Very nice apartment. I’d stay there again.
Very well located and easily walkable to all of the major sites. Plenty of shopping, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. nearby. There is some nighttime street noise, but this is expected in a busy old town environment. The apartment was clean and comfortable. It would be helpful to clients if the operators added a few extra kitchen accessories, e.g. spatulas, proper knife, larger pot(s) and other miscellaneous odds and ends.

Wonderful stay. I’d stay there again.
It’s very well located and easy walking to entire “old town” attractions. Plenty of restaurants, supermarkets and other shopping nearby. Check-in was easy once I discovered that the key pad is part of the door handle and NOT the keypad on the wall beside the door ;-). There is some street noise but that is the norm when staying in an old town area. The apartment was comfortable, strong internet, and clean. It seemed newly updated. The kitchen utensils and cookware are minimal tho… a small addition of a larger pot and some spatulas, veggie peeler and assorted gadgets would be ideal.

This place is NOT a hotel, even if advertised as such, the owner charges you for coming early, wants 20 Euro per hour!!! After booking you realize its 10 PLN per hour, outrageous!!! no place to store luggage, so he gets more money that way, the cleaning girl tried to help me, he made her cry, it was her first day...place is dirty, no fan/A/C, very hot, you open the windows and bugs come in and its also extremely noisy due to multiple restaurants on the street that close after midnight and open bright and early, bright light in the windows the entire night, curtains don't block the light, toilet seat broken, no response to email requests, no other way to communicate.
Do yourself a favor, stay elsewhere
By far the worat experience ever!!

Great location however noisy

Great location however extremely noisy. Couldn’t open the windows at night due to the noise and there wasn’t air conditioning. Advertised that they offer transfers however when I enquired was told that they no longer. I asked if they could book a taxi and was advised to do it myself. Would have expected their admin/reception to do this as part of their customer service!

Room 9 - room size is fine, the bed is comfortable, the kitchen comes with an electric stove, microwave, kettle, pots and pans and cutlery, great view of St. Mary's Church from a nice balcony. only downside is the bathroom (small) and the shower (fluctuate water temperature)..

Was a bit nervous reading some of the reviews for this place and I should have listened.
The apartment was clean and is in decent location. However the apartment I was in (10) the air conditioning was broke and the windows did not open which made the room unpleasant, hot and stuffy. Tried to get it sorted but the apartment owners are a nightmare to contact. I sent two messages in the app with no response, rang several times and no answer. I then had to contact Expedia for help who agreed to move me as they tried to contact the apartment 10 times and got no answer.

Very nice hotel with a walking distance to Main Street. Only one negative is that the cleaners coming very early to clean other rooms and hallway they’re so loud, chatting and do not care about the guests sleeping.

Good stay, very very well located in the center.
There was a small lack of mantainance in some areas, but rooms were clean and nice. Almost impossible to interact with a human being, which is good and bad - if you are arriving or leaving late, it may be a challenge, besides that all works perfectly fine with the password system, no need to carry a key or a card is a huge plus.

A very reasonable stay. The room was clean and easy to access with instructions to get in, and located well in the city centre. Unfortunately the room does not look like the pictures. The main issues are a few design faults - there is a very large living room with a couch, with a tiny TV, but most of all the bedroom is very narrow resulting in the bed being pushed against the wall on three sides. This was very uncomfortable as I had to crawl over my husband to get in and out in the night and seemed bizarre given the space in the living room. There were no blackout blinds so we woke early (sunrise at 0400 in summer), and again in the bathroom there was no vanity or bench to place toiletries - an odd design given the space in the kitchen. Aside from design issues room was clean and comfortable

Jestem bardzo zawiedziona tym hotelem.

Sprzątanie na żądanie za dodatkową opłatą. Podczas 5 dni zero sprzątania, łazienka po 4 dniu bez sprzątania... To nie mój standard. Pokój jeden z droższych w hotelu wcale nie odzwierciedlał ceny... W łazience zepsute wieszaki, nie ma półek na kosmetyki. Śniadania owszem ale w pobliskich restauracjach. Od godziny 17 nie na nikogo na portierni. Obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna.

