From the moment we walked in we’ve received a SUPER WARM welcome from the entire team on duty! We were able to check in earlier and also were given an upgrade to a suite with a private pool which had STUNNING views of sunset. Team all around is beyond hospitable , knowledgeable and super nice. Hotel is super centrally located with 7 minute walk to downtown and 7 minute drive to the new port which hotel was able to help arranging for a small fee. Gentleman who picked us up and dropped us off was BEYOND helpful and super charming! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking to stay in Mykonos . THANK YOU.!

The staff were friendly and transfers reasonably priced, but the rest was disappointing. Rooms are spacious but far from luxurious. When I asked for English breakfast tea, reception told me to order from room service, €20 for four tea bags!
Also we were only provided with espresso cups in the room, so I had to ask for a proper mug every single day. And if a guest has to ask daily, a true 5-star hotel would notice and automatically replace it after clearing the used one, but not here. Same with an iron: apparently it’s “unsafe” to leave one in the room, so I had to request it daily like a special favor. Breakfast was the same limited spread on repeat, nothing memorable. I also booked with Expedia VIP Access and got absolutely no perks, no upgrade, no welcome drink, nothing. For the price, the experience fell well short of 5-star standards.

I had a lovely 10-day stay at the Kouros Hotel & Suites and stayed in their Sanctuary Suite with a private pool overlooking the Aegean Sea. The people at Kouros are truly wonderful and made every effort to ensure my stay was comfortable and welcoming. I came here specifically for rest and recharge and I certainly got that from the room I was in. Where I feel Kouros could make some improvement is on a wider menu selection to their on-site restaurant, providing some evening entertainment to make use of their stunning views of sunset (cocktails and live music) and maybe add some plants and chairs to the outside areas of the Sanctuary Suite - its a large area which all looked very spartan. I'm nitpicking, but for a 5-star experience it could do with a little tweaking to be on par with other similarly rated hotels in the Greek Islands.

The concierge team was very responsive in providing last-minute dinner recommendations and scheduling.

Good hotel with friendly reception staff. Room with hot tub had a great sea view where we could watch the sunset. Main improvement point for the hotel would be better signage. For example, there are signposts to reception, but these were in fact directing you to the lift which you could take to get to the reception floor 😂 Floor numbers next to each lift would be a MASSIVE help!

Hotel was superb but I was disappointed with the room as it was not what i expected. We booked one of the best rooms, a signature suite for my wife's 40th Birthday. As usual the pictures of the room when you book, weren't anything like what we received but that's fine and expected. The pool was freezing cold and it was advertised that we had a bath tub and heated jacuzzi. This wasn't the case. I contacted the hotel and they apologized but it was still a big disappointment for us. Hotel location was superb, breakfast was amazing and general service was brilliant. I was just a bit disjointed on the room side, so i would suggest everyone does there research when booking.

When I booked this hotel, what attracted me was its closeness to town, its ocean view and its infinity pool. After I checked it, I discovered it not only had all those things but more. Its buffet breakfast offered variety of hot and cold choices. Even up till the last minute, the trays would be refilled with fresh prepared dishes. The servers were very courteous and professional. During pool hours, ice water and cold towels were offered from time to time to guests enjoying the dazzling infinity pool in front of the turquoise ocean. The front desk staff and cleaning staff were equally polite and professional. Night snacks would be brought to the suite while we sat on the balcony appreciating the city lights in the distance or cruise ships docked nearby. The suite had a modern deco. Dinner at the restaurant was a little pricy but delicious. Overall, this hotel offered a small resort like atmosphere, nice facility and good services that deserved accolades.

Visited while on honeymoon. We loved our stay at Kouros. The pool is beautiful, there is a nice bar, food and drinks are excellent. We upgraded to a superior room with jacuzzi and it was really worth with, very large balcony with 2 sun chairs, we spend some time there for more privacy. The staff is very attentive, they helped us with dinner reservations and suggestions. Our room was always clean, they also did turn down service. I would definitely stay here again in Mykonos, it was a perfect stay!

