客房乾淨，寬敞明亮。飯店內備有游泳池，季節性開放。頂樓有兒童遊戲區，非常適合親子同樂。這次住宿的早餐是套餐形式，分量非常充足之外口味也不錯。飯店地理位置距離二結火車站步行約10分鐘，自行開車的話也備有停車位。唯一美中不足的是，洗澡時浴室的排水管一開始有濃烈的硫化氫氣味(臭雞蛋味)，不過通風系統良好，個人並沒有感到不適。

這是一間非常舒適的飯店。地點距離羅東和宜蘭，開車大概10分鐘左右都能抵達。飯店有提供地下停車場，所以出形非常方便。

房間很大，也相當乾淨舒適，床軟硬適中，可以一夜好眠。房間內還有提供免費的豆漿(羅東農會名產)，以及牛舌餅(宜蘭餅)，可以免費享用。然後每天的早餐，人多的時候就會提供Buffet，住宿人少，則會提供中式和西式套餐，讓你選擇。不要以為套餐會吃不飽，分量相當充足，絕對可以吃到很飽很撐。

飯店樓上，還有兒童遊戲區。這次比較可惜，沒有花太多時間在這些飯店設施中。不過如果有帶小孩同行的話，這樣的設施，應該可以滿足小朋友。

整體來說，住宿體驗非常好，服務人員不論是櫃台、或是早餐餐廳，以及整理房間的人員，都非常親切有禮。下次如果有機會再到宜蘭，還是會選擇入住這裡。

飯店早餐區超多果蠅飛來飛去!

餐廳很多果蠅, 到處飛來飛去停留在食物上, 告知服務人員, 服務人員只能手揮揮驅趕一下就離開, 但是沒多久果蠅又飛來停在食物上面, 尤其餐廳提供Cheese塊, 最容易招果蠅, 一盤Cheese塊上停上數十隻果蠅, 告知服務人員也只是將那盤被停滿的Cheese塊鋪上保鮮膜, 而不是處理掉再重新放一盤, 衛生的品管真是令人不敢恭維, 請飯店人員正視這個問題吧!

房間比想像中還要寬敞明亮，舒適度和清潔度也非常好，大廳服務人員非常禮貌客氣，小朋友和長輩都玩得非常開心，餐廳和泳池也很喜歡，性價比非常高，一定還會再來入住。

有點小建議，希望下次早餐多點青菜，方便吃素的人，這樣會更好，更棒的。

飯店很棒,有游泳池,房間的小點心不錯吃,還有咖啡可以喝，很貼心,早餐也很豐富,有WI_下次還會選擇它.

親子空間只適合中小年級的客群，比較高年級的孩子可能覺得無聊
房內整體都住得很舒適，入住的朋友記得先把車停好，因為很容易就滿了，捷駁的服務也很好，感謝!!

Awesome pool!

The hotel is nice and clean. The swimming pool is especially awesome. The only downside is that, I think there were too many guests that day, it was quite a mess in the breakfast restaurant.

有受騙的感覺，並且沒得到妥善的處理。下訂者請三思，主管態度極為強硬和不屑。

對於主管的態度真的是會氣死，說話邏輯有待加強。

就是因為在網上看到無邊際泳池大家拍照很美，並且看網友沒戴泳帽才下訂此酒店。
到泳池時被告知戴泳帽，店員回嗆我下泳池戴泳帽是八月的新規定。

我向號稱一位是飯店總監的男士反應，希望可以備註在訂房網，並且告知泳池須戴泳帽才可入池的條文，不然房客很多都是衝著你們漂亮的泳池而來的。
結果那位總監跟我理直氣壯的嗆我很多五星級酒店的健身房也都要戴「泳帽」，只是有沒有抓而已。

我還真的沒看過哪個飯店的健身房要戴泳帽呢

對於這樣傲慢的態度 我給一顆星!!!!!!

對於我們來住這間飯店的初衷就是為了像網友一樣，可以美美的不戴泳帽在無邊際泳池拍照，結果告訴我們規則改了，也不公告 只能怒給1星

電視無法正常收視的問題似乎存在已久，向櫃檯人員反應也無法得到解決方式，只能用消極的方式解決「拔掉房卡、房間斷電後再插房卡」才能將電視關閉，卻不能再開電視。一晚房價將近6千並不便宜，希望至少可以盡速解決一些不足之處。

小孩放電的好地方! 遊戲室大...泳池景色也不錯！ 建議遊戲室攀爬區木質地板需加裝防滑材質...因為小小孩穿襪子行走容易滑倒！房間乾淨明亮，浴室也很大...很貼心的準備宜蘭餅跟宜蘭農會生產的豆奶！小孩吃得很開心！

飯店位置不論離羅東或宜蘭市大約10分鐘的路程很方便 又可以避開市區內的喧擾
這次是平日入住 感覺上是我們包場一樣
遊戲間只有二寶們 空間很大 小朋友玩到不想下樓！
清潔度算蠻乾淨的 房間內的空間也很大（4人房）
附贈的早餐 算一般般 可以吃得飽
整體上我給90分！

位於宜蘭和羅東中間，附近不是太鬧區較安靜，步行2分鐘有便利商店及洗衣店。
高樓層景觀不錯，有戶外泳池(當時未開放)，房內設施齊全，還有每日補充的當地名產零食及豆奶出去玩時可以帶著充飢。
但因位處非鬧區如果沒有租車或摩托車要過來只有一個公車站牌可以搭，離火車站步行約10-15分鐘，會較不方便。

住宿硬體很不錯，只是早餐很失望、菜色很少，也沒有用宜蘭當地特色之餐點，沒有主題性，服務人員應該不夠，整體用餐環境感覺不妥，沒有收拾，客戶停車再外出、回至原來停車位，沒有位置，但停車位指示卻停在有13位，規劃不完善
