The hotel was in major disrepair, the rooms were dirty, carpets not vacuumed, didn't want to take our shoes off. hair everywhere. Bedding had rips in it. Only had 2 bath towels that were thread barren Smoke detecters missing.Ad says it is an 18 minute drive to airport its 45 minutes, 17 minute walk to Orange county convention center ,1 hour 24 minute walk.
The pictures shown must have been from when the hotel first opened. This hotel was totally misrepresented. Any restaurants were at least 20 minute drive away. I would mot recommend this property to anyone.

The room was disgusting! Everyone’s feet were black from walking around in the room. Supposed to be a smoke free facility and all you smelled was marijuana. Music blasted until late at night and people were swimming loudly after the pool was supposed to be closed. The tv barely had any channels and the channels they did have were all in Spanish.

I’ve been waiting to write this review hoping the hotel would reach back out to my email but that hasn’t happened. The pool/hottub were both down which is the initial reason we even booked a hotel which we weren’t told until after we checked in. Then we we got to our room the mold smell from the bathroom gave me a migraine within the 1st hour, the toilet was leaking from the base and had no water pressure, there were roaches everywhere and the room had 2 double beds which they say are queens, but they are in fact doubles. Also they have a strict policy which you aren’t allowed to take your breakfast to your room, and having a child who has social anxiety and autism this was very upsetting. When I went to the front desk they said since it had only been a couple hours I could check out and within 72 hours I would be fully refunded. She even called the management several times to verify. It was verified now it’s been almost 2 weeks the hotel won’t respond to me or hotels.com on the refund. So I am out almost $500 for our stay in which we didn’t even sleep there. We checked in got our stuff to the room and within 2 hours went to the front desk to talk about the options. This is the absolute worst hotel experience I have EVER experienced! Save your money and peace of mind and choose a different hotel!! Trust me I wish I had heard this before I booked it.

Overall, this was not a safe or acceptable stay. Upon arrival, our room had no functioning heat and remained extremely cold overnight. The issue was reported to staff, but no space heater or adequate extra blankets were provided. We were told supplies were locked and no alternative room was available.

The lack of heat made the room uninhabitable and caused significant physical discomfort. In addition, cleanliness concerns were raised at the property, including another guest reporting a roach-infested room.

This experience required escalation through multiple channels and should never happen at a hotel listed for booking. Basic lodging standards such as working climate control, adequate bedding, and sanitary conditions were not met.

I went there on New Year’s Eve. We could not get in the room. Manager tried over & over to open the door with the care key and his regular keys. He called the higher manager and told him to refund us. There were no more rooms. We called everywhere. There were not any rooms in any hotels in the area and it was a very chilly night.

The room was disgusting.

I stayed in RM 370. It smelled like damp and mold. I didn't want to return after a long day of business because I thought i might get sick from breathing in the air.

I have short hair and the room was covered in 8\" to 10\" long strands of black hair. Obviously it had not been cleaned properly.

The shower had mold and some questionable stains on the walls.

The flooring was separating and uneven the walls where dirty and stained the headboards on the bed had scratches on them and just looked like they had not been maintained.

The light switches had holes in them that had been filled with sealant but I am sure I could still see wires.

The floor was sticky and damaged.

I cant tell you how extremely disappointed I am that you have this hotel on your site...

Unfortunately, I cannot say that my stay met my expectations, and I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of the room.

The bed sheets were dirty and had visible stains, which made it uncomfortable to rest. The sofa was also dirty, and it did not appear to have been properly cleaned. Additionally, the AC unit was in poor condition and clearly needed cleaning, which affected the overall comfort of the room.

I wanted to bring this to your attention because cleanliness is extremely important when staying at a hotel, and this was not the experience I expected. I hope you can address these issues so future guests do not encounter the same problems. I would also appreciate any follow-up you can provide regarding this matter.

We canceled our stay our second day and left. Worst experience ever. I am waiting for a response regarding my refund and still haven’t received an answer back.

The hotel is an ordinary old hotel with minimal maintenance. However, considering its price range, it is overall acceptable. The breakfast is not fancy, but it is edible as a morning essential. The room condition is average. I would not recommend it to families, but if it is a simple business trip, it would be more than okay.

