The service and the staff was excellent, no doubt. The guy at the entrance was super helpful and helped us to reserve a taxi for the airport. The room was spacious and ok, the towels were a bit old and one could notice, also the bedsheets and the pillows. Overall a good experience, cheap, convenient and well located. Breakfast was ok.

If you are simply looking for a beautiful view their rooftop breakfast dining area is breathe taking giving stunning view of Sicily. Open patio to sip coffee and enjoy the sounds of the birds. Reggio Calabria waterfront walk is fun and relaxing at all times of day...dancing, dining, ..then back to your hotel room - clean, comfortable, and safe. handicap friendly elevator and hallways.

Well appointed room with good bedding. Newly renovated. Attentive staff fluent in English. Secure parking for € 10.- in nearby garage located in 200 meters distance. Well noise insulated. Small breakfast buffet but garnished with high quality items. Internet worked perfectly. In the middle of town. recommended and booked diner to ab excellent and affordable fish restaurant (Trattoria del Pesce Fresche) which was 1 KM away.

Séjour très convenable, le personnel est très gentil. les chambres sont correctes bien que pas très spacieuses. Le mini frigo est rechargé chaque jour en eau fraiche (gazeuse et non gazeuse).
Le restaurant n'a pas été ouvert durant les dix jours de séjour. Au vu de la difficulté à communiquer car la plupart du personnel ne parle pas d'autre langue que l'italien, nous n'avons pas demandé pourquoi.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux et varié. La salle installée au 6è étage permet de démarrer la journée en surplombant la ville avec vue sur la mer.
L'hôtel est situé à qq minutes à pied de la grande rue commerçante et qq mètres de plus du front de mer.
Mention spéciale pour Agnesi : elle parle très bien anglais et surtout incarne la qualité de service au client, connait et aime sa ville ! C'est d'autant plus appréciable qu'il n'y a pas vraiment d'office du tourisme dans la ville !

Check in and out; staff at the front desk very helpful and nice. Room is OK but for 4 star hotel i expected more. Maybe 4 stars in Italy are different then other places in EU, but OK. What drove me to make low rating was breakfast service in the time of \"Covid\". I felt that as non-Italian I have been treated differently - \"locals\" were not wearing the face masks in the breakfast area and hotel almost at any time. I have been wearing it all the times and suddenly, when I have forgotten to put it on my face, lady immediately pointed out to me in 5 seconds that i need to wear it, even though she and anyone else have not been wearing it... Besides that, they have put down the shutters (blinds) covering our view on the sea 3minutes after we chose the place to sit :). Bizarre observation and behavior. I hope your staff will not do it to anyone else as I believe hotel gets its money from tourism, no? :)