The double room has no window

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very clean - however there is no window in the room, making it very difficult to regulate the temperature without air conditioning. Given that the air conditioning was broken during the first night of our stay, we were very uncomfortable and found it very difficult to sleep - the room was stifling hot despite it actually being cold outside. Even if the A/C was working, the fact that there is no window in the room means you have to waste a lot of energy by using it constantly.

Lovely stylish apartment in excellent location. Just round the corner from the harbour and Dluga st. Lovely and clean. We stayed in apartment 9 which has a balcony, double four poster bed and a sofa bed. Ideal for two people, not ideal for four due to there only being one bathroom but we managed.

The room does not fit 4 guests. Pictures are misleading. The room is tiny. Bathroom is miniature. The rooms was full of flies, around 30 big black files were flying around. The receptionist told us there is nothing they can do.
The location was the only bright point here.

Leider eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung. Bereits zwei Tage vor der Anreise habe ich mehrfach versucht, Check-in-Informationen zu erhalten, jedoch keinerlei Antwort bekommen. Auch während des Aufenthalts war niemand erreichbar – weder telefonisch noch über Nachrichten. Vor Ort gab es keine hilfreichen Hinweise oder Ansprechpartner.

Die Unterkunft selbst war in einem absoluten schlechten und ungepflegten Zustand. Die Bettwäsche war verschmutzt, es lagen fremde Haare herum und allgemein wirkte vieles unhygienisch. Zudem waren mehrere Dinge defekt. Heizung bzw. Klimaanlage funktionierten nicht richtig, wodurch das gesamte Zimmer extrem heiß und unangenehm war.

Besonders problematisch war aber das Badezimmer: Die Dusche war kaum nutzbar, da der Wasserdruck sehr niedrig war und zeitweise kein heißes Wasser verfügbar war. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft weder den Erwartungen noch den Bildern bzw. der Beschreibung.

Am enttäuschendsten war jedoch der fehlende Support vor Ort. Bei Problemen gab es keinerlei Reaktion oder Unterstützung. Für den gezahlten Preis absolut nicht akzeptabel. Leider kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

Mutta kun ei ollu avainta, vain koodi, niin sitä koodia joutui painamaan turhautumiseen asti kun ovi ei vain auennut😡 huoneen ovi aukesi moitteettomasti.
Ja jos myydään apt, niin oletuksena on keittiö. Siellä vedenkeitin ja jääkaappi, ei mitään muuta😳🙄

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr Zentral und ist super zu Fuß vom Parkplatz in der Nähe zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, muss aber sagen, dass es teilweise nicht so sauber war und die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Auch das Personal war etwas unprofessionell und hat mitten im Flur bei der Rezeption die Reinigungsmittel aufgebaut, so dass man sich vorbeischlängeln musste.

Området är superbra och rummet bra storlek med fungerande dusch, toalett och kylskåp. Det kändes rent och okej fräscht. Det fanns vissa detaljer som drog ner betyget: det doftade väldigt starkt av parfym i rummet, vilket var besvärande för allergikern i sällskapet, sänggaveln var sliten (fejkläder som spruckit i huvudhöjd), spräckt spegel, sängbord lagat med silvertejp. Den morgontrötta bör ha med sig öronproppar för kyrkans klockspel kör igång med en ny trudelutt varje hel timma från 8 (eller det var då vi vaknade första gången i alla fall). Sammanfattningsvis: ett billigt boende i ett bra område! Har man överseende med att det är lite skruffigt är detta ett riktigt bra alternativ.

Beliggenhet er perfekt men ta med ørepropper hvis du vil sove.

Det negative er at dusjen var veldig varm, og dusjhode fungerte ikke, bare den lille. Skulle gjerne vært noe sjampo og kroppssåpe også.

Sto ikke til forventningen.

Det var en hard sovesofa på rommet, en stor terasse (som var veldig skitten), måtte ha sko på når vi gikk inn og ut.
Kjøleskapet virket ikke, noe som er kjedelig når en ønsker kald drikke og evnt ønsker å lage frokost på rommet.
Tok kontakt med eiere både på telefon og på e post, men var lite hjelp å få. De skyldte på dårlig engelsk og etterhvert på at det var helligdager, som gjorde det vanskelig å få tak i teknikkere.
Ellers et fint og ryddig leilighetskompleks. Ligger veldig sentralt i gamle byen.

