1. They gave room of 2 for 3 people and when told at reception then was told that there is sofa bed but told him/staff that there is no sofa in the room. Then he came to check and agreed that the room was only for two. He apologised then gave another room with three seperate bed which was not the best.
2. Lifts were not working
3. Not much in breakfast for veggie which had requested before.
4. Toilet didn't have hand wash
5. Not enough cups for 3 people

Jeg savnede dog info om hvor/hvornår ift morgenmad, både ved indtjek og så vi kom ned om morgenen.
Det virkede som om man gik ud fra at vi havde været der før 😅
Og det er jo dejligt, hvis det er et sted folk normalt vender tilbage til.
Vi skulle i messecenteret dagen efter, har ikke været der før og det var lidt tilfældigt det lige blev her.
Men vil da huske det til fremtidige besøg i Herning ☺️

Receptionisten var meget sød og høflig, men virkede lidt uerfaren og usikker. Fortalte f.eks. ikke hvor og hvornår der var morgenmad. Måske en smule mere oplæring kunne hjælpe.

Vi bestilte en øl i baren kl. 16.45 men blev henvist til entreen at drikke den da alle borde i baren/restauranten var reserverede til senere. Her kunne man måske have åbnet morgenmadsrestauranten så man kunne sidde ved et bord her, i stedet for at sidde til skue i entreen.

Ellers et fantastisk sted.

Pænt hotel med central beliggenhed, god restaurant og en fin morgenmadsbuffet, bortset fra den uspiselig røræg lavet på et industriprodukt, hvor svært kan det være at slå nogle æg ud og røre dem sammen, det giver en helt anden smag og struktur på slutproduktet. Jeg kommer gerne igen på hotellet, som i øvrigt har fine parkeringsmuligheder.

Rigtig fin morgen buffet, venligt personale og en rigtig lækker suite med gode møbler og lækre lamper.
Umiddelbart lækre B&O fjernsyn og anlæg men umuligt at få cromecast til virke og anlæg så fint ud men fungerede ikke til nyere android telefoner og tilslutning med minijack som ikke bruges mere.
Noget info omkring betjening kunne have været rigtigt rart....men super suite og dejligt stort badeværelse med lækker jacuzzi.
Fint med fjernbetjente vinduer og gardiner på Velux.

Vi havde bestilt et værelse med kingsize seng, og på badeværelset var der et badekar med dyse/spa-funktion.
Nem indtjekning og venligt personale, alt var superfint og rent på værelset, samt rigtig god morgenmad.
Vi stod lidt sent op om søndagen, og kom ned til morgenmaden 10 minutter før lukketid. Efter 5 minutter kom køkkenpersonalet hen til os, og sagde vi ikke behøvede at skynde os, og at vi sagtens kunne blive en halv time længere - service udover det sædvanlige!

Eneste minus, er, at der på værelset var en markant lugt af kloark fra afløbene.
Vi har overnattet på hotellet før, så vi vidste det godt.

Hotellet har en super god beliggenhed, lige midt på gågaden hvor der er butikker, restauranter og barer. Hotellet er flot og velholdt. Personalet er søde og hjælpsomme. Morgenmaden var god med alt hvad man forventer en hotel-morgenmad bør indeholde. Vi var der i forbindelse med en koncert i Boxen, men ville også vælge at bo her hvis jeg skulle på familietur med min mand og børn.

Receptionisten glemte at fortælle om de almindelige gængse ting, som tidspunkt for morgenmad, hvor den var placeret og for eksempel wifi.
Havde et værelse på øverste etage, men desværre var skråvinduerne så beskidte, at man ikke rigtig kunne nyde Herning bymidte. Ærgeligt, da der stadig var pyntet op til jul og de gjorde reklame for EM håndbold.
Gennemgående var værelset lækkert.

værrelset var rent, men tror ikke de har tjekket toilet børsten i mange år for den kan da ikke blive mere slidt.
da sage i baren ved 22 tiden at de lukked men da vi gik forbi ca 1,5 time sener sad der stadig folk ( gæster derinde ) så forstår vi ikke vi ikke kunne blive lidt endnu.

Fint hotel - grunden til at der “kun” gives 4 stjerner er, at værelset ikke var klar, selvom vi kom efter kl. 14.00. Vi fik først værelset en time efter - altså kl. 15.00. Da vi spurgte om vi så kunne få lidt at drikke mens vi ventede, blev der henvist til den gratis kaffebar…-ikke imponerende service.

Fantastisk lækkert hotel med høj komfort. Skulle have haft top karaktér, hvis ikke det var for morgenmaden:

Brødet var tørt, kedeligt og halfrossen \"bake-off\", 2 slags pålæg, 2 slags ost, skyr eller græsk yoghurt (men dog med 16 forskelligt tilbehør), små \"bake-off\" kager fredag morgen - ingen om lørdagen, brødet og meget andet løb tør lørdag da man tilsyneladende havde undervurderet antallet af gæster.
Selv om vi havde fået besked på, at der var morgenmad indtil kl. 10, begyndte personalet at fjerne morgenmaden lige før kl 0930 om fredagen - hvor vi stadig var 3-4 borde, der spiste! Lørdag morgen virkede personalet i køkkenet meget stresset.

Super sted midt i Herning

Skønt badeværelse, dejligt med B og O ting, samt andre fine design ting. Eneste knap så godt er larmen fra udsugning eller aircondition. Men vi kunne godt sove. Servicen var super. Alle vi mødte var venlig og søde og hjælpsomme.

Deres Executive værelser er helt fantastiske. Dejlig kæmpestor seng, stor fladskærm, stort badeværelse, vores tildelte med badekar 🛁 , og udgang til terrasse. Nyt og lækkert. Fin morgenmad. Skulle lede lidt efter kaffeautomaten med rigtige bønner😊 ☕️(de andre en slags essens 🤔). Eneste oplevelse der trækker ned. Vi bestilte 2 glas Sancerre i restauranten. Der blev hældt op ude i køkkenet, og vi fik ikke mulighed for at se flasken/smage vinen. Det samme gentog sig med rødvinen 🫣.. Det er altså uprofessionelt.

Hotellin sijainti kaupungin ytimessä oli hyvä ja huoneen koko oli hyvä. Suihku oli epäkäytännöllinen, koska käytössä oli vain sadesuihku, ja suihkussa ei voinut käydä esim. kastelematta hiuksia.

Hotellilla oli hyvät parkkipaikat ja mahdollisuus sähköauton lataukseen. Aamiainen oli hyvä ja aamiaishuone siisti.
