Having pets allowed is great other than 1 barks across the hall from you all night. Complaint didn’t help. Room next door had the tv volume on 100 and then had to shout at each other at 430am.

I checked in at about 6:30 pm. Our room smelled like pot! I went back down to the desk and was told they were sold out. And nothing else nearby was available. Front desk did come up and spray air fresher. Asked about the towels hanging on the door knob across the hall and was told they are for the women who lives there. They drop them off for her to get when she wants…last I knew this was a motel, not an apartment building. Yuck

This is a homeless shelter! Literally. Families, dogs, people hanging out in the lobby. I asked for an extra towel and was told I had to turn in one towel to get a new towel. I had to borrow the hair dryer from the front desk. Smelled like cigarettes and food cooking. Cigarette burns in the room even though we picked a non-smoking room.

A very run down, let go, unpleasant property. In collected trash for days in a dumpster, unpleasant smells in the lobby and elevator. Unsavory activity outside after dark. On a positive note: the shower was great! But no vent left everything wet and weird. I will never stay there again nor recommend it.

This is a small dog-friendly motel. It was very clean.There was no fridge, microwave, coffee pot or hairdryer. There were the usual vending machines and ice maker. Situated behind a strip mall. There is tons of dining and shopping close by. It was less expensive, but very basic.

Though we did not actually stay here, the customer service was fantastic. We booked 2 rooms for a night. I checked in the early afternoon to make sure the rooms were on the same floor. They changed things around to make that happen. Later, due to unforeseen circumstances, we no longer needed the rooms. When I explained this to Lori, the front desk agent, she allowed us to cancel with no hassle, even a few hours after the deadline. I will rebook here another time and appreciate the cancellation policy and Lori, for her pleasant and helpful attitude.

Common areas were dirty. I didn't trust the coffee offered in the private area. Screen on window not secured properly. Had a large gap with frame and held in place with 2 screws. Felt unsafe

Just like camping... single queen size room, non-smoking, on 2nd floor. Room had no microwave, no coffee maker, no refrigerator. Telephone in room was broken, and the single ice machine in lobby was broken. Bathroom vents must be connected, because the smell of smoking filled the room, but somewhat less by keeping the bathroom door always closed. The hotel is right behind a marijuana dispensary which had their customers hanging out in the hotel parking lot, sitting on the curb, chatting on their phone and/or waiting for a ride, so lock your vehicle to play it safe. The staff was nice and courteous, and the room was large but dated.

I want to keep this review as respectful as possible. But, holy smokes, this place is pathetic, an absolute disgrace. I realize not to expect an experience like the 4 seasons when booking at a motel 6, but this was just too horrible not to say anything about. I've been to several Motel 6's, NJ, MA, etc. And they were all at a somewhat decent standard. This one in pottstown, PA doesnt come even close to the other motel 6s ive been at. This one is a horrible look for the motel 6 brand. I encourage corporate to check in on these guys & they'll see what I mean.

Old staff were a little careless and sat in there car in the parking lot smoking weed and playing loud rap music this was annoying, especially when you were in some of the rooms facing the parking lot not so bad when you were in rear facing rooms.. just being honest and transparent, but all in all this motel is one of the best in the area price convenience, location, etc.

We arrived early Sunday morning for a room booked for Saturday and Sunday nights and were told \"the system is down\" and the front desk employee was unable to check us in. He told us the system had been down since around 3pm, so even if we had arrived earlier we would not have been able to check in and were not notified of this at any point during Saturday. We were also not offered any solutions whether it be a refund or calling another hotel. I still have not been contacted by the property (I have reached out) or offered any kind of refund.

I just needed a place to rest my head while traveling. It was clean and quiet. There was no fridge or microwave. There were a couple old cigarette burn stains on the tub. The room did not smell line an old smoking room. Complimentary toiletries were 2 small bars of soap. The price was right for what I needed.

The check-in with Jasmine was very easy. She was very helpful and kind. The room was quiet, the shower had plenty of hot water and a nice shower head. The bathroom sink drain, however, needs to be cleaned out so that the water drains better. The only thing unpleasant was the smell of marijuana at the entrance, in the lobby and upstairs in the hallway. The hotel is supposed to be non-smoking according to published signs, but the odor from marijuana was unfortunately very prevalent.

The people behind the counter were less than interested in working. It seemed like it was a hassle that I wanted to check in. The toilet was clogged in my room from the start. I would have said something about the toilet but no one was at the counter. She was out in the parking lot smoking pot with some friends/family whoever. I knew the motel was gonna be rough due to the price but having the toilet work is a minimal standard for me. I wouldn’t bring my family there. Otherwise, room seemed clean but I had my doubts seeing how uninterested the employees I’ve seen.