When I arrived, they did not have a room with a king bed, which I reserved two months prior. The TV really had no channels on it and it was hard to navigate so I didn’t use it. There was a leaking bathtub for so long. it wore the porcelain off the tub. The water was somewhat warm when it was being used as a tub but when you diverted to the showerhead, nothing but cold water towels were paper thin not enough staff at the front desk.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. From the start, I noticed cockroaches and ants in different areas of the hotel. It honestly doesn’t seem like the property has been fumigated in a long time.

Breakfast was another big disappointment. On my first morning, I went down to eat and noticed that the staff handling the food were using the same gloves to pick up items that had fallen and to search through cabinets, without changing them. That did not feel sanitary at all.

The eggs were prepared in the microwave (I assume it’s some type of safe microwave method), but overall the cleanliness standards were not great. Because of that, I decided not to eat there.

The hotel advertises a continental breakfast, but there were no fruits or yogurt available — only eggs, toast, cereal, and sausages.

The only positive aspect was the staff. The front desk ladies were very polite and professional. However, there is definitely a lot of room for improvement. to begin , there is

we will absolutely not stay there on any future visits and will make sure to tell everyone we know why. when we arrived, the TV did not work, the phone did not work, there was no plug for the bath tub, there were no towels, no conditioner, and the room smelled funny. We informed the front desk of the issues and she offered to move us to a different room. When I looked at the new room, the TV and phone still didnt work, it was missing the same stuff as the initial room, and it smelled like stale urine. I kept the old room, was able to get the TV working and informed the front desk. 2 days later the toilet stopped working (wouldn't flush) and the TV stopped working again. we once again informed the front desk, gave them authorization to enter the room in our absence, and left for the afternoon. when we got back 6 hours later no issues had been addressed. I went back down to the front desk, reported everything again and the maintenance staff eventually showed up. he replaced the TV, but did nothing to repair the phone, toilet, or provide a plug for the tub. In the morning I got up to use the bathroom and noticed the ceiling was leaking water and the entire bathroom was wet, as well as the carpet near the doorway. Breakfast was disappointing and the coffee was regularly slightly above room temperature. Although the staff was friendly, they were minimally helpful. Multiple mechanical issues include elevators not working and the Hot Tub not working.

The front desk clerk informed me of the deposit policy then left. I was alone in the lobby for about an hour. Then the key card wouldn't swipe. The maintenance guy was amazing but otherwise walking to the front desk over and over to yet to get a working card ... I literally was here for long work shifts and I just needed to map. Booked multi-bed room for family of six however the extra provided sofa bed doesn’t have any bedsheet or blanket and upon asking for it I was told they don’t have extra. Question is how are 6 people supposed to sleep in this case?

Room was smelly and not well maintained. Its definitely old with paint chipping off from the wall.

Stayed for 6 days no room service at all. Everyday I’ve to go and ask for replacement towels at reception. Moreover, phone in my room was not working so I’ve to walk to make any request.

Breakfast was ok for the price. Shuttle to park is very rare and avoid if possible.

Overall, i would not recommend staying at the hotel.

Upon walking in my room, there were roaches. I waited four days for a washcloth that never came. The remote controls never worked for the TV so all we could watch was YouTube. Requested a new remote control, but the maintenance man rudely refused to have a conversation about what the problem was. You’re not allowed housekeeping services until after three days of your stay. I had to get my own linens and pillows for my pull out bed which was extremely old, lopsided and uncomfortable. Would not recommend.Sink and tub took forever to drain.they advertise a pool and a hot tub, pool was there hot tub wasn’t hot ever nor warm pretty much ice cold. The way they word they have shuttle service You would think that it goes to the 2 other major parks as well, but their shuttle only goes to universal which made my trip a lot pricier because I had to use Uber the whole time with 6 people traveling in my group. The few employees that we did encounter with the exception of maintenance were absolutely wonderful.

My family and i had to switch rooms because our initial room they put us in was dirty. No wash cloths only 1 towel for 3 adults and the bed looked slept in dirty wrinkle sheets floor had mildew rings even on the couch and desk chair. Smelled of mold. The second room was just a bit better but the sofa bed dis not come out and still only 1 towel for 3 adults. I never make bad reviews about a hotel but this place took the cake. Don't stay here unless you absolutely have no choice. On the plus side the guy at the feont desk waa nice.

Room was very dirty, you could really tell in the bathroom where there were still tons of dirt in the floor, there were also a lot of black curly hairs all over the bathroom. Breakfast fell very short with watery scrambled eggs, undercooked sausage, mixed fruit melody out of a can, some cereal, toast and bagels which were both hard. Milk was out for the cereal, asked the ladies standing in little room for more they continued their conversation and got it when they were done chit chatting.