A fantastic stay! Each member of staff we came across were very friendly and polite, always on hand to help if required.

We had breakfast included where you could choose food from a menu, as well as going up to a buffet. So much choice! Special mention to the breakfast staff who brought out a cake and candle to me, as it was my birthday (they must have it flag on the system!) A lovely touch.

We didn’t use the pool, however, the area always looked inviting, clean, and never full.

The rooms were outstanding with their decor and cleanliness. The views alone were fantastic, watching the cruises dock and depart.

The hotel also offer transfers which took the pressure off trying to book taxis to get to the airport.

Overall a great stay, we will be back!

We had an amazing time at Kouros Hotel in Mykonos! The breakfast was to die for, and the pool was perfect for lounging. Our private balcony with a jacuzzi was a fantastic touch. The hotel is a short walk to Mykonos town, which made exploring super easy.

The staff was incredibly helpful, giving us great recommendations and securing last-minute transportation and reservations at the top restaurants and beach clubs. Overall, Kouros Hotel made our trip unforgettable. Can't wait to come back!

Overall the property was beautiful and the staff was very courteous & welcoming. This being a VIP Access hotel, I was left a little disappointed in a few items. The hotel is near the port and the sunset view is unfortunately obstructed by cruise ships… I understand that this is not something the hotel can control.
The main bed and sofa bed was not comfortable for this type of hotel. The quality of the bedding & pillows should be improved. There were 2 tvs in the room but they were not smart TVs, so there were no streaming apps. We did request hand soap to be refilled in the bathroom but it was never fulfilled. Multiple days our complimentary bottle of water was not refilled.
Again, this was a gorgeous property with a great restaurant, nice staff and close location to main town. However, we expected more for a VIP Access hotel. These simple recommendations listed above can better improve the experience.

Beautiful place, clean rooms, jacuzzi not hot at all hotel had fixed temperature and it was cold, after few complaint hotel increase temperatures to my satisfaction but it was very annoying not be able use hot tub for day and half, be aware of minibars: chocolate box was used and missing a piece, on say two some one took bottle of Gatorade from my friends room when none of us took it, we were charged for two items, next hotel on this trip I had hotel empty my mini bar before I moved in

I visited this hotel with my partner (we are in our late twenties and very active).

This was our second visit to mykonos as we were there last year also but we stayed at Mykonian Korali. This hotel looked decent and we stayed here cos we wanted somewhere different to stay.

We asked for a room upgrade as part of the expedia booking on reception, the lady didn’t even acknowledge it. Said she would get back to us but didnt.

The hotel looked decent, its situated on a hill which is about a 15 min walk to town… going down hill is ok but coming up is just long.

Please note that the hotel has a lot of stairs to walk up and down to get to your rooms. As a frequent gym goer it was taxing for myself so bare this in mind. I was in room number 24 and had to walk up 53 steps every time I wanted to get to the elevator which would then take me to reception. Wouldn’t really recommend this for elderly (no offence). I.e. I would not let my mum stay there she would have a fit.

The gym is absolutely rubbish (old dated equipment). 1 busted bench, a few light dumbbells and 1 treadmill… nothing else.

The poolside was very windy as on a hill and water is literally blitz, no joke.

Breakfast was ok in morning.. did the job.

Other than that, the rooms were actually nice and the view was nice too.

I wouldn’t stay here again if I went.. not I would probs stay at mykonian korali, also based on a hill which is annoying but the walk is a bit shorter and the hotel is fine.

Given the fact that this island is called the windy island, and this was supposed to be a 5 star hotel one would expect a heated pool, or at least a jacuzzi. Plumbing had major issues, shower drains were overflowing. Staff was inviting, lost our laundry, and mixed with other guests laundry. I would rate this a solid 3.5 or tops 4 star, but definitely not a 5 star. The location was ok, wind was crazy and cold. Breakfast was very mediocre. Ellen was awesome, her service was excellent making her an asset for and to this resort. Go ELLEN.

