Very nice city centre hotel

This hotel is located on the main road heading into Jaca from the north. Free parking is available on the road behind the building. Everything in the room is as it shiuld be apart from the sink in the bathroom which appeared to be missing its end cap so the water was splashing sidewards. Apart from this I would stay here again

This hotel is situated with walking distance of the centre of town. Free parking is available on a side road at the back of the building. The room is spacious and has a king size bed made from two singles pushed together. There is also a large settee so the room could easily sleep three. The doors to the rooms slam hard if you let them close by themself. The noise can be heard when guests in other rooms let them slam.

This is a nice hotel that is a 5 minute walk to the old city. We paid extra for a room with a kitchenette which was convenient for keeping our breakfast things, making coffee and keeping our beers cold. There is a grocery store on the same road as the hotel, on the way to the old city. There is also free parking in a lot 2 blocks behind the hotel. It backs onto the castle grounds. There are two decent restaurants near the side entrance to the Cathedral and several more behind the Cathedral that have tables outside in a big sunny plaza. The staff at the hotel were really nice and helpful.

The hotel booked two different youth groups at the hotel..same night. Too much noise..late at night. Staff was unresponsive. I almost called police due to excessive noise. By 11:30 things quieted down..but earlier, doors were slammed, kids ran the hallways, and general noise from music, laughter, and chatter was overwhelming.

A one night stop over again. Stayed here a couple of years ago and was very satisfied and the same this time. Friendly & pleasant staff, nice size comfortable bedroom. Ideal location & on site parking with direct access by elevator to hotel reception or rooms. Pleasant bar and good value breakfast.

Let down by a miniscule bathroom.

The hotel is perfectly located for exploring Jaca only minutes walk from everything. The room was clean and spacious but not very well laid out, but the biggest let down was the miniscule and I mean miniscule bathroom.

Overnight in Jaca

Hotel Oroel is in a great location within walking distance of the Ciudadela and center of Jaca. Our room was clean and the bathroom had all the usual amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The staff at reception was helpful and professional. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. The buffet was sparse and didn't look very fresh. We could have spent less than 9,95€ pp elsewhere and eaten better. In addition, the renovation of the cafeteria right next to the dining room meant that our quiet breakfast was interrupted by drilling and construction noise. This will be finished soon, no doubt, but for us it was very unpleasant. Overall, the hotel is a good choice for a short stay and visit to Jaca.

Good location hotel

Good location hotel but not quite a 4-Star hotel standard probably because of its age. The hotel reception was also not too impressive. But for the price we paid, we can’t expect too much. The room is clean and spacious which is most important for us. It is also just a short walk to the city centre. Parking is also not a problem, either free roadside parking or at a nearby free tourist parking area. Parking is also available at hotel for a fee.

Use With Care.

We booked a penthouse room with a balcony and two single beds. What we were offered by the hotel was an attic room (their words not mine) without a balcony. The only window was in the roof and we could not see out of it. We objected and were placed in a room that did have a ba!cony but which had a double bed that turned out to be a most uncomfortable contraption. The bathroom was very small and was very difficult to get dried in after showering. The room did not have a fridge. Iam not sure that this hotel is worthy of the four stars it claims.

Great hotel in super location.

We only stayed 1 night but we will stay there again. The hotel is very well situated and the secure parking meant a stress free stay. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a lovely balcony. Having a bath with shower was a luxury. Excellent value for money.

We booked a penthouse room with a balcony for a birthday celebration with friends, how embarrassed were we to find that when we got there we were given the cheapest \"attic\" rooms with NO balcony! Hotel.com your room descriptions need changing this is deception.

Lovely clean hotel, in very nice part of Jaca. Room spacious with desk, settee, mini-bar. Didn't have a room with balcony as shown on booking as were on 7 th floor, but had large Velux windows with a good view of town and mountains.
Hotel only let down by poor service. Hotel receptionist was less than friendly; when we asked if we would be able to get breakfast in the morning, we were told in a disparaging way \"not for that price\". Of course we knew that the price was room only.
In the morning we went into the coffee shop for breakfast, but no staff appeared even though it was open, so we left and went to a cafe across the road.

Hôtel situé à 2 pas du centre ville avec un SPA modeste en taille mais moderne et très bien équipé. Il n’y a pas de prestation de soin. Le salon, le bar et le restaurant sont aussi décorés avec goût, l’ambiance est agréable (peu de monde lors de notre séjour) et la carte est classique. Le personnel est serviable et à l’écoute que ce soit dans le lobby, le bar, le restaurant ou ailleurs dans l’hôtel. N’avons pas pris la prestation petit déjeuner. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et bien disposée avec la salle de bain séparée de la chambre par 2 portes. Points à améliorer : les huisseries sont anciennes (mais fonctionnelles !) en simple vitrage. Petit point déco : le hall n’est pas très chaleureux à l’inverse du salon, du bar, du restaurant. Prochaine étape de rajeunissement? Merci pour ce séjour agréable.

