We had a wonderful family stay here! The rooms were amazing for families — spacious and comfortable, and the beds were really comfy. The pillows, though, just weren't great (maybe it was just us) — if you're picky about pillows, bring your own to be safe.

One thing to note: there's no drinking water available to purchase, even though they do have vending machines, so come prepared and bring your own water.

Parking can be a real issue if you have a bigger car — don't even try to park under the structure or you might get stuck. Definitely something to keep in mind before you arrive.

On the bright side, the pool bar was excellent, with reasonably priced food and drinks. The pool itself was amazing and a huge hit with the family.

Overall, a great experience! We'll definitely be back — and we're bringing our own pillows next time. 😊

On the first day we arrive we had problems with the air-conditioning. There wasn’t enough flow on the bedrooms, but we called maintenance and they addressed the problem in less than an hour although the air conditioner still wasn’t properly functioning they brought in a stationary air-conditioning that suffice our situation, so overall the problem was solved, and the attention was very professional. They explained the situation and very courteous after that everything was very smooth. We enjoyed very much our stay in this location we will come back again thank you very much for the customer service and maintenance group.

Came here 15 years ago. Still amazing location but needs upgrades. Love the pool but people keep towels everywhere which makes it confusing with which chairs are available. Staff were all super duper nice . Love we can text front office when we need assistance. Size of rooms are great.

Checking in was fast, friendly staff.
Breakfast was good and room service was fast, didn’t wait too long. Rooms were clean. Pools were clean and life guards on sight was good to have. Kept kids and people on check.
Kitchenettes in room help a lot in case you want to cook something or warm something up in the microwave.
Over all I had a great stay!! Would stay there again

First time staying here and will definitely come back again. The rooms are spacious, clean and the pool is great. They have a side for the kids and a side for the adults with a bar available to order drinks and food. There’s not much around but It’s just a 10 min drive from downtown where all the restaurants are.

We had a great stay here. Pool was never too crowded. If you get there at 8am you’ll get a chair. The common areas by the back of the pool would be much more enjoyable if the misting system worked. Keep your AC on all day. They are giant rooms so they take a lot to cool. Very much enjoyed it.

Kids loved the pool. Loved the water slide. I loved the jacuzzis. Did get crowded Saturday but that was to be expected for the weekend. Staff were great. Only bad thing was the family above us on the 2nd floor. Extremely loud, sounded like a wrestling match was going on even at 2am. Kids running back and forth stomping everywhere. Other than that, it was good.

My dad has a timeshare and booked here, so I booked a separate room. The room itself was clean with a full kitchen, but no daily maid service and didn’t come with essentials like face wash, amenities kit, etc.
The buildings themselves are dated and lots of pizza boxes and trash in the hallways.

I would NOT recommend coming here if you do not have kids. The pool was packed with at least 50 people and a lot of children - not particularly relaxing but nice for families. There is only one pool, would be nice if they roped off part of it for adults only.

There’s no store for snacks (only vending machines) which is strange at a Hilton property. The front desk people were nice but this is a timeshare place, so the timeshare people try to rope you into a presentation as you’re going to your room. I kept telling him I had to go and he literally said “why” - because no means no and I had somewhere to be. Being frustrated as your first interaction before even getting to your room left a bad taste in my mouth and I tried to avoid the lobby at all costs after that.

Overall would not recommend.

We very much enjoyed our stay and everything was perfect. Our villa and the entire property is extremely beautiful and clean and the staff is exceedingly friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping ran after me before getting on the elevator to bring a pair of sneakers that was left behind.

We had a great visit with our family of 4. The only problem was kids kept having accidents in the pool so it would be closed down for safety concerns. Other than that the staff were great. Lifeguards had a great attitude and personality. Bartender and servers were kind and attentive. Would stay again!

