Working air condition, beautifully appointed and spotlessly clean. Everything you needed in a really comfortable package. The bedding was very comfortable and the pillows were soft but firm. The shutters ensured privacy and blocked out light. The hostess was extremely helpful and friendly. The locking system was excellent. We were within easy walking distance of the amphitheatre. We loved it and would definitely recommend it.

The property was in a great location for seeing the historical area of Pula. It is a bit loud due to its location although closing the windows helped a great deal. The kitchen facilities were more limited than we expected but that is on us for not reading the description more carefully. The representative of the apartment was truly excellent - all questions were answered very quickly.

Our first time to Pula. I didn’t quite know what to expect but wanted accommodation in the old part of the town close to places of historical interest. We couldn’t have chosen better. The transfer by private taxi was arranged by Marcelle our host, and the journey took less than ten minutes. Key code entry into the building and room and lift to the first floor for luggage made access easy and efficient.
Our room was well decorated, smart, comfortable and quiet. We slept well and had very good bathroom facilities.
Kitchen facilities as described: small ceramic hob, sink, large fridge and adequate china and utensils. No toaster or kettle, but a jug to boil water, the likes of which I’ve not seen before. This was ok for making tea (we didn’t eat in other than breakfast) and a Dolce Gusto coffee pod machine rather than a filter or cafetière. Any small issues we had eg couldn’t find a chopping board, no hangers in the wardrobe were dealt with immediately and with no fuss by the team.
The building is in an excellent position being on the main bus route, an easy ten minute walk from the amphitheater ( where Marcelle will arrange complimentary secure car parking if you hire a car as we did) same distance to the port for boat trips, and even better …. great coffee and cocktail bars, restaurants and more ice cream choices than you need right outside the front door. We knew the room had no balcony or access to outside space when booking. Recommend.

Great no hassle place to stay in Pula! Right in the middle of everything with a lot of great bars and restaurants right downstairs. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Our hosts were extremely helpful and always happy to answer questions and give suggestions throughout our stay. Overall a great experience.

Terrible D & A Apartment

The D & A Apartment that we stayed in was not clean and there were many things that were broken. We tried to contact the woman several times with no answer. We ran out of toilet paper too! Not good!

The good. The host was extremely friendly. Hotel near all major attractions and beach. The apartment was very nice in terms of clean and furniture. The bad there were ants in the bed and on the floor and when reported nothing was done so bought ant killer from local store so that children were protected. Not many ants but there were some. Also we got turnaround one night when came in from eating and the same access code that was used for our room was the same for another which is a huge security concern. The last night I slept uneasy hoping no one entered the room.

When we arrived we were greeted by friendly women who took us up to the appt. showed us around etc and advised us to contact her if any questions. The room was nice but on close inspection definitely needed some tlc the shower didn’t work properly and we ended up having to tie the small shower head up with a hair bobble, the big light in the room light bulb had blown the air con worked intermittently. Also the threshold for the bathroom was not stuck down and resulted I. Myself getting it stuck under the door. There was no shower tray so the water from the shower sprayed onto the floor the hand mirror also had a large crack and there was used candles in the room upon arrival. Would be a nice room if these things were fixed and apparently d and a have lots of apartments so we were maybe unlucky but tlc defiantly needed. Advertised as 4 star.

Centrally located, it was easy to see the attractions of Pula. Our check in was done by a delightful young woman who reviewed everything about our stay. We had no issues. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was in good condition. It's not the Waldorf Astoria but it was a nice room for the price.

Incredible, the woman who checked us in was absolutly lovely and offered to help with anything we may need.
The room was spotless and very very nice with a gorgeous bathroom and a small kitchenette.

The apartment was very clean and modern and in a great location. The staff were very helpful and arranged transfers from the airport.
There were only two minor issues; the WiFi was very slow and it was quite noisy until about 2/3am as a nearby bar was blasting out music!

Cozy apartment with excellent location

Good location close to everywhere including Roman amphitheater and other relics in town. Drawback is no lift in the property and we have to take the luggage to walk up some stairs. Still acceptable and with this low price what can you expect! Highly recommended.

First was NOT an apartment but just a room, I pay for an apartment! The door was with a digital passcode and somebody open the door wile we were in the room at 8 pm!!!
The shower was spreading water on the bathroom floor.
The TV had only Croatian channels and nothing for Tourists of other Languages

Great location

This apartment is in a perfect location close to the historical district within easy walking of everything you would want to see. Bus transportation is right outside your door and the number of bars and resturants give you plenty of choice. It was a.little noisy 1 night out of our 3 but this was not an issue. Highly recommended.

Shake, Rattle and Roll

The Bad - Very noisy Bar/Casino downstairs or next door which the unit description failed to mention. Thursday and Saturday music levels were tolerable but Friday was ridiculously loud. Ear plugs and grey-noise app at max didn’t help at all, with the thumping of the music rattling our brains and shaking the room until 3:00 in the morning.
The Good - Great location! Close to Amphitheater, transportation, restaurants, Cafes and old town. Very comfortable, clean, modern, spacious room. Property Manager was helpful and friendly.

It was unusual in the respect that there is no reception or normal services as these are apartments . However we were contacted by our hostess who met us at the appointed time and guided us to our location , she even had change for our parking !.The apartment was very well decorated ,spacious and excellently located in central Pula . Mini kitchen , cooking facilities and tea and coffee provided. We were only overnighting , but I feel that we would have been more than comfortable there for a longer stay .

Perfect Place to Stay

It is important to connect ahead of time to arrange for arrival as there is no reception at the property.
The reception was warm, friendly and very helpful.
The room was actually a suite, all kinds of amenities, clean and lovely.
The location was unbelievably perfect.

We only stayed for one night, off season, but more then enough to compare. Very centrally situated in the center of the city, its great for sightseeing, maybe not the best in summer for going to the beach, some outside evening noise, but nothing special due to good windows isolation.
As far as apt itself, very nice, comfortable, clean, equipped, good bed. And additional small pot in the kitchen would be nice, but other then that excellent.

Horrible sewage smell from bathroom

The bathroom smelled like sewage. We had to keep the bathroom door closed the entire stay. There was a drain on the bathroom that seemed to be the cause. It was quite terrible, even with the door closed.

Ana has a great apartment or two in a good location close to all the essential sights (eg 5 minute walk to the Ampitheatre one way, 5 minute walk to the Old a Town the other). Anna contacted me and arranged to meet when I arrived. I came by taxi from the airport and the apartment is close to the taxi stand. When I left I knew the bus station was a fifteen minute walk (down hill) so I did indeed walk down - but taxis to hand if required. The apartment I was in \"Nea\" was large and extensive. Very pleasant stay. Thank you Ana!

The apartment was a good location for a 2 day sightsee of the old town. Anja was helpful in getting us oriented and made excellent recommendations. there was a slight leak in the bathroom, but overall the kitchen and common areas were well kept. Bed was comfortable.....

Parking is NOT free!

I was under the impression this facility had free onsite parking because it said so in the description. It does not! Parking is horrible and you have to pay extra at a lot that is quiet a bit of a walk. There's some free parking around but it's like finding a needle in a haystack so good luck with that.
