Neat and clean. No AC needed at this time of travel season in Dec. the room was overheated. I had to open the door to bring fresh air to balance but it was good. For 300€ per night one expects decent towels a coffee maker and enough electric plugs. Breakfast was good enough yet felt perfect because of the ladies working hard ever morning. Room was kept clean so housekeeping works hard too. Good food around the hotel you can walk to at least 4 super markets in less than 10 minutes pit pockets are a thing so be aware.

The front desk has a very poor customer service. Like they do not know what they are doing upon our check in. They seem very unprofessional. There is only one person that I can give a 5 star for customer service, Julio. He was assisting but not a front desk employee. But he was very helpful, kind and polite. Julio deserves a promotion to do the front desk job. The hotel room is very comfortable with good AC, great location for museums, parks, train station and shops. The front desk people needs a customer service training.

This is a very beautifully renovated old hotel. The rooms are clean, quiet, large, with excellent air conditioning. The area is excellent for walking around seeing many sites and eating at restaurants and bakeries. The train station is across the street for convenience.

The room was very clean and Location was very convenient, but the standard twin room assigned to us was on floor 1 just with one thin tall window facing to walls, no sunlight at all. The window was close to some drainage pipes and always heard waterfall music inside the pipes. I was expecting a better room like the pictures I saw on hotels.com.

This was a great place to get over jet lag and go to the museum. They are fixing up the place and putting effort into the facilities. Could be nice to have Kleenex, shampoo and bar soap. Would stay again as prices were reasonable.