The night we arrived, we sat down on the couch and the chair in our room to play some cards before bed. Within 10 minutes we felt like we were getting bit by something. Within an hour, my hand was fully swelled up. At first, I didn’t make a big deal of it, but by the next day, it was very painful. So we reported it to the front desk and they filed a report. Now they are switching our room and going to have a company come in and check for some type of bugs. Hopefully they check for bedbugs because I cannot see any bugs but these bites on my hand are so painful. I believe I’m having an allergic reaction to it. We have not used the living room since that day and have been sitting at the dining table most of the time when we have been inside.. not a very great experience.

When we opened up the sofa bed it has big stains on it. Then I took out the extra sheets from the bag and they also had stains on it. Kids were already so tired and cranky and I didn't want them to see and feel uncomfortable about it so we didn't call the front desk. Once we went to the the pool my husband saw an employee and wanted to ask some basic questions like where is the bathroom/shower where to pick up the towels but he didn't give clear answers as he kept walking mid conversation. They were helpful and we were able to have an early check in and kids had a lot of fun in the pool but I am not sure if we will ever go back.

We absolutely love this resort! From the beautiful property to the welcoming atmosphere, every stay has been wonderful.

A special shoutout to Claire, the lifeguard at the pool. She is professional, friendly, attentive, and truly exceptional at her job. As a parent, it gave me so much peace of mind knowing she was there keeping a careful eye on the pool. I was able to relax and enjoy our time because I trusted that she was watching out for everyone’s safety, especially the kids.

Claire takes her responsibilities seriously while still being approachable and kind. Team members like her make all the difference and are a big part of why we keep coming back. Thank you, Claire, and thank you to the entire resort staff for another fantastic stay!

My son checked in to the second room that I had reserved and he got there after 4 o’clock by the time he got up to the room, unloaded and went down to the pool to take my granddaughter to join us. You guys already had the slides closed off for the day. I wish you guys could keep those open longer. You know some of us check in remember after 4 o’clock it’d be nice to have that open a few hours longer. Just so the kids can enjoy it..

Had a really bad experience while at the pool. Placed an order for food, and was told that staff would bring to us. A staff member delivered our food to another group and the group said it was not theirs, still the staff member said, jist keep ot then. After co tinuing waiting for over an hour i went back to the bar to ask for an uodate and apparently it was delivered to the group that claimed it wasnt theirs and I would have to wait again for the food. Reallly unpleasent experience.

There are two things that I would like to see be done with your resort and that is the kid pool lifeguard situation. I would like to see it be left open longer maybe the lifeguards being on duty to at least 7 PM shutting down the slides early kind of was a downer. The grandkids wanted to go on them and they were closed when we came down at 5 o’clock and the other thing just a suggestion that may be in the kitchen add some tongues so when we’re cooking, sometimes the forks don’t help.

Staff was nice, but the hotel could use some updating and more attention to cleanliness. Our room smelled musty, as well as the hallways. Also, a Keurig would be great rather than a coffee pot. Cell service is also terrible so be prepared to connect to the Wi-Fi. On the positive side, the room was spacious.

The check-in process was great. The only down side was the pitch to sign me up for a timeshare presentation. I told him no and I went merrily on my way. The gym is one of the better ones I’ve encountered. I like the dumbbells. The pool and slide is excellent. They have lots of pool chairs and they just replaced about 80% of them. They provide life vests for kids and a few foam noodles. The laundry was great. Pretty new machines on each floor of the building. They were free to use and provided free laundry soap. The staff was all around friendly and helpful. I love it there.

We started going to Palm Cyn Resort because of the pool slides for the kids. It’s been over 8yrs. It’s our Mothers Day weekend tradition. Since Hilton took over, we hv experienced a remarkable difference.
The pools are kept clean. We enjoy our stay with friends and family. We like the amenities in the room and how you offer from studio, to 1,2 and 3 bedroom suites.
Never a problem with parking. The Hotel is close to great restaurants. We love the Thursday Main Street fair. It’s fun to see what all the vendors bring. Truly a fun stay.

The resort didn’t allow for floties in the pool. You could hear people stomping above us and yelling beside us - there was no signage around to mind your neighbours or respect the space your occupying - also noticed that there is no convenient store on the resort to even buy water - nothing offered for kids to do - Hilton could do better.