This place was cheap and I only stayed for one night. It seemed a little dated but if that’s what makes the price reasonable I’m all for it. It was very clean and tidy other than some mystery residue in the bathroom and on the TV remote. That feels like nit picking but that’s all that could be improved with it. Overall it was the right price and a good choice. I will consider returning next year when I stay for the same car show, I might even stay for longer knowing how reasonable this place is. It was just what my mind and wallet needed.

After paying for my room online, the desk clerk made me pay again before giving me a room. Said the hotels.com payment was declined. Then, when i tried to straighten it out with hotels.com customer service, denied he had charged me again until i produced all receipts and bank statement. Hotels.com refunded one charge.

The room itself was relatively clean. The bathroom was clean. The room was quiet. Would i go back to this place? Probably not. Would i use hotels.com again? Yes.

The room displays and arrangement is nice and the staff we met were nice. Unfortunately there were a few things found that were unsatisfying. The TV was extremely dim, flickered, and made screching noises that would only go away if shut off and turned on. There were cigarette burns on the sheets and they smelled dirty and as if used in a smoking room, of course. The bathroom had many dirty mold like brown spots on the tub and toilet. The wifi is unusable; it connected, but when i tried using it to study, pages would not load on my laptop or phone.

The room was fine but I had used one of her bath towels on the floor cause I had spilled some water I tried to get new bath towels that evening when we came back from a reunion all day in the heat to find out we couldn’t get any because somebody had stole some so now the cupboard is now locked evidently I’ll take a headcount of your towels before and after shifts and you’ll find out who your thief is we should’ve had to use beach towels that we had brought to dry off at a hotel we had paid to be at second the elevator was disgusting looks like somebody had spilled milk all over it on the walls etc. again. Rig raff hanging outside front door smoking my husband told me not to go down by myself anymore

The smell in the hallways and the room was horrible. The blankets on the bed were not clean, but soiled. We reserved a non-smoking room, but it wasn’t non-smoking or they tried to mask the smell with incense or something…it didn’t work. There were bikers directly at the entrance of the property smoking. If I wasn’t with my spouse, I would have felt really unsafe.

Not many hotel/motels in the area seemed clean, this seemed like the best place that wasn't twice the price. It was not.
Nice people working at the front desk at least.
But the place smelled like everything you don't want to smell like. Unleashed pit bulls walking through halls with their owner. Pretty sure all the first floor rooms are booked with long-term tenants. The rooms are minimalist, which I don't usually mind. But you can't control the room temperature, or at least my thermostat was broken because no buttons changed it from 69 degrees. The 28? inch TV is mounted to a large piece of black wood, as though the optical illusion would make you think the TV is actually a 42 inch.
The bed sheets looked clean, but the pillows smelled. The shower is this weird corner thing, if you're a larger individual, good luck. I'm a skinny 6'5 and I barely made it work. I was just hoping to find the diamond in the rough, where picky people complain, but it's clean at least. This was not that. Won't be back, will go to Air BnB where pricing was about the same. Again, at least the people working there seemed nice. I didn't need anything or ask for anything, just checked in and out(paid and did all on Expedia).

The room and Motel was wonderful. It was updated and cleaned, we just had a few things happened that I hope is fixed soon.

We stayed on May 20th and about 3:00 in the morning the fire alarm went off. We had to wait outside until the motel was cleared and then we went back inside. It happened again around 5 in the morning. It was due to a faulty system and someone was lighting candles in their room for their dogs.

So it could have been better and I hope the motel fixes the issue soon.

Horrible experience!!

We traveled 6 1/2 hours to attend a doowop concert at their high school. This motel is very difficult to find and also difficult to find the entrance to it. The hotel isn’t very clean at all. Our door didn’t close, you had to push it shut and the bathroom door didn’t close either. Bed sheets had a stain on them so I just covered it with one of the blankets on the bed. But we decided that for 1 night we would be fine. Little did we know that we would get no rest. The fire alarm malfunctioned at 2 a.m. and again around 5 a.m. Nothing like going outside in your night clothes. Both times the entire motel was evacuated until firefighters were able to clear the motel for anyone to return to their rooms. After the second one happened we just left. We had to drive home with a 6 1/2 hour trip with no sleep. Rediculous to say the least. Hotel.com or motel 6 will not compensate for our horrible night. I’m done with both!!

Don’t book here. We got woken up not once but TWICE by the fire alarm (3am and 5am). There were multiple conflicting stories as to why it kept going off. Apparently someone was smoking in their room setting it off. Someone else said that it was a faulty fan. Asked for a refund or partial and was not told they could not give us one since it was out of their control. DO NOT STAY HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY OR GO SOMEONE A BIT NICER. Hotel smelt like cigarettes and weed as soon as you walked in and throughout the hallways.
No refrigerator no microwave. Hard to find as well it’s in the back behind the Walmart.
