The place is located in not a great area and is old/run down. The staff was pleasant but other hotel guest seemed a bit questionable. It was fine for a night but I was very glad to leave the next morning.

The property wasn’t bad, but the condition could use some work. There’s no room service, and the cleaning ladies kept skipping my room even though i didn’t have the DnD sign out. My bathroom leaked everytime i showered and there’d be a large puddle of water surrounding the toilet. When I went, the pool was undergoing yearly maintenance, and was closed. Parking wasn’t too bad, it was only $26 extra. For a 3 star hotel, it felt more like a 2 star hotel.

The room was musty smelling. Had several roaches in my bathroom…and when I say ‘several’ I’m talking more than 4! The air conditioning in the room was insufficient! I ended up opening up the windows so at least there was a breeze and it also helped with the musty smell! The staff was very apologetic but still an expensive stay to be so disappointing! Glad this won’t be my only experience of Maui as I could have stayed on the Jersey Shore for this!!!

Property is an old building in need of updates. The beach isn't great for swimming and while we were there the pool was closed for repairs. The location is also not great, and isn't close to dining options. It was ok for 1-2 nights but I wouldn't stay here for an entire vacation.

The room smells moldy. Now I have a respiratory problem. Hopefully it goes away soon. Was really bad mold smell. How can you keep renting it out. Mold and ashtray smell. You can hear the water dripping between the shower wall and sink. Probably why smells moldy.
Noise during night, sounds like a helicopter all night outside the window, was loud enough to keep you awake.

The security door to the corridor to the rooms is so noisy. It makes for a very unpleasant stay as the noise of people going in and out all day and night echos into the rooms no matter which room you are in. I stayed in room 107 this time, the last time I was on the second floor in one of the newer rooms and it was the same. Can’t get no sleep hearing that door slam open and shut. It would Anne such an easy fix I would think to decrease that noise and help your guest get rest. I wouldnt stay here again just because of that. I come in for work and need my rest.

The lobby furniture is so dirty it give the lobby a grimy feel, I was afraid to sit down. Time for a major update. The property view is beautiful and lawn is well kept but the rest of the hotel need a fresh coat of paint and an update.

The only problem I encountered was that I spent a lot of money at the laundry room; the dryers don't work very well—it takes a long time for clothes to dry—and it gets extremely hot inside. They really ought to install air conditioning

Umm. I am not sure what nice things that j can say about this property. Ver run down and old. Staff was not helpful. Needed a ride to the airport and was told they only go on the top of the hour. Why not list that in your hotel information? We arrived at 9 pm and after changing rooms due to our first room smelling horribly of pot, was told the resort fee would be waived. When I checked out, they charged me the resort fee. Four people in my party, I was given 2 towels. Convient to the airport - yes. Besides that - don't bother.

The staff was very kind and friendly, especially the airport shuttle driver and restaurant staff. The airport shuttle was a major reason why we booked here; very convenient if you don't want to deal with driving/renting. Unfortunately the hotel pool was closed, which we had been wanting to use. Despite the name of the hotel, there isn't a great beach close to it. The closest beach was right next to a busy harbor with cruise ships and other vessels. And the location of our room was very noisy (next to the main street), so it was hard to sleep at all.

Well one compliment is that the staff was very kind but aside from that the property was not all that great. I knew it wasn’t the Hilton but the inside didn’t feel clean, the room smelled weird and I had asked for a crib in advance but when I arrived no crib in the room I asked at the front desk about it and they said they would have one sent to my room.. hours later the security came to tell me they didn’t have one but offered to give us extra pillow or blanket.. I’m pretty easy going and not high maintenance but the hotel disappointed me. To top it off they said the pool was under maintenance. Went with three kids and was not given a heads up I’m sure the pool is a huge deal for families when booking a vacation. Again nice staff but I wouldn’t recommend.