Koden på døra slutta å funke etter første dag, siden det ikke er bemannet resepsjon kom vi ikke inn med mindre andre slapp oss inn eller vi ringte. Det var ikke behagelig å stå utelåst klokken 23 i mørket. Personalet var litt frekke, men samarbeidsvillige. Veldig fint rom, men veldig tynne vegger.

Sämsta 4 stjärniga hotellet

Skönt att det var centralt men sjukt dålig service, ingen reception, sängbenen var trasiga, blev väckt varje morgon av en sopbil och det var ett ständigt frågande om vilket rum jag bodde i så fort man mötte personalen för dom tjata hela tiden om ”city tax” som jag betalade första dagen. Och det var dåligt städat, det låg gamla plåster på golvet och någon typ av skalbagge i badrummet. Detta var det sämsta 4 stjärniga hotell jag bott på. Ingår ingen frukost och det kostar så fort man vill ha det bäddat eller byta handdukar. Har bott på 3 stjärniga hotell som haft högre standard och bättre service. Detta hotell förtjänar verkligen inte att vara 4 stjärnigt.

The Shower not working properly just hot water !!!

Nice when we come in but Our room not so much clean the floor is not mopp god , we see big spider in the floor under the sofa bed. The shower not working well because its coming only hot water not cold. We do adjust but still no cold water just hotwater comming in the shower we can burn our skin if we do shower. This must be fix and we have allready said to the reception about that in Saturday morning , but they did not do to repeair it stil hot water come out in the shower. Its not good , must be fixed !!

Mycket bra läge! Fräscht och bra pris. Lagom utrustat litet kök. Vi var 4 som dela lägenhet och två skulle sova på en bäddsoffa. Den knackade och lät så man vakna. Kan funka bättre till barn än två vuxna. Mycket ljud från gatan av flera renhållningsfordon tidigt på morgonen/natten. Annars bekväma sängar, fräscht och mycket prisvärt.

Om du ikke er «var» for lyder, så er dette ett fint overnattingsbesøk. Da det er sentralt og fint og moderne.
Men… vi ble vekket 05:30 hver morgen av lyd fra maskin (mulig fra kjøkkenet?). Utover dagen hørte vi naboene snakke i de andre rommene gjennom veggen, og var veldig lytt i gangen også. Alt var topp, uten om at hotellet er lytt og har ikke air condition. En kunne ikke ha vinduene åpne heller, da det enten var edderkopper som kom inn eller støy uten i fra.

Kontaktet hotels også, men har ikke fått noe tilbakemelding ettersom vi skulle få en mail samme dag om en løsning.

Okej, läget är perfekt

Blandaren i duschen funkade inte som den skulle. Så var svårt att få in rätt temperatur så man inte blev skållad. Men vi lösta det genom att spola varmvatten i handfatet så böev inte lika varmt när man stod i duschen.
Sen var det bara 1 av spotlighten i badrummet som funkade. Och ena lampan vid sägen funkade inte.
Men i övrigt va det hur bra som helst. Smidigt att få en kod på mail för att komma in i lägenheten och trapphuset. Man bor över en jätte bra restaurang som jag varmt rekommenderar. Och du bor mitt i stan så man har nära till allt

Feel cheated!

Don’t be fooled by the glamour photos and misleading description!! Not appartment (just a small room) and definitely not deluxe. Bad mattress, no AC and zero soundproffing, quite untidy also. The only plus is location. But there are other places with the same location.

Problemas con el checkin ! Más de 1h esperando ! Después las chicas de la limpieza me pidieron todos los días abonar la tasa de alojamiento cuando ya estaba pagada !
No tienen servicio de guarda maleta!!!
El alojamiento excelente ubicación a nada de lo más céntrico!!!

Dålig upplevelse

Rummet var fint och rent men sängarna var horribla. Det kändes som att jag sov på golvet. Jag har både ont i ryggen nacken och mina axlar efter 3 nätter. duschen var också väldigt dålig då den helt saknade tryck. Kommer inte bo på detta hotell igen, men det duger nog för någon som bara behöver någonstans att ligga över natten.