The hotel and the staff are truly outstanding. The service was exemplary. Highly recommend this hotel for the superior quality of service. I will chose this hotel every time I visit Mykonos. Even before we arrived, the concierge emailed us to ask about airport/ferry transfer to the hotel. The staff made us feel very welcomed and pampered. The location is magnificent with amazing views of the Aegean Sea. The pool area has breathtaking views. The guests were offered a sweet treat every evening in the rooms and staff also checked to see if we needed any extra towels or toiletries. Little gestures such as this make the guests feel special. It is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed at.

Outstanding hotel that is every one bit deserving of its 5-star status. Superb amenities, excellent location, and impeccable staff that truly will go out of their way to ensure you will have a memorable stay.
We were lucky to have been upgraded to the sanctuary room, and it truly made our stay in Mykonos unforgettable, with a large balcony with chaize-lounges overlooking the sunset in the Aegean, and a sizable infinity pool. It was our 2nd time at kouros hotel, and it will most certainly not be the last. Highly recommended!

The staff were amazing, from front of house, to housekeeping, to dining/pool. Nothing was too much trouble and they really took the time to get to know us and make us feel comfortable. Service was always provided with a smile. After a horrendous experience at another property (Eden view suites) Kouros was luxury and worth every Penny. Will definitely be returning. Only wish we came here in the first place so we didn’t have to waste our time and money at the other place

The hotel location is good, around a 10 minutes walk from Mykonos town. The check is was easy and the staff in general was very amable. We loved the food at the restaurant, breakfast, dinner and room service. Maria, the therapist, at the spa was very professional and accommodating. We loved our massages. The only downside was the room because even though it was beautiful and spacious it had some issues that us uncomfortable. For example, there is only on AC in main area were the pull up couch is and it is not enough to cool the main room. The pull up couch was a little run down and it would make loud squeaky noise when you moved. The usb outlet to charge our phones did not work and they only provided us one adapter. On the other side, the view was amazing!!!!

If you are a coloured this is NOT the hotel for you! The front desk manager and other front desk staff (namely Eileen) are very pretentious and attempt to hustle guests for money, scheming in Greek (thinking you don’t understand) as opposed to focusing on guest comfort. The breakfast staff are incompetent, even if you pay extra for off menu items. Rooms are poorly lit. Anathiasia one the front desk staff was the only gem at this property kind and helpful! The hotel overall felt like a dupe 5-star hotel.

From the time i walked in to leaving this morning the service and staff were incredibly gracious. The view of the sea and port breathtaking. The location was perfectly situated minutes from both the port &downtown. The front desk found me a guide last minute, Stavros was simply the best. ALL the Greek islands were fantastic in there own way each having there own style&personality. Not one better than the other unlees you ask the locals and with pride say there the best. It makes for an unforgettable experience.

My stay at Kouros was excellent . The wonderful Maria welcomed me at the door when I arrived and showed me around. The hotel is beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and nice. Maria and the staff pointed me to some great places to go to in the city. I wanted the fine dining experience.
I definitely would come back and stay longer.
I loved it there!

We are a couple in our mid 20s and we strongly advise against staying at Kouros for the following reasons:
- Profit over service: It is very clear that they are focused on maximizing profits versus service. For example, I called ahead and inquired the best way to get to the hotel from the Mykonos port (5m drive away). The receptionist, Maria (I believe), responded with that the hotel provides a shuttle service at 12EUR/person/way, and would not provide any other options (bus or taxi), saying “that’s all we provide”. I find it very insincere that a hotel would not quote the taxi fee to the hotel from the port. If you were a family of 4, you would be paying 48 EUR for a 5 minute ride. This is laughable.
- Poor location: this hotel is on a hilltop and about 10m away from the entrace of the mykonos town. However, the road is a highway road and has no sidewalk, so you have to be really careful - especially after a big night out (no roadlights) - which presumably what you are in Mykonos to do. I would recommend a location closer to the city center.
- Lack of shuttle service / poor operation of which. I had called the hotel 3x confirming that I would have liked to be on the shuttle back from town as winds were high and the path back was not well lit. We waited 30m asking for every single car that came by whether it goes to Kouros to no avail. We ended up walking back and cabbing back on other days. I believe the hotel should consider running the shuttle on a timetable.