Is about the equivalent of a super 8 or between a super 8 and best western. Common areas were nice enough. Rooms are tiny and dated. We used fur a quick sleep after a long flight but wouldn’t stay longer. However it was clean and beds were comfortable. Hampton inn in same parking lot is nicer.

Bed bugs in the mattress, cockroaches in the room, and feces in the hallway that me and my fiancé stepped in. The hotel charged my card $118 without asking, claiming it was for “fees” when asking later. Poor communication and will not be returning. The hotel trip ruined our Hawaii experience. See the attached photos of my back being bit up by the bed bugs, and the feces in the hallways.

Overall staff was very helpful from the beginning to the end. Garden view was amazing for photos down to the beach side. It's a older hotel but kept it clean but just a little minor issue with the ice machine, but other then that it's a good hotel to stay at with everything is close by.

Room has a smell to it due to it being an old property, old rug and old beds. Old design. It is cheap compare to other nicer and renovated properties. Most properties around the area are old. Staff are helpful, always smiling and courteous. Their housekeeping only puts new towels and cleans trash, we had to tell the front desk daily that we want full service to make up the bed. Seems housekeeping doesn’t clean everyday, that could be why the room smells. Beach view doesn’t disappoint, beautiful all the time. Didn’t have breakfast there. We got the rate cheap but the parking fee is $20/night and resort fee is $25/night. We paid more for these fees compare to the room rate. Be careful that you think you’re getting a good deal. Maybe better to do Airbnb since you don’t pay for parking and resort fee.

I booked this room based on deceiving pictures and reviews. Unfortunately non refundable. I checked in, got to my rickety, musty room that reminded me of a place that would give you bedbugs, and didn’t even sit down. I quickly booked the Marriott nearby and left. Had to eat the cost of $400, but my god this place was rough. I never, ever write bad reviews, but the reviews here are what led me to my booking so I’m compelled to at least warn others.

Breakfast good for $20 adults, parking $26.xx, property fee $23.xx each night. Good amenities on the grass (corn hole, etc.), nice chairs by the ocean. Not much beach (rocky). Nice beach park 2.2 miles from the property. Low season probably in mid-April but not very busy.

Overall recommend for a short / medium stay.

some staff were helpful, but others were distracted, unmotivated. One was actually assembling furniture in the lobby. My room seemed really run dead and my bed was actually broken. Seemed like one half the bed all the springs were destroyed so you just rolled right out. door to area was locked and had to go back to the front desk to get entry. Great location though and wonderful common area to enjoy the sun and views.

The staff was the best part of our stay, especially Tiana. No, she gave us special attention when we had rented a place that we could not stay in. It was so bad. She helped us out by giving us a great room and allowing us to get into our room early for this state that we had. The hotel is right on the beach. The room was spacious beds were comfortable and everything was clean and convenient. Would give them a 10 if it was available.

This hotel is a good deal compered to all of the overpriced hotels on Maui. It is older, but in decent condition. My room was quite nice. Bed was very comfortable. They offer no breakfast. For a short stay it is a good option.

This is a really cheap hotel and felt dirty. We got in late and were just looking for a place to crash before heading to our final destination in the morning but it was honestly borderline of what I would consider acceptable. Another thing that rubbed me the wrong way was that we were told we still owed a guest amenity fee and parking on top of what we already paid. Their reasoning was that it’s because we booked through a third party (hotels.com) but when I checked my statement a resort fee was already included and I asked what the difference was and he couldn’t really answer.

The carpet in the room felt so gross and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. We got out of there as fast as possible!

This was a very mid hotel. More on par with motels back on the mainland. Our bathroom didn’t have a door because we got the handicap room. The window was also facing the hall way, so very little privacy unless the drapes were closed. Mattress had visible dark stains, which was a bit repulsing. Furniture was outdated and kind of falling apart. But it’s close to the airport and very convenient. One important note- you have to pay per night for parking ($27/night), which the website said was included.
