This was a great place to spend my time in Jamaica. It was clean, very quiet and had an amazing view of the hills and in a great neighborhood. The manager was fantastic, she helped us every step of the way, understanding. I would not think of a better place to stay.

Very nice place, clean and comfortable ad the manage is a warm and caring lady. They want you to check out by 10am latest of a late check out feel will apply. This is the only reason it is not a perfect score because the apartment is very nice and the service otherwise was excellent.

The 2 bathrooms was a huge plus, nice stay

The neighborhood is quiet. Only \"downside\" would be the assigned parking is further from the lobby door that others. In viewing online we actually thought the property had Jacuzzi, but we mistaken it with Casa Tianna and were a little disappointed when we found out it was our error. Nonetheless an overall good experience and we would return. Good communication by the owner.

Almost a perfect stay at Casa Royale Apartments

The lack of chair on the balcony is the only reason I am not giving this stay a perfect rating. The balcony is small but at lease one chair could work. Everything was amazing. I could live in that apartment. Love the two bathroom option because I hate sharing bathroom. Perfect apartment and highly recommended.

Very Nice Luxury Apartment, Great Experience

Walking distance to the bakery, supermarket and a couple of local restaurants. This is a lovely luxury apartment that has been well equipped to accommodate guests...I will definitely come back...it felt like home away from home. Well...maybe this is nicer than my house. Quite and safe area and it is very close to everything.

The apartment is very comfortable and homely. We enjoyed vacationing in this rental space and would recommend renting it. The area in general was quiet and safe but in addition there is a gate, guard, CCTV of the parking lot that the gaurd watches and the building entry is locked with a code entry system. To be honest we were very impressed with how safe and secure this property is. The apartment was equally just as impressive as well as the staff from the first point of contact. Thank you for the excellent service.

Third time booking this apartment and I think we will make this one our spot in Kingston at lease until something changes. They manage to keep this place up since we first booked it 2 years ago. The welcome/presentation and the condition of amenities have been standard. I really like the small touch with the assorted tea box, juice and water in the fridge and a bunch of other little small things we received. The management communicate in advance and the it also a plus. Overall I just love this experience because I have had less than perfect experience with other rentals in Kingston before. I never review anything unless I have experienced it at lease three times. This one is worth reviewing and OK to book.

It's a lovely property in a central location. Gated, quiet & private makes it a prefect place for any traveler. No AC in livingroom was about the only drawback to this property. Also, a pool would have sealed the deal. Overall, it's a gorgeous well-kept apartment with many comforts of home. Thanks for saving our vacation!

I was initially scheduled to stay at Casa Royale, but there was a problem and I was asked to switch to Casa Clayton instead. The apt was beautiful. There was a washer but no dryer, but considering that it’s a tropical
country, a dryer is not needed. The WiFi was very good and I did not have any problems with connection. It is a gated property which adds an extra security dimension. There were all the amenities of home. Ms Thompson was wonderful. I will definitely return to this facility as it was heavenly.

The property was in a beautiful and accessible location with lots of places to eat and site see within minutes. The grounds are well kept.The property manager for our stay Ricardo was courteous and very helpful as well as readily available when contacted. Just a few recommendations: it was awesome that the rooms were nicely air conditioned but it would have been nice to have cool air in the common areas while cooking, watching t.v etc. Also a few amenities needs to be replaced such as the iron board. But overall my family had a wonderdul stay and we consider Casa De Royale guest apartment a hidden gem!!!! Good job

Nice gem in Kingston

I was there on business. I need a place to get a good night's sleep and good access to the Internet to work. I had both. The apartment had 2 bedrooms, 2 baths with a nice living area and a full kitchen. The Kitchen had a nice bistro height table that seats 4 which was comfortable to work on. For full disclosure, the main living area didn't have an AC unit, only the bedrooms do. If you don't travel much to the region that might be a surprise. The bathrooms were very nice and spacious. The complex was gated at the entrance for cars, and gated to the living areas.

The complex was close to a MegaMart and nice restaurants, and good access to all of New Kingston...about 45 minutes from the airport.

One catch...you need to bring US dollars for the check-in. The amount varies from USD$130 to USD$230. Read your Hotels.com confirmation from top to bottom to understand the check-in process and what you need to have.

I would stay here again.