The property from the outside is dirty and not maintained. But the inside of the room is way worse. The room smelled of mold which was no surprise once we seen the bathroom where the walls were covered in mold. Also the area in front of the bathroom like carpeting stayed wet so I’m pretty sure there’s an ongoing leak somewhere and judging by the amount of mold there’s no way they don’t know about it. We were a party of six and was provided one towel. No bath mat, no rags, no face cloth. A single towel. When we requested more we were told that’s all the had which was interesting as 90% of the hotel rooms were empty (they leave the windows to room open so you can see no one is staying in them). The bedding was also ripped open and we had to also request sheets and blankets, as again they were not provided although we specified the number of ppl when booking. So a trip to Walmart to buy and money spent. icing on the cake was someone decided to put ketchup on my car. If I am able to upload pictures I will as nothing I’m saying is exaggerated. I was not expecting perfect just somewhere decent for a nights rest but this was beyond.

I know it’s a cheap motel and usually that doesn’t bother me. For one or two nights and my own sheets I’m usually ok with it. But the front desk was not very helpful. And the room for one smelled so bad like mold I threw up and we both had an awful sore throat by the time we checked out and for two the locks on the door barely worked the inside lever type lock was useless as there were things on the door in the way of it that did not allow it to lock and main lock with key card when leaving you had to really slam the door and triple check that it locked because it did not want to latch properly. Definitely would not recommend this place.

After showing up at 345 day of checkin was told the rooms wouldnt be ready until 430 later that day. Rude girl ledt us there at the desi with other guest. The kid in the back took about 10 minutes before he came up from front to wait on all the guest. The room had two old hand towels throwed up on a shelf so we had to go and get towels and washcloths. No wash cloths to hand out. Two towels, when asked about wash cloths was told they had no wash cloths. No water pressure and would go to hot and cold. It was wet between the toilet and shower and water continued to drip the whole time we were in the room Carpet was filthy. The bed was nice though. Its hard to recommend this hotel with the conditions of the room and staff. I hope this doesnt stop us from getting our deposit back, when we asked for towels they acted as if we were stealing the ones in the room, scratchy towels is something I wouldnt take home. Oh yeah ice machine on 1st floor inoperable but breakfast wasnt to bad

The room was pretty spotless; however, room service did not come to the room and we had to bring towels to the lobby to get towels. We had only two towels for 4 people and it also did not have hand towels until we went back. The hotel was a Quality Suites one; however, the outside part may need a makeover soon. To the positives, the room was spacious, clean, and breakfast was excellent. While we did not go to the pool, it was clean and warm when I passed by and stuck my hand in it. I also found it to be close to Universal and Seaworld and about 5 miles away from Disney World.

Facility is not well maintained and there are roaches inside and outside the rooms. Carpets are dirty. The pool was dirty and not maintained, besides there was loud music playing until late at night. The people selling Disney entrances were very aggressive and they even follow my boyfriend to the parking lot trying to sell him a package. The “complimentary” breakfast was bad and cold. Our overall experience with this place was terrible. We will never stay or recommend this place to our friends and family.

I dont even know where to begin. This place is nothing like the pictures at all. It is run down and nasty. We got in late due to a flight delay and we checked in and went to our room. Upon opening the room door the stench of mildew and mold eminated from the room. It was 1130pm and my children hadnt eaten yet so we went to grab them food. While walking thru the outdoor hallways there were \"women by the hour\" if you know what i mean.
Drinking and partying. When we returned we were having problems breathing as the smell was soo bad. I was gonna try to stay one night and find a new place in the morning but i didnt want to risk my families lives staying there. My throat had already began closing up. I told the receptionist we cant stay there. The room is nasty and moldy and she offered to change rooms. I told her they are all gonna be like that. She refunded my damage deposit and resort fees and we left. The hotel has refused to refund us. If i can save other people their money and health. DO NOT STAY HERE! RUN. Ps. There were bugs crawling all over the sink in the bathroom.

This property is in serious need of a renovation. The decor and all the furniture and beds were extremely dated. The food that they serve for breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Their pool was closed for maintenance and we should’ve been notified prior to confirming our booking… Our kids were extremely disappointed and upset that they couldn’t use the pool.

