We did not get the room we booked through you. We booked the room with king bed and a a second room with a sofa bed. Instead we got a small room with a king bed.
We expect a refund please. Because it was an inferior room.
There was no view either all we could see is workers doing building
Other than that all the people were nice. Breakfast was excellent

Initially charged double for dinner, after complaining about this at the reception, we were offered complimentary lunch.
We had requested for cancellation with refund due to some reason, no feedback confirmation received about cancellation, while checking in they informed our booking was cancelled, when we informed no confirmation or refund received, they said our booking is still on. don't know what was going on here, something fishy i guess. reduced one star due to this.

Customer service is great , they will keep calling and checking if you need anything to make your stay more comfortable. Room was spacious with pool view and separate tub bath and separate powerful shower. They have spa facilities with an extensive gym. Unfortunately didn’t use. Great clean swimming pool. Will stay again but book through Hilton directly as Expedia has poor communication skills.

ONLT THE BRASSERIE AND DELI SHOP WERE OPERATIONAL. IC, GRILL, BAR WERE NOT SERVING FOOD TO HOTEL GUESTS AS IT WAS CLOSED FORA PRIVATE EVENT. THE STAFF AT THE BRASSERIE WERE INCOMPETENT AND COMPETE CHEATS.
WE LANDED AT THE RESTAURANTAND LIVE CARPENTERW WORK GOING ON ON THE BUFFE SHELF WHERE THE YOGHURT /FRUITS FROZEN STUFF IDS DISPLAYED.. IMPAGINE WOODEN SHAVING TOPPING TABLES WERE NOT CLEANED IN TIME WITH DIRTY CUTLERY STILL LYING AROUND FROM PREVIOUS DINERS. WE WANTED A TABLE FOR 6 AND DESPITE BEING HOYTEL GUEST THEY SAID NOTHIG AVAILABLE. AFTER I THREATNED TO SPEAK TO THE HOTEL MANAGER THEY JOINED TWO TABLE ON UNEQUAL SQUARES TRYING TO MAKE A TABLE OF 6 WHEN THEY COULD HAVE EASILY GIVEN US A DIFFERENT TABLE WHICH I FINALLY GOT. THE F&B STAFF WERE BAD.

WE ORDERED AT 7.30 AND MOST OF THE FOOD CAME BY 8.45. THE STARTERS (EDMAMAME) CAME AT 9.00 AFTER WE REMINDED THE STAFF. WHEN I ASKED FOR THE BILL THE STAFF GAVE ME A HANDWRITTEN PAPER BILL SAYING THE ORDER CAME FROM 3 DIFFERENT RESTAURANTS AND THEY ARE NOT INTEGRATED. AFTER I SAID I WILL NBOT PATY IF THEY DONT GIVE ME A BILL, HE SAID, CAN I JUST CHARGE YOU AN APPROXIMATE AMOUNT, THE NAMES OF THE FOOD ITEMS WILL BE DIFFERENT (E.G TIRAMISU WILL BE SHOWN AS CHOCOLATE CAKE , OR CHICKEN TANDOORI SHOWN AS CHICKEN XYZ) I WAS FURIOUS AS THE STAFF CLEARLY WERE DISHONEST OR PERHAPS THIS IS HOW HILTON WORKS IN MUMBAI ALLOWING STAFF TO HAVE SIDE HUSTLE. Apart from a slow checkin, the pool was dirty and smelly. No service /management in the pool area.

Even though the room was good (we stayed in 316) a lot of stuff seemed haywire i.e. AC panels light was not working. You could hardly see the numbers on it leave alone adjust the temperature.
I believe Hilton really needs to improve to stay up to the mark now.
The concierge staff otherwise was super sweet and helpful.

As a global CEO who spends over 80% of the year in hotels across more than 70 countries, I typically refrain from reviewing hospitality businesses based on short stays. However, my recent experience at Hilton Mumbai International Airport compels me to speak up.

From the outset, the service was disjointed and shockingly unprofessional. Security checks were executed aggressively, without courtesy or communication. The check-in process lacked basic coordination—I was asked to wait in the lobby without any follow-up, eventually receiving a call just to collect my key.

The breakfast experience was worse. The seating area was unhygienic, the buffet layout confusing, and the staff inattentive. Even the basics—like clean cutlery and proper table settings—were neglected. I also had to deal with late-night noise from an unannounced pool party and a loud guest in the adjacent room.

Most disappointing was the complete absence of hospitality. Not a single smile or greeting from staff throughout my stay. When I shared this feedback with the customer relations manager, she abruptly disconnected the call. This reflects a deeper issue in service culture and staff training.

Originally booked for four nights, I checked out on the third and moved to Holiday Inn. Hilton Mumbai should serve as a case study on how not to run a five-star hotel.

Over all the property is very nice. Location is good due to the nearness to the Mumbai international airport. The approach road to the property always seems to be under construction.
Also the stairs at the property do not have any contrast making it a trip/fall hazard. Especially for people with low vision.

The property is gorgeous, my room was lovely and the staff was very welcoming to a tired and jet lagged traveler. Upon arrival I had no rupees and while the hotel does not have an ATM they kindly helped me to go to the property across the street to use the ATM. The staff also helped secure prepaid taxis to get around the city. The location is very close to the airport, just a few minutes by taxi. The hotel is in the airport neighborhood, not very walkable or near tourist sites, but the taxis are convenient.

Excellent hotel. Three night stay during the holiday season. Beautifully decorated. Very friendly and helpful staff. Loved their breakfasts and happy hours. Very pleasant environment with meeting rooms.

Would have liked more choices of restaurants in the hotel. The south Asian restaurant did not appeal to me but they seemed to have a wide variety of Asian food. Will definitely stay here again.

We stopped over at this hotel for a couple of nights. It is very convenient for the airport and is clean/well maintained. Our booking included a food/drink credit, but we always had to remind the restaurant to include this (this has been an automatic process in other places we have stayed in India). There was also some confusion over our order for dinner one evening and the food wasn’t good the next evening either - we provided feedback at the time, but felt that it wasn’t really acted on. We also couldn’t figure out how to use the lights in the room & an orientation for guests might be useful for the future.

Food and service in restaurants was awful. Cold fish tikka, chicken ceaser salad takes 50 minutes and there was no dressing, it was a dry chick breast with soggy croutons and some limp lettuce leaves with no dressing or Parmesan cheese, opted then for a margarita pizza, again cold and soggy. Restaurant and bar awful service in addition to food.

Overall a comfortable stay, but there were several issues with the service. They solicited booking an expensive drop car for the airport, but the sent me a normal sedan which I was asking for in the first place. In the process I payed 1000 INR extra. They gave us a wrong preoccupied room mistakenly, but upon discovery didn't even apologise. Overall not worth the Penney they charge for.

Modern hotel with a great location

A really nice hotel located next door to the international airport. The hotel is modern, clean and tidy with all staff friendly and helpful. I was unable to get a table at breakfast as it was full and was asked to wait 20 minutes, which i was unable to do. I found the bed much too hard for my liking but this is a personal preference. Overall a good hotel, well located and reasonably priced

\"Executive Lounge\" for cocktail hour is claustrophobically small and nowhere to sit. Very limited food because there were too many people for the space.

The constant \"decontamination\" and \"fogging\" is toxic. I had to walk through a toxic cloud to get into the hotel.

The entrance to the hotel is through a steeply graded driveway with automobile fumes. Poor architecture.

Charging US$ 20 for a five minute ride to the airport in a normal car seems extreme.

The entire hotel has a cloying smell that made me cough throughout.

The staff at the executive lounge were SUPER NICE AND ACCOMODATING.
