We stayed with our 2 grandkids ages 6 &7. The breakfast was good and the kids loved the pool. We made sure that the kids behaved and didn’t slash or be loud if others were in the pool area. We don’t get to spend time in the Spa area but it definitely looked great. We walked to a local bakery for a snack after swimming, and grabbed other essentials from Aldi right down the street. Definitely would recommend and stay here again. The room size was spacious.

The pillows were so flat and not great at all. The Sauna only had warnings in German and my husband burned his hand due to this. Anything that isn’t important was in English. Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The place is always top-notch. Everything it clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The wifi was spotty at times, but this is typical in a lot of German hotels. Other than that, a great option if you're in the area.

Delightfully Spotless!

This hotel was a delight! It was spotless! Thank You! Our room was gorgeous! Appreciated! Awesome bedding, wonderful shower, they even had wash cloths, don't find that item in European hotels often. Thank You! Free parking completely appreciated! (Just my opinion, but because I drove to your hotel, why do I get punished by having to pay park at your hotel?) The spa / pool area was fantastic and clean. Open till 2200, super bonus! Thank You! Our only disappointment was the Restaurant! We were not impressed!

Great service and building, but can be better

The service was excellent, from both the front desk and restaurant. I didn’t meet anyone from housekeeping, but the room was clean and seemed well taken care of. My only complaints are that the “bed” was actually two small mattresses pushed together, and that they did not provide any shampoo (only a combination shampoo/body/hand soap).

This place has everything- a great restaurant, super clean spa, great breakfast, the rooms are spacious and modern. The only minor complaint is I’d like to have a refrigerator In the room, but that’s just my preference. I’d stay there again without question.

Fabulous hotel in stunning region

The hotel is simply stunning.
The staff are lovely and super helpful.
The hotel is fairly new and ultramodern with lively spacious rooms with a really usable balcony.
The hotel facilities are excellent and especially the pool is spectacular.
The area around Erbendorf is very hilly and quiet - truly a fantastic destination for hiking and cycling

Great Stay, highly recommend!

For a double room for a family you would think a refrigerator would have been in the room. We have a small baby and could not cool his milk. Other than that, the staff were great, the Resturant service and food was amazing.

Relatively modern hotel in a beautiful area

When it comes to four star hotels, Aribo is near the top of the list. Very competent, friendly, and helpful staff. The room was spacious even for being a standard room. Many of the amenities anyone could ever ask for. And, a bathroom mere mortals can marvel at while wanting something similar for our own homes.

Hidden Gem!

Hidden gem in the for the right price. Staff was extremely pleasant and offered a wide range of service and comfort. Included breakfast was perfect, and dinner options were impeccable. Town nearby offered options outside of the hotel.

Stayed for 2 weeks for work. Staff was great. I worked mids so they made sure they cleaned my room 1st thing so I could get to sleep. Room was quiet and comfortable. Restaurant and bar on premise were also very nice.

I had a excellent experience at this Hotel! I really liked that the Hotel staff is multicultural and speaks several languages. The Hotel is very clean! The entire room and bathroom is spacious, accommodated my family very well as well as very comfortable. The dinning area was also very clean the waiter served my family in neat, orderly, and timely manner, as well as the steak was good! My Daughter loved lying in the round window seal as she read.

I had reserved and paid for a 'two bedroom family apartment' but upon check in was told our room was given away to a wedding party. To accommodate us, we were given two separate rooms next to one another. The rooms were superb but was still disappointed my family couldn't all be in one room. Other than that everything else was excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Zimmer sehr sauber und groß, Personal freundlich, das Hotel ist sehr Haustier freundlich. Zwei Näpfe und Hundedecke am Zimmer. Das Restaurant ist Abends nur auf Vorbestellung geöffnet. Sollte man beachten. Das System mit dem Schlüsselkasten für Ankünfte nach 20:00 Uhr funktionierte sehr gut. Danke für den gelungenen Aufenthalt. Die weitere Umgebung ist für das Wandern mit Hund wirklich schön. Komme gerne wieder!

Im Rahmen eines Kurzurlaubes haben wir uns für dieses Hotel entschieden und es war eine tolle Entscheidung. Alle Mitarbeiter waren stets freundlich und haben uns alle Fragen beantwortet und Anliegen erfüllen können. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr komfortabel. Das Frühstück ließ keine Wünsche offen und das Spa haben wir sehr genossen. Besonders toll ist die gelebte Inklusion in diesem wundervollen Hotel. Sollten wir wieder in dieser Gegend sein, freuen wir uns schon auf die Übernachtungen und den Aufenthalt in dem Hotel. 😁

Ein Hotel, das seine Sterne verdient: große moderne Zimmer (Kaffee, Tee, Wasser frei), großes Duschbad, völlig ruhig, klasse Frühstücksbüffet mit breiter Auswahl schon ab 6.30 Uhr, schöner Pool, Wellnessbereich mit großer finnischer Sauna, mit Dampfbad, Biosauna, Infrarotkabine, alles bereits am frühen Vormittag geöffnet. Ausreichend kostenlose Parkplätze vor dem Hotel. Gutes WLAN. Gute Wandermöglichkeiten in der Umgebung. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das gesamte Personal: freundlich, fleißig, kompetent.

Kongresshotel und trotzdem familienfreundlich, ohne viel SchiSchi aber alles was man braucht. Große Zimmer, Kinderbetten, Wickelauflage und Windeleimer waren ohne Nachfrage vorhanden. Das Essen abends im Restaurant schmeckt erstaunlich lecker. Es gibt im Restaurant eine Kinderspieleecke und draußen einen kleinen Spielplatz. Das Schwimmbad ist modern und sauber. Für einen ein bis zweitägigen Zwischenstop kommen wir sehr gerne wieder.

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt, sehr saubere große Zimmer mit eigener Terrasse.
Das Personal ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Der Wellnessbereich lädt zum Verweilen ein, alles sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet.

Das Essen in der Gaststätte war nicht so sehr unseres. Wir fanden das Preis_Leistungs _Verhältnis stimmte nicht.
Leider gab es im Ort keine andere Gaststätte, was sehr schade ist.

Hotel war sehr sauber. Zimmer sehr geräumig und ebenfalls top gereinigt. Wellnessbereich top. Frühstück leider chaotisch organisiert. Bei Zimmerpreisen von fast 150 Euro sollte etwas anderes als Dosenobst und gut und billig Joghurt, sowie 0815 Aufschnitt möglich sein. Kaffee leider auch nur Instant. Schade, dass man hier so spart. Geht auch trotz Corona deutlich besser

Einzigartig waren die leckeren Speisen, der Pool, das überaus nette Personal und das Hotel im Allgemeinen. Außerdem standen sehr viele kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Jederzeit wieder

Alles war perfekt. Supernettes Personal. Völlig unkompliziert. Große Auswahl beim Frühstück. Wellnessbereich ist nicht sehr groß, aber super sauber und absolut ausreichend für ein paar entspannte Stunden. Zimmer sind wirklich groß, schön eingerichtet und ebenfalls sauber.