Kouros is an amazing property. The location is perfect. You can walk to the City Center in under 10 minutes. The views are spectacular. The customer service is awesome. The staff is courteous, knowledgeable, attentive, and proactive. The breakfast is pretty good (not the best but tasty) and the pool bar is nice with stunning views. I love this place and highly recommend it. I travel a lot and can distinguish between quality and subpar. This hotel is one of the best. The only critique is that I wish my mattress was a little more comfortable. Even with that I would stay here again & just deal with the back pain.

The hotel is a special place with good conditions and smell, but the rates are very expensive for the area. The bathroom of the rooms doesn’T have privacy. The restaurant is extremely expensive for the food. I’m little bit disappointed with this concerns.

Would definitely recommend the Kouros Hotel! It’s in a great location, a 15 minute walk into town, with wonderful views of the sea. The staff is friendly and professionally and can’t do enough to help. The decor is minimalistic and cool and everything is spotlessly clean. We got an Expedia VIP+ upgrade which made our stay even more special.

This was a nice hotel in a good location - though we were almost hit by a jeep being driven far too fast by an extremely careless girl along the narrow road into town. We were shaken by this. Our room was okay - the sitting area has no windows and was very poorly lit. The patio area was nice but the wall in front was so high, we could hardly see the sea! But the bedroom and bathroom were lovely. We had dinner at the restaurant. It was quite nice but vastly over priced. But maybe that is Mykonos. We came from 6 days in Andros and all our dinners there didn't add up to the price we paid for this dinner.

Beautiful hotel! Our room had an amazing view of the Mykonos windmills and Aegean Sea. Breakfast was excellent with an option to order off a menu or eat from the buffet. The hotel staff were super friendly and they went out of their way to make sure we had a perfect stay. Kouros is only about a 10 minute walk into Mykonos town,,, but the walk is down a busy, narrow street. The hotel does offer a shuttle into town at night though.

Our stay at the Kouros in August 2018 was fantastic. We had a group of 8 friends stay there and the staff was exceptional. They would go out of their way to please you. The view of the sunset and Aegean sea was unmatched. Every room has an ocean view. The food at their restaurant was fresh and delicious. For the free included breakfast, you could either order off the menu and/or from the robust buffet. There was free shuttle service to and from town until 1am or you could walk, about 10-15 minutes. The atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, which was nice, because other beaches and hotels were much more active, so this gave you nice downtime. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others.

I had also accidentally left my laptop at the the airport when leaving and the staff helped me try to locate it after I was back in NY. They went out of their way to assist.

Amazing property. Phenomenal service, attention to details. The pool is beautiful, the rooms were very comfortable, we even had a nice extended balcony. They arranged car transfers as needed. Excellent top notch resort. Would definitely stay here again.

The receptionist tried to sell the hotel shuttle on the way back to the ferry port. It cost three times more expensive than taxi. I requested the receptionist to reserve a taxi for us three times: the day before, in the morning and 30 min before we left. She didn’t call the taxi until we checked out. Guess what? All the taxi was busy and no one could come. We had no choice other than taking the hotel shuttle.
They have a “restaurant” for dinner but not really a restaurant. They just set up couple table by the pool. It’s was very cold but there was no heater. We were the only customer at that night. The servers were laughing too loud and they forgot to serve us. It’s wasn’t a good time to enjoy the dinner at all. Even though the severs were nice.

It was absolutely fabulous! The moment we arrived they greeted us with complimentary drinks and treats. We arrived early and they gave us our room upon arrival plus and upgrade! The room was fantastic. The breakfast was outstanding and they gave us a free gift for staying at their hotel. Very classy touch! I didn’t want to leave the room or hotel! 5 star in my book!
