This place is very old and dated, but the room was clean and well maintained. It does a job but don't expect much. The staff are very friendly and helpful though. Don't bother paying the €9 for breakfast, it simply isn't worth it. Car park is very dark at night and poorly lit. The place needs a refresh, even just jetwashing the building would improve the first impressions.

We stayed for one night on the way to Val Thorens ski resort. It's good, basic accommodation. A bit dated, and no frills but fine for a night. It's up a hill - so be prepared for lots of steps if you decide to walk into town for an evening meal!

It's quite a hike up the hill to Hotel Inn from the town (about 15-20 minutes on foot from the train station). There isn't much in the immediate area so - unless you fancy the slog back down the hill - you might find yourself with no real option but to eat in the hotel restaurant. The food was ok - nothing special, but our expectations weren't especially high. The hotel was quite quiet when we stayed overnight midweek on our way through Moutiers. The beds were comfortable enough and the shower was decent. Check-in an check-out was easy. The wifi was pretty patchy. All in all, for a one-night stay when passing through, it was ok but you probably wouldn't want to stay much longer.

We asked about if breakfast would be included when we checked-in and the reception lady told us 7:30am but didn't mention anything about the cost involved. Then we were billed with additional 18 euros! It's a very bad experience for my wife.

Possible the worst hotel that I have ever booked. I regularly stay in premierclasse and formule1 hotels so quite used to basic motorway rest stops. This is horrid photos on hotels.com do not represent reality. Do not book even as the cheapest option in moutiers it is not worth it.

Disaster.
We arrived after 2 long flights from South Africa, Moutiers was just a stop over on our way to Val Thorens. We had booked 2 double bedrooms and our friends had booked 2 double bedrooms. The manager could not find our booking eventhough we had a reservation confirmation on us. They eventually squashed us all in 3 bedrooms, my 19 year old daughter had to sleep on the bunk bed in our room. They blamed hotels.com and did not even apologise. After a long journey, we were sorely disappointed. It took ages to sort out and he almost blamed us. the reception smelled like rotten eggs and the breakfast was awful. Bad experience, never again.

Le check-in ne se fait qu'à partir de 17h car tout l'hôtel est fermé et qu'il n'y a aucune permanence. De même, impossible de les joindre avant 17h pour avoir des renseignements dans la journée. En revanche, le checkout doit se faire à 11h pétantes parce que tout est refermé après. Les murs sont très fins donc vous êtes réveillés dès que vos voisins commencent à utiliser le couloir... Bref, je suis contente de n'être restée qu'une nuit.

L'hôtel se trouve à l'écart et sur les hauteurs de Moutiers, ce qui permet d'avoir une vue sympathique et le calme.
Évidemment cela implique aussi de devoir reprendre la voiture pour se restaurer le soir (pas de restaurant sur place), seul bemol.

Très déçue. Je ne viendrai plus dormir car je n'ai rien dormi de la nuit. Le chauffage fait du bruit sans arrêt, C'est insupportable. C'est un vieux chauffage électrique qui fait 10 fois plus de bruit qu'il chauffe. Il doit consommer un max. Pas très écolo. En plus j'ai eu froid toute la soirée. C'est dommage car la chambre est confortable, le réceptionniste bien sympa. Par contre très bruyant car pas insonorisé. C'est un hôtel vieillot. Qualité prix excessif. Je m'attendais à mieux.

Das ehemalige IBIS Hotel liegt erhöht über der Stadt. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und es gibt sehr gute Betten. Helles funktionelles Badezimmer. Gutes Wifi. TV Programm sollte auch ein deutsches Programm haben. Technisch ist so etwas machbar. Dafür unzählige franz. Programme. Man könnte meinen es würden nur fanzösisch sprechende Leute übernachten. Frühstück nicht eingenommen, da überteuert. Lage sehr ruhig auch vom Nebenzimmer her sehr gut isoliert. Aussenfassade ist nicht einladend aber die inneren Räume sind das Gegenteil.

TV en panne ce qui a obligé à changer de chambre. Cela aurait été acceptable si le réceptionniste n'avait pas marqué la plus grande désinvolture (ni regret ni excuse). Cela me paraît inadmissible.