The facilities are excellent, very well maintained and the property manager was a pleasure to deal with. She is very friendly and goes above the call of duty to ensure that we were comfortable. My only complaint was the lack of an AC unit in the living area. Being that Jamaica is experiencing a heat wave the lack of a AC unit made the living room unusable.

loved, loved, loved everything about this apartment. the neighborhood was nice. walking distance from a supermarket which came in handy. super easy to get cabs. 24/7 security who are very helpful and friendly. the apartment itself was in immaculate condition. miss Victoria who i believe is the property management was super friendly and so nice even though we were running a little behind schedule when we arrived, she never hurried us and when we finally did she had an award winning smile awaiting us. she made sure all our questions was answered, always answered our texts with urgency. i would 110% recommend staying here and is definitely looking to visit Jamaica again and staying here

The short stay at Casa Royale was absolutely wonderful. What I saw online it’s exactly what we received. The area have many accommodations, bus to commute in the community, shops to buy goods and lounge to have drinks. Staff was prompt and very professional...excellent choice for anyone traveling.

Nice apartment, every thing was in working order. Nice to not have to share bathroom. Great space for entertaining. Very safe and secure. The security guard at the gate had CCTV of the entire property and the building has security features to get in the building. We enjoyed the stay.

Travelled with my mother and brother and a funeral. I was a little than please that they could not change one of the queen bed for two singles. The guy who called me explained that apartments seldom have the ability to switch beds. He explained that they could have done it if they had a little more notice. In actuality they did not advertise single beds so I am giving that some slack and give them a 4 which reflect the apartment and level of service.

Very clean, spacious and modern apartment. The building and complex had multiple security feature and a guard at the gate. We felt very safe staying there. There were quite a bit to eat within walking distance. The guard was friendly and helpful, the manager was also helpful. Manager was very early (30 minutes early) for check out be was patient and allow us to get ready without rushing us.

Outside of the first initial hiccups before checking in , when we first arrived we were in love with the property . Then the bugs came out . Overcoming the bugs was one thing but our next day the WiFi was out which then led to no water for over 12 hours ! We couldn’t brush our teeth , shower , or even use the bathroom for that matter . It forced us to stay in one night because we couldn’t shower to get ready and then with no WiFi I couldn’t even get in contact with the property .although the property manager jenny was very friendly , the ball was definitely dropped somehow. I literally lost an entire day because of the no water thing . And no offer to make it better really made it better .

Love the view. I stayed in the red room and spent most of the time with the air condition off, double doors open, just looking out over the balcony especially at nights. The lights on the hills surrounding Kingston is beautiful. Having my own bathroom was a very big plus, I don't like sharing with friends. The Royale was on of only three apartments we found on this website with 2 bedrooms and baths. Not sure whats up with apartments in Kingston. This one definitely exceeded our expectations and worth the while going back.

Before booking this apartment I read 20+ reviews of the apartment. None of the reviews was of the area so I am going to do that instead. The area is very quiet and appears to be safe. Here are a list of things I observed in walking distance and patronized during our stay. There is a Burger King, Supermarket (just as stocked as the ones in the US) there is a Texaco Gas Station, two Chinese restaurants and three Jamaican restaurants. Wait I don't think that call it Jamaican restaurant in Jamaica, just restaurant...lol There is a very good bakery, the apartment manager recommended it and had some delicious raisin breads. The pharmacy, fresh fruit vendor and ATM were in the same commercial center as the supermarket, just across from the gas station. Public transportation was 3 minutes walk away and it took us 60 seconds in the car to get to Half Way Tree. It was a good apartment in a good area of Kingston and I would rebook it, I hope this review will been very helpful for anyone equally as concern about the area as they are about the apartment.

I am use to staying at the hotels in Kingston when I do business there. My preferred hotel was overbooked (don't think I am allow to say the name here) and I am glad I gave this apartment experience a try. Cannot say I will always book an apartment as I have very little say over where I stay (company policy). If ever I am spending my own dollar you bet I will be back to Casa Royale. Ricardo, my driver was very punctual and ensured I was on-time for my engagements. I recommend this apartment to anyone traveling to Kingston for business.

ALMOST THREW THE TV OUT THE WINDOW!!

I always book based on reviews but not really in writing reviews. I am sitting bored here at Normal Manley Int Airport, because my flight delayed again! and I think it is just right I write those guys a review. I almost did not book because of the previous review but I looked at all the good reviews Royale had before and decided to go for it. We spend the last 3 nights on the island in the Royale apartment and I would rank it close to any apartment I ever stayed in in Europe or the US. There were no ball game on the 4th and 5th but this morning my team lost to France 2-1. I still feel like throwing the TV out the window...lol

My brother locked up and ran the 2 AC in the rooms and the ceiling fans and the entire apartment cooled down. I watched the game this morning with all windows open and the fans running and it was very cool. The TV room has floor to ceiling windows the entire length of the wall. What impressed us the most this morning is the the manager and cleaners showed up for a scheduled check-out and the we were packed, but in the middle of watching the game. The manager sent the cleaners to the back bedrooms to start there and though she knew nothing about football she stood there with us for 42 minute plus stoppage and allowed us to enjoy the game. Now that was service! We felt welcome and at home and even at check-out they were awesome people to deal with. I was moved be the patience and professionalism and want to recommend Royale as a home away from home.

