We like the service of the staffs but rooms were extremely dirty. Blood stains on the cushions, carpets were sticky with stains, couch was dirty. Overall this property needs good hygiene standard. We stayed in room no 116. Also noticed there is no proper ventilation in the room.

I spent five hours at the hotel with my kids after arriving from a late flight, feeling completely exhausted. We decided to go to the restaurant where some cakes were displayed in the fridge. My son saw one and was very eager to have a slice.

When I asked the server for just a slice, he checked with another staff member, and I was told they don’t serve slices — only full cakes. What was even more disappointing was that they seemed to be discussing the price among themselves in their own language, seemingly deciding on a quote arbitrarily.

All the while, my son was crying and struggling, and despite seeing this, the staff showed no concern or effort to assist. I left feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated.

This experience was far from family-friendly, and I would not recommend this hotel to families with kids. The lack of empathy and poor service was unacceptable.

As they had pictures of swimming pool in their gallery at online platforms, they didn't have it actually at the property itself. They said it has been converted into a lawn a few months ago..So that was kinda misleading..otherwise everything was perfectly fine.

The room was clean, comfortable, and quite large. Staff were very helpful and responsive.
The breakfast was great with lots of options, including fresh fruit. The staff in the restaurant were exceptionally helpful and attentive. They made sure I had everything I needed.
They also offered a really wonderful dinner.

I was a little nervous arriving late at night, but they have great security and I felt quite safe.

This was the first time, I stayed at this hotel and I must say, overall a good and clean property with the right staff, eager to take the hospitality to its next level. The hotel’s support staff and the Dining staff were equally courteous. This Hotel is no where near Aerocity. Due to Traffic You must leave one hour early to get to Airport on time.

Great on the surface, but dig deeper.

The hotel’s lobby area is basic, which I do not have a problem with. The hotel room, however, was not clean. I arrived in the middle of the night around so I just wanted to get some sleep since I had to depart for a different city In the morning. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable for the most part. However, there were mosquitoes in the room and they definitely love me so I had to be extra careful. Breakfast starts at 7 AM and there were plenty of mosquitoes there. I asked for the attendants to do something about the mosquitoes , But the person that showed up to kill the mosquitoes using a zapper showed up 45 minutes into the breakfast experience. By that time a few had already bit me. Breakfast definitely has variety, and in general, the food was decent.

Dirty hotel!!! We checked in, and promptly checked out after 30 minutes. Smelly rooms, dirty bed sheets and an awful location. The photography is very clever, i certainly didn’t see a room shown in the photographs! It also states there is a mini bar, no such thing! It’s a dry hotel, the mini bar consisted of some out of date orange juice and a broken kettle!

It would have been better if I had been warned that taxis were on strike and cars were charging triple rates to the hotel from the airport. And lying about the distance. The hotel food was great and the servers were good. The area is not pedestrian friendly and has no shopping. Hotel is ideal for an overnight stop but should have 24 hour checkin. Rush hour traffic is appalling as you would expect. Even the air in the hotel is borderline toxic.

Everyone from the shuttle driver to the front desk staff to the porters was very nice and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffalo. I'd stay here again without question if I'm in need of a place to stay in New Delhi.

Very Average Hotel and not worth the price

It is not so close to hotel - still takes about 25 to 30 mins. Rooms are old , breakfast spread is OK, not so great and even though there were only few guests, the service was very slow. Taste wise was also, the breakfast was not so great.

It is unfortunate that I only had one night in this wonderful property because I loved the hotel and the facilities! Abishek and his fellow evening shift colleague (Manoj I think) were very helpful and we were very impressed with their services. Everyone was smiling and made us feel at home. The room was spacious and had everything you need. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Delhi, especially if looking for a place not too far from the airport.

Staff at the in-hotel were rather rude. We weren’t all that hungry as we had a heavy late lunch and this sat down to order only one Chinese fried rice at around Rs 250 cost. After much discussion between the staff they came back and stated that Chinese items were not available and rather recommended we order biriyani and some starters (more expensive). Eventually settled on daal, roti and naan, which was not what I wanted to eat. Everything else about the stay was fine.

Staff is courteous and helpful.Room service is good. Place is not as close to the airport as it's mentioned. The hotel was nice to arrange a taxi drop for us which we paid for. We were there for a few hours (checked in at 11 pm) and checked out at 6 AM. We had asked for a boxed breakfast (which they said can be arranged) but we never got one.

The hotel is new, clean, modern with good ambience. I only stayed for one night while transiting in New Delhi. Would have rated it high but I had issue with the service, when I needed assistance in the room I called reception and they told me they’ll send someone but no one came. I followed up and again no one came. I tried to dial the duty manager button but no one answered. On my 3rd call to the reception I was already getting frustrated and finally someone sent a person to assist. I ordered room service, I said I can’t handle any spicy food so I ordered chicken soup to be safe. Told them not to put anything spicy on it but it came in with slices of pepper and I asked them to replace it. Obviously they have issue with customer service or rather they don’t pay attention.

Clean and Close to the Airport

We stayed at this hotel on two occasions. One was a planned night after a late night arrival of a flight. We only needed a place to stay until our onward flight the next day. Communication with the hotel regarding our late arrival was easy. The hotel grounds were clean as was the inside. Our room was nice and clean and well appointed. It was very comfortable. The second time we stayed was because I planned my trip wrong and came back to New Dehli a day before our flight. I quickly booked this hotel again as we needed somewhere to stay. Again everything was clean and the breakfast was very good as was the service at dinner. The only thing was that on the second stay, the hotel pool was closed. When it's 115 degrees outside, it's nice to be able to jump in the pool, but no such luck on this trip. I utilized the gym, which was nice (only one of the two treadmills was working, though) and I also ended up picking up a book from the lobby and reading it while we stayed there. I would recommend this hotel.
