I like how easy, it was to travel to New York and New Jersey back and forth, I took the bus 320 and save lot of money instead taking the uber. I will definitely come back to New Jersey and stay again in this hotel.

First, there was a strong air freshener smell in the room that was gross all night. Second, the open airy interior is not ideal for families. There is a bar that was open until 1 am and our family happened to have a room directly above it. We could hear the loud conversations and drunk laughing until 2:00 in the morning - and this was on a Monday night. Additionally, our door had a slit at the bottom that let in light and you could see people's feet walking by. We chose this hotel due to the close proximity to American Dream Mall, but we were highly disappointed. When we checked out a day early and expressed our complaints, they did not offer to refund our money. I do not recommend this hotel.

Awful! They are not deaf friendly I talked my lawyer and sue there because they hang up on phone and not accept inerprter on phone because i am deaf and lost my money i did called there before changed date 24 hour before they wont accept me on phone w interprter they hang up. Bad bad i sue

Our stay was great and we would definitely choose this hotel again. Great location, free parking, multiple restaurants in walking distance and a bus to New York, Manhattan right across the street. Breakfast was surprisingly great too; much more offerings compared to other hotels free breakfast.

I love the spacious rooms with a separate space for sitting watching TV etc. Enough room to spread out. Wonderful break! The staff is super friendly and the area provides good proximity to shopping and bus lines to NYc. My daughter wanted a day away from the city and we found a beautiful marsh park to birdwatch in. It’s amazing how close to NYC and yet nature is abundant. This was our second visit I know we will return soon.

Great location if you need to be in Manhattan for anything. Bus from the hotel to Port Authority is about $2.50 and takes 15 to 20 minutes. Stops right across from the hotel. Good breakfast buffet. Clean hotel and staff is very attentive. When we have several days in NYC, we almost always stay here.

Broken metal steps swinging in pool, 1 fell off (screw came off as my sons was climbing out) owners are liars, witnesses in pool at 935 when guy came to close at 10 i reported to him. Next morning they were letting kids swim in pool. Fully neglected to make sure something was done... lied about a convenience store, saying it was 5 miles /30 mins away.... it was 1.8 and asked him at desk, he forgot that one...as they want you to spend all your money there. Fruit Flys in ALL the liquor bottles as well. Breakfast had absolutely no flavor except the waffle...they watch you eat basically push you out after you wait 1 hour in line for a waffle...safe was detatched like someone ran off with it.... no bath fan couldn't see with the fog, outlets were falling out the walls and chargers would fall out as well. Actually I had some painter tape which helped as I'm a contractor as well

Room has some dark substance mushed into floor that my son stepped in, ac wasn’t working had to have worker come in and work on it. The room had a musty smell to it, used toiletries were left in the bathroom.

Far as breakfast they serve pork everybody dont eat pork. They need to start serbing turkey, beef. Chicken sausages/bacon.

Breakfast was amazing. A lot of choices to eat. The room was clean and they left welcome snacks. Staff was wonderful and the location for outside restaurants was great. You can walk to a steakhouse, red lobster, Dave’s chicken and many others. The only thing that was disappointing was the pool. It was cloudy and dirty. That can be improved.

Quick family weekend getaway. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and bigger than expected. Very close to stores and coffee shops. Free breakfast was great! Centrally located to get to NYC within less then a half hour depending where you are going. Overall great stay and will stay here again.

This hotel was great for our family, but lines for breakfast is very long. We were in line for 1 hour waiting for waffles. I can’t for the life of me understand how & why they only have 4 waffle makers for hundreds and hundreds of people. The waffles also seem to be the most popular breakfast, so you would think they would have been arrangement. Tried to talk to the “breakfast manager” who was collecting the meal tickets about it, but he had every excuse in the book as to why this was the best they could do. Unbelievable. We learned quickly & devised a plan the next day.

Horrible experience and stay. Booked a 2 queen bed suite as advertised on hotel.com only to find out the hotel doesn’t even offer. Only double beds that were extremely uncomfortable. Front desk staff was rude and unapologetic

This was my first time staying on the 2nd floor. I would avoid for future trips. The bar on the 1st floor is either opened very late or they let customers sit there late into the evening talking very loudly. I was not notified that pool would be out for repairs when I made reservations. Kids were disappointed, but not a big deal. The ceiling lamp shade on top of the table in room just fell over on top of table. It is lightweight plastic, probably would not injure anyone if it did hit us, but the shade was clearly previously broken, as 2 of the 3 mounting hooks were cracked and missing. Why still give them 4 stars? I've stayed here multiple times, and none of this was normal compared to our previous stays. If it consistently stays like this, I won't be coming back.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant overall experience. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, spacious. Breakfast is very good and staff are nice and helpful. Moreover, the bus stop is closed to hotel and very convenient to visit new york city! We will come back staying for future!

Smell was so very strong. I could not breath! I havr chronic bronchitis and can not be around excessive smells, whatever they are using to cover up underlying dunk smell was impossible to handle. Even my family of 6, 4 of us were either coughing or got headaches. Also said pool was out of order but this is not on the site to consider this before booking.

The pool was closed down for the week, we were not informed prior to booking, this info was not on their website or hotels, nor told to us when we made several calls about the room since it was very vague online… and the pool was our main reason of staying there is they had an indoor pool and we had two little ones that love to swim. So that really messed up our plans and schedule.
On top of the pool not being open; There was some kind of Gala so tons of people stayed there and they were up all night partying. Listen get it, that’s not the complaint its the fact, We all did not get a good sleep because the noise was unbearable. We could hear everything until 4 am. No good sound proofing rooms. If you are going to have that and again know this in advance you should inform your other guests so they can plan accordingly . Also, The beds were outdated so very uncomfortable. My sister almost fell out of her bed because it sloped so bad to the one side. The space was set up terrible. They have a pull out sofa that you can’t even use so we had to figure out the space and sleep arrangements…. and we again were informed of this last minute, very poor service. Why advertise that on your rooms page when it’s not even accessible? Very disappointing. The only plus sides was the breakfast and the people in the breakfast room and It was easy to drive to the surrounding areas and great restaurants nearby. We actually left a day early bc we couldn’t bear to spend another night there.

Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway and I have to say that I was very happy with my stay. I stayed in the executive suite which was very spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and I even forgot my wallet at the counter and they reached out to me to let me know. I forgot it, which was extremely appreciated. I would recommend coming here just note that the pool is under renovation. That’s the only reason why I deducted amenities. They should mention it on the website, especially if that is an amenity people are booking the hotel for.

My room had a mild odor and there were a few gnats. While we were in the room, the front desk accidentally assigned it to another guest, who walked in on my husband. We were moved to another room, but by then the experience had already turned me off a bit.
That said, I do like this hotel overall. It is generally clean and the breakfast is good. Despite the issue we experienced, I would give them another chance if needed.
