broken (but fixed by staff). There were no forks in our suite. The coffee maker was broken (replaced by staff). The \"smart\" tv just had DTV channels (which were clear) but we could not go online and sign on to Netflix, YouTube TV or any streaming apps. So it was like 2005 \"smart\"! This hotel is near a major highway so the sound from the tractor trailors was constant all night. The breakfast was devoid of flavor. We door dashed breakfast the last day. Coffee was good though!

Our room was occupied by a vagrant, the new room had to be cleaned and the toilet didn’t flush, therefore another change in room, had roaches in the shower, the manager was supposed to be coming to speak to us, never showed his face, just argued that I have to get my money back from Travelocity

Hallways smelled like weed, first room smelled like cigarette smoke, we asked to change rooms, 2nd room was dirty- floors were dirty, rice in cabinet with a note from a month prior saying to contact the number on the note once the next guest found the note- basically stating hotel was not thoroughly cleaned or checked, soda pop on headboard, booger on wall, bathroom vent filled with dust, huge crack in sink, trash all over the backside of the hotel- just laying out on the grass. We asked for a refund and manager refused to give a refund even with all the evidence. Terrible experience. I have never experienced something like this in all my years of booking hotels. We ended up leaving the hotel and stayed in a much nicer hotel 10 min away because we simply could not stay there. It didn’t even meet the minimum standard of being clean in my opinion. Would not recommend this hotel.

The staff were all very friendly and polite, but we found that our initial room did not seem to have been cleaned. The room smelled, the floor was sticky, there were food wrappers shoved behind the tv stand, the shower walls had razor stubble on them and the floor looked dirty, and we found a cockroach on the wall.

We were given a new room that was much cleaner and did not have any evidence of bugs, but we were right next to the elevator which squealed loudly every time the door opened and closed- which was most of the time we were there, including through the night.

The included breakfast had some nice variety, but a lot of the food was either undercooked or overcooked. There were fruit and cereal options available, and these were fine.

If this price point is what you can afford, this hotel is serviceable- don't go into it with high expectations. If you can afford something else, I would recommend that.

The staff could be friendlier and more professional. They didn’t bring us towels after two days staying even when requested and claimed they were being washed. It took two calls to get an ironing board. The noise from either their own family or guests carried loudly thru the hallways. The two dumpsters outside were overflowing and on the ground. We didn’t eat breakfast there to rate. If you’re looking for one night to stay the bed and pillows are very comfy and best part of the room but for a longer stay or higher expectations I’d recommend another hotel.

Although the room was in good condition, and the bed was surprisingly comfortable, it was incredibly noisy. There were doors slamming annd squeeking all night. There was what sounded like a child running back-and-forth above our room most of the night. The fire alarm went off at 4:20 in the morning down the hall - for awhile! and then housekeeping decided to walk into our room at 8:00.. in the morning!!! startling and waking us both up. When does house keeping come in at 8 am when you haven’t even checked out yet?!?
Then we waiting 35 minutes for someone to come check us out!!!!

There were bugs in the washroom all weekend, the floors were dirty, bed sheets dirty, the wall was dripping and dirty. All the dressers and tables were sticky and dirty. The free washer at the front had black stuff in it and was told it’s clean, happened to another person aswell. Door didn’t lock and wouldn’t close properly to the room and washrooms. All in all the room was not up to a standard, someone should walk in and feel refreshed not a bit grossed out but the room.

This is a tired property that needs a lot of improvements. I have stayed in quite a few Comfort Inns, and this property is by far the worst. The hotel room was lacking some basic items / furnishings, which one would expect to find in even the most budget friendly hotels and certainly at Comfort Inn.
Here are some things missing from room 119 after i entered the room after a rather long check-in encounter at the front desk:

* No cushion on the sofa bed
* No refrigerator in room despite advertising refrigerator and microwave in every room.
* There was a coffeemaker in the room with coffee and supplies, but no carafe to brew the coffee into.
* The floor lamp in the room had no lampshade on it. Just an exposed lightbulb.
* There was no Clock/ Radio/ Alarm in the room.
* There was no luggage rack in the room.
*There was no ice bucket in the room.
The only chair in the room (other than the sofa bed with no cushion), was an office type chair on wheels.
I will say the woman at the front desk was welcoming and friendly. The bathroom in the hotel room was clean. This was surprising to me given the condition of the rest of the room. I didnt stay for the complimentary breakfast before i checked out because, in total honesty, I wasn't fully trusting their food preparation given the way they present their hotel rooms. I hope Expedia will pass along these comments to the Comfort Inn brand so they could potentially make some positive changes at this propery.

The staff was great. Very friendly and accommodating when we got into town early. The hotel itself appears to be under renovation but the common areas were kept in good shape and looked nice.
We didn't think the room was as clean as it should be. The floor was sticky when we got in and the bathroom is definitely in need of an upgrade as it looked like an old bathroom with stains everywhere.The grounds need a lot of work there were beer bottles all over the place in the grass, in shrubs, sitting on curbs around the building.....the entire week we were there. Not once during the week was it cleaned up. They have a smoking area right at the entrance door. Per the PA Tobacco Reduction Act, smoking areas need to be at least 15 feet away from the entrance.
The parking lots have weeds growing up through them....not just a couple here or there - all over and big bunches of them.
The hotel walls are extremely thin and we had to listen to our neighbors having conversations and being loud all night. Fortunately we only slept there as we were in town to see family. The bed was comfortable though.
Seeing a mouse glue trap in the cabinet by the fridge was concerning as was seeing a cockroach running across the floor.
Fortunately the cost was not high per night and I just had to remind myself that it isnt the Ritz. Next time I will stay somewhere else a little less convenient but cleaner. Hopefully with remodeling it elevates this place because they have a great location.

DO NOT STAY HERE. THERE ARE ROACHES. We got there and noticed the sheets were dirty and there was a blood stain on the sheet. We requested a new room and that room was still dirty but better then the last room. We got breakfast in the morning and went to take our food to the room, staff stopped us and said NO FOOD IN THE ROOM DUE TO PEOPLE GETTING ROOMS DIRTY. me and my friend thought that was very odd. We checked out and when I got home I was unpacking my bag and a baby roach was in my bag!!!! I called the hotel and the general manager admitted they had roaches last month but they got an exterminator and that there was no roaches this month. He then proceeded to tell me I cannot get a refund because I did not have proof of the roach. He was very rude and pretty much told me he has a business to run. BEWARE I AM TRYING TO WARN PEOPLE LIKE US. we paid 130$ for the night to potentially have a roach infestation in our own home. Terrible hotel!!!

Checked in went up to see the rooms smelled like heavy use of bleach, sheets already wrinkled and not clean. Fire alarm started to go off, 5 fire trucks showed up and the firemen evacuated the building, alarms went off likely because people can cook in the rooms. Gave the desk clerk the keys back. Told him this hotel is not safe which they acknowledged. DON’T STAY AT THIS HOTEL! Thank goodness the Marriott had availability. I will not let this die! Both companies have been less than helpful during this process.

The worst and dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in in my entire life. The tub visibly had a ring of mold around it. I asked for towels, and they put raw towels on the floor, not in a bag so unsanitary, and then complained when I asked for more and told me I had too many ask for a manager to call me back for two weeks and it took two weeks for me to get my hundred dollar deposit back my friend‘s room had a spot of blood in it and there was a man visibly on drugs that chasing a cat around in the parking lot and strange men that they let just hang around the lobby playing the slot machines that they said were not guests