La atención de los recepcionistas, excelente. Amables y deseando ayudar. Ante todo. Ahora bien, al entrar en la habitación encontramos una puesta a punto deficiente: habían cambiado camas y puesto toallas, lo demás no parecía haberse tocado. El suelo estaba lleno de pelos, como la bañera. La estantería del mueble del baño tenía mucho polvo y no habían recargado el gel. Nos quedamos helados y nos dió bastante asco. Me cuesta pensar en el hotel, en cuanto estrictamente a lo que alojamiento se refiere, como un 4 estrellas. Una cosa es que haya cosas anticuadas o estropeadas y otra la falta de higiene en la limpieza.

El hotel necesita una actualizacion hay cosas descuidadas com el suelo de nuestra habitacion con zonas semilevantadas. El zumo del desayuno inbebible, si és un 4 estrellas tiene que poner un zumo de naranja natural y no ese brebaje. La zona de piscina muy bien. Otra cosa que no se entiende és que en la cafeteria no te hagan un bocadillo por la tarde o noche pero si lo hacen para desayunar aunque la cocina les funciona en horario de tarde/noche. Vamos que no les da la gana.

Habitación grande y cómoda, aunque la puerta de acceso al balcón estaba atascada. El aire acondicionado también era difícil de regular o no funcionaba bien. Lo mejor de todo: Habitación grande, con balcón. Buenos servicios, como el restaurante del hotel y bonitas instalaciones.
Lo peor de todo: Para dormir 3 personas el sofá cama de la tercera persona no es cómodo. Por otra parte, las habitaciones necesitan una reforma. El garaje si dispones de un vehículo muy bajo precaución con las rampas porque puede rascar en el suelo.

Fuimos para ir a esquiar, justo enfrente del Hotel teníamos una tienda de alquiler de equipos de esquí, farmacia, un par de supermercados y facilidad de aparcar, una zona de carga y descarga en la puerta del hotel para dejar las maletas y muchas plazas libres en la calle trasera del hotel.

En general el hotel está bien, la situación es ideal para visitar la ciudad y la zona. Una piscina pequeña pero perfecta para pegarse un baño.

Es la segunda vez que voy a este hotel y se nota el paso del tiempo. Necesitaría una reforma en las habitaciones.
Las paredes presenta bastantes desperfectos y los armarios/cama se ven un poco antiguos.

El bufet del desayuno algo escaso pero en relación al precio pagado no está mal.

Très bruyant, jeunes dans l’hôtel qui faisaient la fête tard dans la nuit. Appels à la réception, la deuxième fois (comme ça ne s’améliorait pas) ils ont simplement cessé de répondre au téléphone… manque important de professionnalisme. Certainement pas un hôtel 4 étoiles selon les standards que nous avons eu l’occasion de voir.

Bien, buen hotel

Solemos venir a este hotel de vez en cuando. Lo que más nos gusta es la habitación en sí, muy espaciosa. El hotel está bien, correcto. El personal amable y atento, como siempre.
Lo malo esta vez ha sido el ruido de las habitaciones de al lado. Hasta ahora habíamos tenido suerte en ese sentido, pero esta vez nos ha tocado sufrir el efecto \"paredes de papel\", al tener de vecinos de habitación a la típica familia que se piensa que están solos en el hotel, con los niños gritando a todo trapo (son niños, de acuerdo), y peor aún, con la más absoluta connivencia por parte de los padres, que incluso arman más jaleo que los propios niños, sin importar la hora, dificultando el descanso de los demás. Aparte de eso, bien.

El hotel está muy bien, la habitación es muy grande y la piscina está muy bien. Lo único que para ser un 4 estrellas se ve un poco anticuado.
No nos gusto el trato del personal, ya que a la entrada hicimos el check in antes de la hora, nos fuimos a comer y volvimos a las 15:00 y la habitación todavía no estaba. Y a la salida me querían cobrar otra vez la habitación siendo que la había pagado por internet.

Muy buen hotel: céntrico, con muy buenos servicios y lo mejor, la limpieza muy cuidada y la atención de todo el personal de recepción, cercanos y amables en todo momento.
No le doy un 10 por conexión a wifi y aislamiento del exterior mejorables, ya que dabamos a una calle principal y se oia el ruido. La habitación de unas medidas excelentes y la posibilidad de tener tu propia cocina me pareció muy interesante y el tener tu balcón privado con mesa y sillas también es un buen detalle. La calefacción excelente, que agradecimos mucho porque pillamos dias de nevadas copiosas.

Prima hotel op loopafstand van het centrum

De kamer was heerlijk ruim en schoon. Het centrum is op loopafstand. Auto kon aan de straat geparkeerd worden zonder kosten. Citadel is ook op loopafstand. Ik zou er zo weer heen gaan!