We have stayed here numerous times over the years. And always loved it. This time was different. The rooms were nasty, the pool was DISGUSTINGLY nasty. You couldn’t swim without getting hair in your mouth or wrapped around your fingers. My son ended up broken out in a rash after being in the pool. I ordered food from the tiki bar 17 dollars for a small premade pizza crust. I also ordered 2 orders of hot wings and was given plain under cooked wings. We went to the front for breakfast which again was terrible. And the staff gave my family and I the nastiest looks. We needed up walking outside and sitting on the steps to eat because we felt so uncomfortable. I reached out to management and asked for a refund and was ignored! We will never return again!

The worst hotel I ever went , dirty , bad smell, cockroach & more. I changed the room 3 times and finally I decided to take any room and sleep because it was almost 10 o’clock and I have 2 kids need to sleep and I left the hotel at the morning and I lost my money that I paid for 5 nights and they refused to return the money.

Do not stay at this property! We are seasoned business travelers that stay in Orlando hotels every Friday, Saturday, Sunday. We were very clean and checked out properly after a three nights stay. The hotel did not return back our $50 deposit on our credit card after five days of waiting. I called Expedia and they said that after calling this property on our behalf, several times, someone finally picked up and said that it took five business days. It was past that timeframe, and if we did not call Expedia to contact this property on our behalf, they would’ve just taken our $50 deposit. The staff at this property is not honest and I do not recommend anyone staying here…even though the photos online look beautiful.

Also, there were tiny ants all over the bathroom walls and got into my toiletry kit, and I brought those ants home into my bathroom.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like I owe it to fellow travelers—this place ruined the start of my trip to Orlando.

I booked three nights but ended up leaving after just one. The hotel looks nice in photos, but in reality it’s dirty, run-down, and smells strongly of mold. The front desk manager was rude at check-in and even gave me keys to a room that was already occupied—with no apology.

The room I got was in terrible condition, and the place felt unsafe, especially at night with lots of noise and sketchy activity. I quickly found a better hotel and won’t be returning here. Avoid if you want to enjoy your stay.

We booked a room for 5 (2 full beds and a sleeper couch). Our room was supplied with 1 bath towel and 2 small hand towels. The sleeper couch was not equipped with sheets or a pillow. When we asked for these items, we were told they didnt have anything they could give us at that time. We had to wait till the next day when the laundry was done.

Fair quality.
Old, but comfy.
Had to ask for towels; had no washcloths.
Upon checking in, the agent said our res was canceled even though it was paid in advance, so we had no place to go at midnight. He said they were full, so not helpful. That was it. I had to buy a room in a higher priced hotel with availability (not many available in Orlando summers)-checked in at 3:am. I returned the next morning since MiCasa had my money. The manager was working and not very kind. She was a tad self righteous in protecting their error claiming that the error was not theirs but mine. In the end, she restored my res and said my unused night fee would be returned. No apologies nor offerings of service due to their ineptitude.
Very disappointed.

First of all, I had cockroaches in the bathroom, so I let it go. Until the next day I found several cockroaches on the bed, I couldn't stand it anymore. I went to the lobby and they changed my room from then on, I had no problems.

Terrible experience

Well, my check in experience was absolutely terrible. The lady at the front desk was either on drugs or having a stroke. She couldn't even stand up straight we had to call an ambulance for her and it took about 2 hours for me to get checked into my room which hmm was the wrong room, not the room that I had booked and It was hard for me to get my room changed to the room that I did book. It was just a very unpleasant experience, but I had no other choice. Because I was in town for a convention and a lot of the hotels, we're full. I would love to either have my money back or have some type of compensation for the lack of professionalism that came from an experience that I was supposed to be on vacation and the hotel is supposed to be doing a job.

I would recommend nobody ever stay at this hotel was the most dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever experienced in my nine years of traveling. There was pee stains on the bed black spots on the curtain burn marks in the carpet. All carpeting was dirty and black AC unit smelled terrible. TVs did not work on door was not even attached was filled with cardboard so nobody could peek in doors do not close all the way showing light through the doorways. Bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Showerheads were not cleaned. Walls were all damaged painted over with new paint on half the walls painted over dirt spots TV stands are falling apart. Dresser drawers would not pull out if I was not staying there for only three days. I would’ve definitely booked a different hotel was not accommodated at all, and was told that I was not able to have a room change and that that room was clean when I have picture proof of the room being absolutely disgusting. They do not care about their customers by the clean of their hotel. Please stay away. I advise you. It’s your best decision.
