Room was very basic. Pillowcases were more for display not meant to sleep on. 1 overhead light in main room that was too bright not a lamp or entable to be found.
The woman who checked us in was very kind and friendly though

The place is a dump. Sign in bathroom saying do not not flush TOILET PAPER! Did not look like pictures online at all. Could not stay there, got a room else where. Now trying to get refund from Expedia.

A low price to just lay down and sleep.

A place to sleep at a low price. Room was a bit small but clean. No breakfast but that was ok by us as Tim Hortons was right around the corner. Reception desk was friendly
took care of us promptly. Room had free wifi, tv, small fridge.

Cheap chemical cleaning smell in a sealed room (with aircon on). The only way to get fresh air is to open the door but there are bugs and mosquitos. Everything looks cheap and basic.

I had a great stay here! Robin was fantastic - friendly and always willing to help me find places to eat or spots to do the activities I was interested in. The room was very clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The shower also had a hand-held shower head and great water pressure. Thanks for a great stay and hope to see you again!

The bed was very comfortable . The motel is very old and has not been updated much , although the brightly painted walls were interesting . The plumbing needs to be upgraded as the sign said not even toilet paper was to be flushed !!!
The only lighting in the bed area was a very bright ceiling fixture . Not very inviting to relax and read a book .
The lighting also in the yard and the “Stop 21” sign is very dim - I drove right by on my return in the dark .
The building out by the road is very dilapidated , with junk around the building that needs to be cleaned up .
The big window in my unit was sealed shut with heavy plastic ( I presume to keep heat , and cold weather out ). Bathroom window appeared to be screwed shut . Both these things would be safety violations.
I had a great sleep, did not use shower so cannot comment on that .
This is a very old ( 8 units ) motel , and Robyn and Jay are obviously trying to improve the place , but it needs a lot more !!!!

There is a nice table with two chairs. I woke up around midnight and I wrote a letter to my friend. It’s the second time I travelled alone and it only gets better. I was not bored. Stop 21 helped.

People were very nice. Room was clean and everything work as it should.
Good wifi and the pricing was compairable to the facility..
May not be the fancest place in town but when your up atving you don't need face you need function and comfort.
We will be back later in the season for another ride

Very friendly staff. Room very basic but functional with small fridge, kettle and TV. Thin sheets and pillows but have control over heat/ cooling. Mattress extremely firm! Shower towels too small to wrap yourself in. Overall if mattresses in other rooms are less firm then I would stay again for a night or two but not longer.

Overall, the Motel is clean. The renovation isn’t modern. Since the four rooms in the back are facing the forest, there are a lot of mosquitoes and spiders. To add on, there is a very strong smell in the room. It smells really bad and makes you uncomfortable. Overall it’s okay leaning more towards the non recommended side. However, service is great. They help you with a smile and are very welcoming!

I got married in Southampton and booked two rooms for two of my vendors, the first one checked in ok but the room was very dirty and none of the lights worked in the room, there was also no one around to get the issues resolved. The second woman tried to check in but no one was available to check her in the room, after ringing the bell multiple times and waiting more than 20 minutes, she left. Tried again later that day and same issue. The manager was rude and would only refund a partial amount of what was paid. Definitely would not recommend this place and will never be back.

Just can’t be leave

Booked early in the week. I called the afternoon the day of and told them I was going to be late. They said no problem and to call when got there. That all went well, they did take my ID but left me outside well getting my key. Did not need to sign anything. Was just told what room was handed ID back and given the key and that was it.

When got in the room it was freezing cold, no heat was on but was never told it was not on. It is baseboard heat and one in main area and one in bedroom but no heat in the smallest bathroom I have ever seen. Never did heat up all night. It was drafty and noisy something squeaky all night outside window but could not see anything.

Booked for 4 people but only 2 towels. There was cups and mugs all of was clean but only tea left but no fixing(sugar or whitener) and the bathroom mirror was water spotted.

The beds were so different too one was ok (in own room so gave to the kids) and the other was like sleeping on a board in the bigger area with only 1 heater. Only way to get warm was to have a HOT shower and jump quickly into bed befor cooling off.

We were surprised how nice the inside of the rooms were, the outside isn't as appealing. The air conditioners were OK but with the temperature being so hot, we had problems sleeping. The microwave did not work. Something was left inside from a previous guest. NOT NICE. Location is very good, close to the market and downtown. Big Surprise was the food in the restaurant. Very good and reasonably priced.

Room was too hot and there was no air. We didn’t sleep. It took a half hour to check in, and once we did and moved our stuff into the room, the staff came running and said the room wasn’t ready yet. They proceeded to kick us out while they finished getting the room ready (at 4pm in the afternoon - the room was supposed to be ready at 2!)

Arrived there, the bar were looking after the booking, the the man at the bar called somebody and talked for 30 minutes, then his computer did not worked, finally after another 10 minuted everything was settle, then he told me that the heat was not turn on that we would have to do it ourselves, after 5 hours we went to bed with our clothes on .PS we hat a reservation that was made 9 days prior to arrival

Bathroom sink tap

The room was ok and I like to believe the sheets were clean. The sink in the bathroom sink had tooth paste spots all over, which indicated no cleaning after the last visiter at all. The drinking glass was spotty as well. It was impossible to watch Netflix on there TV and the internet cut out on my lab top way too much for enjoyable movie watching experience. The staff at check in was nice.
