Quaint hotel - mixed review
While the hotel offered a mildly comfortable stay, there were a few areas where it fell short. The location was convenient, and the staff was friendly. However, the bed was uncomfortable, the Wi-Fi was unreliable, and the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep at times. The aesthetic was very dated and dark. The breakfast was very basic. Overall, it was a decent stay, but I would expect more for the price.

Overall a comfortable stay
The hotel is a bit dated inside but is comfortable and clean. We booked a standard double room. The description said it was 12sqm but it was certainly bigger than this so not sure if we got upgraded. It was very clean inside and the beds were comfortable, we slept very well. The shower had good pressure and hot water was plentiful. The balcony was a bit strange as it was just a small room attached to the bedroom in which you can stand and look out the window. The view was nice with the town and mountains in the background. Breakfast had a good continental selection. Dobbiaco is a small town but had a nice feel to it. We were staying the night prior to hiking the Alta Via 1 in the Dolomites. Overall I would recommend this hotel if visiting Dobbiaco.

Charming rustic room in great location
My double room was very comfortable and had a good sized room safe. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel for local and intercity buses. Center of town a short walk away.

The town of Dobbiaco turner out to be a lot quieter than expected with not much to do but it's only minutes away from more lively places. The hotel is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. A bit pricy for the quality perceived in my opinion.

Pleasant overnight stay. We were upgraded to a brand new apartment near the bus station without any extra charge. The beds were most comfortable.

Facility serves breakfast (and dinner). You can book both if you want. We were not aware of dinner and stumbled into it. The meal was good but there was a lot, so go hungry. Other guests were very friendly.

Delightful hotel in centre of Dobiacco.
We arrived late and in the middle of dinner time where a busy restaurant was also operated. We had several problems to solve before leaving the next day. Alice was exceptionally helpful with overseas phone calls, gluten free diet and making us very welcome. I truly couldn't thank her enough. Our rooms were clean, quiet, comfortable.

A estadia foi boa, a esxperiência com o check-in não. Não havia ninguém na recepção e quem me atendeu foi uma atendente de bar, me pediu para deixar os passaportes com ela e deixou sobre o balcão onde haviam outros documentos de hóspedes. Pedi para que ela guardasse pois não me sentia confortável com meu documento exposto sem cuidado. Quando eu deixei a chave no hotel para sair me pediram que colocasse a chave junto com as outras sem nenhuma supervisão. Achei displicente pois qualquer outro hóspede ou não poderia acessar o local ( visto que estava sempre vazio) Precisei ir buscar algo que esqueci no carro e a garagem estava trancada as 9pm, me deram a chave para eu ir pela rua acessar a garagem (foi difícil ) Meu quarto estava sem o controle remoto da TV e eu tive mais uma vez recorrer a portaria, não havia ninguém e tive que ir atrás da funcionária. Era primavera e não houve necessidade de ar condicionado, mas se estivesse quente seria desagradável pois não tem ar condicionado

Hotel situato a pochi passi dalla stazione ferroviaria, e nelle immediate prossimità del capolinea degli autobus. Nel centro del paese, silenzioso, pulito con camere molto grandi. Ristorante e prima colazione con piatti squisiti e vari. Ma la vera punta di diamante sono i proprietari ed il personale di servizio: premurosi ed attenti ai clienti. Sicuramente saremo loro ospiti anche il prossimo anno!!!

- the extreme kindness and sympathy of Maria (I believe she is the owner of the hotel)
- the understanding and kindness of the employee who takes care of the SPA
- the hearty breakfast, which compared to other hotels we stayed at, was undoubtedly the best
- the comfort of the room, including the view from the balcony
- the great location and the availability of easy parking near the hotel entrance

My 11-year-old son and I did a tour of almost a month around Italy. We passed by numerous hotels, few with a swimming pool. My son was very anxious about the possibility of enjoying the pool at this hotel and I even canceled some tours in the city precisely to have more time for him to enjoy this benefit.
We arrived at the hotel around 4pm and were told that the pool closed at 7pm. Okay, a little disappointing but we would still have 3 hours to enjoy it. When we arrived at the SPA, we realized that children are not welcome. We were told not to make any noise and to get into the pool without big dives. Okay, kind of discouraging for a kid, but we understand the situation. When we put our foot in the pool, however, what was our disappointment when we felt extremely cold water! In an indoor pool! Ho trascorso una notte con la famiglia in bed&breakfast ci ha accolto la proprietaria in modo molto formale ed a mio parere anche poco cordiale. La colazione è sufficiente per quel che riguarda il,dolce e scarsa per il salato. Mentre le camere io avevo due superior era pulite ed il bagno in una aveva anche la finestra ed il balcone. Aucune explication sur le fonctionnement de la piscine, après une rude journée de randonnée nous ne pensions qu'à nous détendre dans la piscine : celle ci est sur réservation à cause du covid. Encore aurait il fallu nous prévenir ?

Contro: materasso scomodo.
L'hotel dispone anche di una spa (noi non ne abbiamo usufruito per mancanza di tempo) e di un parcheggio (piccolo, ma si riesce comunque a trovare posto lungo la via)

Albergo al completo, ci han chiamato per proporci un appartamento in un paese vicino. Al nostro arrivo però era sporco e abbiamo dovuto tornare indietro per aprire alla signora delle pulizie! Poi non funzionava il telecomando, non c'era la possibilità di accendere il termosifone.... noi non ci siamo trovati bene nonostante il personale sia gentile e disponibile. la zona è meravigliosa.

Appena arrivati la proprietaria voleva assegnarci anziché la camera prenotata (con largo anticipo e con lo stesso anticipo saldata) un appartamento (in uno stabile vicino all’hotel con tutte le scomodità del caso - doversi spostare all’esterno per utilizzare spa ed usufruire della colazione) o in alternativa una camera standard rimborsandoci la differenza
Alle mie proteste inizialmente mi è’ stato risposto che potevo rivolgermi ad altra struttura e che mi avrebbero restituito i soldi poi che un cliente che si trattiene una notte non può avanzare più di tante pretese
