The room was clean and beds were comfortable but there seem to have an undesirable odor with the pillows or comforter sheets.

We were not able to connect to front desk or room service since the phone was not working.
Staff were courteous and nice. But have to speak in their dialect,
Front desk lady was not proactive with internet password and communication was a bit hard.
Overall it was an ok 3 day stay at the hotel
Hot water was on and off and no water pressure.
One day water was black and had to flush or drain it for awhile.

My go to hotel anytime I fly to Dipolog City. They ate right next to the airport. Friendly, helpful staff every day. Clean roomsand the restaurant has good food. All I need to do is wake up and the airport is a very short walk.

The staff is nice and friendly. They go out of their way to help you. The restaurant has a wide variety of food on the menu. The best part is, they are located right in front of the airport so there is no chance of missing my flight. All I need to do is go out the front door, turn left and I am then right there at the airport. The rooms are kept clean and well maintained. I have been to Ariana three times within the past year and I will continue to go there anytime I need to when I fly.

Highly recommended for those who are far from the city if Dipolog and going to travel to Manila or Cebu . This hotel is Walkable if you have no Luggage and free shuttle !

Only one staff, no elevators, if you have luggages you have to wait for that 1 person in the desk to be free and help carry your luggage.
They always send emails about their services, but by the time you check out you’re on your own, no airport shuttle although it is so close to airport you can not drag all your baggage going there. Not staying again!

Although this hotel does not have a lot of amenities, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and overall the property is nice especially for the rate. The food at the restaurant is wonderful. Although the water pressure is low in the shower, we felt low pressure running water was better than none.

Loved the property but did not have good Wifi. Not sure I understand the need for multiple passwords on a daily basis. Every hotel Ive stayed in, one password was provided and it was good for the duration of the stay.

The bad room need to get renovated, the room light didn't work well (some lights were blinking all the time) even we had troubles with the aircon, because didn't work well.
What I liked was the hotel garden and the pool.

The bedding yellowish stain is no joke and the cigar smell is a minus. I wonder if the bedding was really changed i bet it was not. Also, the AC is not working properly. I guess the filter is a bit dusty.

The hotel room had cockroaches mosquitoes and worms the cable was out three days of the seven the internet you're not work have the time the rest i didn't have half the stuff on the menu and our breakfast was cold the waiting staff was very good i give this hotel rating of a three the shower head was plug so the water could not come out

The best thing about it is the location. The staff are great. I don't like their door locks are not working property, need replacements. My sisters room has a tiny cockroaches.

Our room was on the 2nd floor..There’s no running water early morning the whole floor. It was so inconvenient,we have to go down to first floor to use the bathroom..

This property is like a small resort. Very nice, very clean. Large pool. Very close to the airport. Hot water, mini fridge. The free breakfast was really good. There are only a couple of things l didn’t like. They have a large ballroom that they rent out for parties or weddings. These people stay until 11pm blasting loud music with the bass pounding. This only happened for two nights out of my 5 night stay. The second thing that might be a problem for some is that it isn’t actually in the city. Its a short distance from the city, so you need a tricycle or motorbike. Bottom line: yes l would stay here again.