Loved Casa Royale Guest Apartments

It was exceptionally nice. The property was a safe gated appartment building, the rooms were well kept, clean, comfortably furnished, and had all the amenities of home: Refridgerator, microwave, stove, toaster, tea kettle, everything in a full kitchen, even had a clothes washer, and WiFi.
We were close to the Bob Marley Museum, and shopping plazas and restaurants (we googled them LOL).
My only dissapontment was that all the rooms had ceiling fans, however the bedrooms each had an air conditioner unit, but the main living area had no AC unit, and it was hot. It was world cup soccer time and we could not sit in the main living area and watch the games, we had to leave and go to sports bar.
My recomendation is to add an AC unit in the main living area, and maybe a clothes dryer.
I did \"LOVE\" it and would recommend it to everyone, management was on point and responded imediately. Jamaica, no problem mon.

The place was beautiful and just how it looks in the pictures. We had a small problem with our arrival. We were schedule to arrive at 11pm and delays caused us to land at 3am. When we arrived the manager was there to greet us just the same and we were very impress with the professionalism. The place makes you feel at home and is very comfortable. The area is super safe and easy to find. I would definitely stay here again when coming back! Very nice stay

We stayed at this apartment over a year ago and I think we were the first to review this apartment. We took a chance in booking it again and we are glad we did. They have upgraded some minor things, but what impressed us the most is that they have managed to maintain this place to the letter. Hardly anything have changed except the few upgrades. Very impressive! The staff was friendly and they greeted us by first names. We really felt like family. They had a six pack of RedStripe Beer in the fridge on ice for us. I asked the manager (Tasha) how did she know I like that beer and she showed me some notes in her journal made based on the bottles in the garbage a year ago. Can you believe that? Wow...These folks know their business and their guests. I don't think I can put a dollar figure on this kind of personal service. It is definitely worth coming back and I will keep coming back.

Beautiful Property with Amazing City View

I will have to admit that at first I was skeptical, until we pulled up to the gate. It truly is a beautiful property, and upon entering the room I realized that everything was exactly as shown on the website. The property manager was cool and friendly yet professional, and very easy to deal with. Anytime I had a question or inquiry, it was answered promptly. The security was always there with a friendly hello, so we always felt safe leaving and entering the property. The room had very nice colorful and contemporary decor, which really made us feel at home. I’ve only got a couple of suggestions, not complaints by any means, but we would have loved to have had a full length mirror in our suite, as well the Bedroom pillows could have been softer. But other than that it’s was overall an excellent experience and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Kingston. It was in a great location, close to a lot of places we wanted to go and easy access to the highways. On behalf of my self and my fellow travelers, we would like to thank The Property Manager and Casa Royale for an amazing stay!

Very convenient location

We were apprehensive about booking this place but the reviews convinced us to give it a shot. Since we had such a terrific experience staying in this apartment we are obligated to contribute a review. We had a very good experience with the staff and the apartment. The apartment was identical to the photos and everything was in working order. It was easy to get around and city center as close by. I would definitely book this apartment again.

Driver Ricardo was punctual to and from the airport. The manager and staff was warm a friendly. The property was gated with a guard 24/7 and they were helpful. The building had a code entry system. Restaurants, supermarket and shops were in walking distance. Fantastic Apartment with comfortable beds, AC, Fast WiFi and all the other creature comforts. It was a very good experience.

Very Nice Place to Stay.

The Guest Apartment was very nice, the local manager and my driver were welcoming and did their best to ensure my stay was enjoyable. I wish I was staying much longer than a few days but hope to go back soonest and have been telling my friends and co-workers about the place.

I recently stayed in this guest apartment and I must say it has very nice accomodations. The apartment look exactly as it did in the photos. It was clean, spacious and met all my needs. The property manager and driver were very professional, and readily available whenever needed. They made me feel welcomed and made my stay very worthwhile. The apartment was also affordable and the location was ideal. It is in close proximity to food areas and shops, so if I needed to make a quick run to the store, I didn't have to go too far. Overall, the apartment was great and I will definitely be using the property's owner service again on future visits.
